Absolutely amazing service from the service, especially Scott! Got to us in a timely matter after our insurance couldn t find anyone, & was super kind as well as helpful after a hard evening. Will definitely be using in the future!

I was stuck stranded on I70 and AAA hung me out to dry. Homestead came and towed me to the mechanic and gave us a ride to our hotel late on a Sunday night. Owner was super nice over the phone, and our driver Robert was awesome, he was able to pretty much diagnose our van so we had a starting point with the mechanic. Homestead made a bad situation into a very pleasant experience.Service: Car towing

Explained my situation and a guy came to tow me. He refused to tow it and immediately started to drive away. I asked him as he was driving away if he knew someone who could please help me and he just drove off. Left me stranded. If you re gonna leave me high and dry at least tell me someone who can be useful.

AAA hadn't shown after 3 hours and they also told my daughter to sit with the car in the below zero . temperatures. I am very thankful to these guys coming out when AAA failed us. The driver was very friendly and helped my daughter get everything taken care of .

Kind of rude made me feel like I was bothering the guy runs multiple small business and if you don't have cash he makes it seem like a hassle I didn't choose this place and probably wouldn't given a choice

Amazing guys!!! They were very very quick and affordable!! Truly made my day when I heard other towing companies were gonna charge us almost $300 from Jackson Street to Grandview! If I need a towing company, it'll be Homestead I call!!! Thank you gentlemen!!!

these guys are great! My car was stuck on fort riley and when I gave them a call they showed up in about 30 minutes. Charlie was extremely nice and funny. They re reasonable price and they towed my car all the way to manhattan. 10/10 recommend!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I locked my keys in my car in a Starbucks parking lot. I called Life 360 and they provided me roadside assistance with this company to unlock my car. I was sent tracking with an ETA. My ETA was an hour, that s fine I understand not that big of a deal. From the time of 12:23 to 1:23 I haven t seen the tow truck arrive. Thought I d wait about 30 more minutes in case they re running behind. Not a big deal. It is now 2:31 and I haven t seen the tow truck. I receive a call from 360 asking if my service was completed. No I haven t seen the tow truck. ETA and tracking is still going so no cancellations from the company. Man with 360 calls them, no answer. I call them several times no answer. I waited outside of my car on a curb for 2 hours in the cold wind waiting for this tow truck and eventually had to call a family member that was 50 miles away for their spare key, which thankfully they had. Moral of the story I am highly disappointed with this company for being unprofessional and unresponsive. Waiting for a tow truck to arrive an extended period of time is expected. But to not hear from the company and not being able to reach them for an explanation, is truly agitating.

We experienced a blow out on I-70 10 min East of Junction City and Charlie was quick to respond to our need. He coordinated a van to pick up our family and dropped us and our SUV off at a reputable tire shop in about 45 min from when we first called! Helpful, great communication, and Prompt professional service all the way. Thank you!

They towed my truck twice first time the guy that towed my truck was completely rude and called me names and the second time I didn't know it was towed cause I was staying with a friend and I called and it wasn't even there a week and the price was over 1k and I went to pay the fee a little over a month later and they sold it at auction I never got paperwork,email or a phone call saying that I have a deadline honestly I'm just going to sue they are very unprofessional and have a big ego thinking they can do whatever they want with property I would not use this company for anything

Had to use this company 2 times since moving to Junction City. Once for my motorcycle and now for my wife's car. Very prompt and professional. I thought I would take the time to post a review to help show my appreciation. I will continue to use when in need and recommend. Thank you

This company stole my property and vehicle. My roommate had my van towed from Ogden by this company and I never heard back from them so I had no clue where it was. When I finally found it in another county and called them they kindly informed me that it was to late my vehicle was sold at auction. I m not sure how they did this since I never received any paperwork or notice of sales nor did they ever try to reach me. Now I ve looked up KS statue and I m filling with the courts today but the clerk informed me that this place has done this to a lot of people who don t have the means to fight back. Locked my keys in the truck. GRRR!! Called Homestead and they were there in 15 minutes which is an all time record arrival time for having someone come to unlock my vehicle. (This isn't the first time for me). They guy was fast friendly and I was back on the road much quicker than i ever thought I would be. Thanks!
