My vehicle went down on a Monday morning and they immediately got me in and started working on it between jobs they'd already committed to. As an out of state traveler they showed true empathy and didn't gouge the prices to reflect my situation. Their help in finding parts(transmission) was beyond exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work for their vehicle

excellent service. went in for tie rod replacement, ac fix and rear differential work and they did a great job. very informative of other issues they seen while under and very price friendly for the quality and turnaround time of work. I definitely reccomend getting services from this veteran owned business. staff is very friendly as well.

I ve been here for 9 years and let me tell you Brad s Automotive is exceptional!! They took care of my issue with my Sorento. They even worked on it much earlier than the scheduled appointment and was done in a day. I highly recommend this group of professionals. They are highly knowledgeable and don t b.s. around.

I called on Monday, and they were exceptional to work with my availability and was able to get my daughter's car in within a few days! The communication is great, they called me literally not even 30 mins after we dropped the car off with what was going on. In addition, when they found another small issue they called prior to fixing it. The prices are great and they were able to do all repairs in the same day! My teenager was beyond happy about that! Brad's auto repair is awesome. The 3 mechanics help each other, the service dogs keep you entertained with their energy and the receptionist Shelly is on top of parts, scheduling and keeping things moving. Thanks it is best repair in town.

Great place and nice people, I had a lot of trouble with one of my cars and the guys there worked really hard to figure out what the problem was and worked with me on the price. I absolutely recommend them!

Service was awesome with great communication. Shelley called me and txted me keeping me updated with my truck as well as Brad himself. Price was fair and I ll definitely be back for future reasons if need be

Brads is a decent shop. I am not from Kansas so I get incredibly aggravated with how slow the local shops work. Brads is probably the quickest shop in the area and has a great staff. The prices are reasonable. I was quoted $2700 for an engine rebuild. I paid $150 to fix a mistake another shop made. Shellie at the front desk is polite and knows what is going on in the shop. I don't remember the mechanics names but they are great to talk with as well. If you need work done, use Brads. They will see my dodge many more times.

Fast, friendly, and to the point. They don't push you to have work done you don't need. They will tell you everything that's wrong with your vehicle and only do the work you want done. All in all the only place I'll take a vehicle for work in the area.

I drove a car to my son stationed at Ft Riley. I made it all the way from Rhode Island then a brake line blew up. I didn't know where to start to get it repaired. I got a recommendation for Brad's. I had to fly back to the east coast and dealt with them by phone. They took the car in right away and sent me pictures of what needed to be fixed. I could not be more happy with the work and the price. Quality work, straight forward, and honest. What else can you ask for. Thank you again for everything!Service: Brakes

I was in town yesterday doing errands & my check engine light came on. My normal mechanic was too busy to handle it but I didn't want to drive all the way back home & then back to town the next day when I didn't know what was wrong so I went to Auto Zone who checked it and said it was my thermostat. They recommended Brad to me & I called and was able to get my car taken care of that same morning. He and his partner are very friendly & knowledgeable and had the thermostat replaced & the check engine light reset within about an hour or so and that included the time the car needed to cool off before he could work on it.THe price I paid was super reasonable and I can't say enough good things about this business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brad and Vince were nothing short of great. They got my car in fast, and have done everything possible to ensure our vehicle is running properly and fixed an ongoing oil leak in our vehicle that we ve struggled with for awhile. They re super professional and they ve officially gained a loyal customer, I ve already recommended them to three people and I just met them on Friday! I met with one of the workers at autozone to have my remote start looked at. He hooked up the device to check if any codes popped up and cleared the codes for me. The remote start worked one time after that and doesn t work again. I paid $76 to have codes cleared. Then he told me if I took it to them they don t charge the $35 service fee which I was never informed of prior. I paid for my vehicle to get diagnosed and the guy said he wasn t great at diagnosing and for my husband to bring it to them on Sunday. So I m still not sure what I paid for. I have contacted the owner and was told the scanner checks the battery. I didn t know that. However the connectors were still not looked at. To me the service call should have just cost $35 didn t realize the labor cost when I didn t think there was any labor done. The hood of the vehicle was never opened. I asked for a refund for the $35 labor since the diagnosis was everything is fine yet my husband was left stranded the next day and had to have the vehicle jump started. They didn t do a proper diagnosis and the owner called me and told me he has been closed for 3 hours and I m wasting his time. How am I wasting his time when he called me? He also said they have a $2300 machine to pay for and can t afford to refund $35 for the bad service.Service: Electrical

They were amazing. They took car of my stubborn car (had to fix my wheel bearings) and talked me through everything which is nice since I don t know anything about cars. They even took the time out of their day to get the parts for me. I will be going back to them and highly recommend them to everyone!

After visiting 2 mechanics before, and still having issues with my SUV breaks, BRAD'S AUTOMOTIVE get them diagnosed and fixed in the same day I went over there. They were super professional, the communication was great too, and their prices are affordable. 100% recommended!

Brad's Automotive absolutely saved us! We had an axle break mid trip on Memorial Day, and they were the only shop to answer the call! They replaced our hub, axle, ball joints, hub, rotor, and brake pads all overnight! Extremely friendly and professional! Repairs were completed quickly, and correctly! I highly recommend their services!

Brad came to my (car's) rescue on a Sunday afternoon. I was traveling across Kansas and stopped in Junction City for a quick break and my car died. I couldn't start it at all. After 45 minutes I found a person to jump start my car and I drove it directly to Auto Zone. They thought it may be my starter or alternator and recommend I call a mechanic. Being a Sunday and not living in Junction City, I felt stuck. Auto Zone recommended Brad and he came within 5 minutes and ran diagnostics. I am so grateful and HIGHLY recommend this kind and professional man! Turns out, I simply needed a battery. He got my car going and I was on the road soon. I feel so grateful and want to share my experience. I would call Brad again ANYDAY!Service: Battery

I never write reviews, but for Brad I m happy to make the exception. I was driving across the country and my pick up truck left me stranded at a truck stop. Brad did not have to but he picked up his phone well after hours. Brad woke up early to be the first one at the parts store then drove out to the truck stop to install the part in 30 degree weather! He got my truck running perfectly in no time at all and I was able to get back on the road. On top of all that he could have charged me an arm and a leg since he was the only mechanic willing to help me but he didn t. His prices were more than fair. If I lived in the area he would be who I took all my vehicles to! Thanks Brad for all your help!Service: Engine repair

These guys are absolutely amazing. They diagnosed my car. Found out it had a really. Took My car to the dealership to have the recall work done and had such great communication with me. As long as I am in kansas they will be My go to spot for repair work on My vehicles!

Awesome service with Vince, He was very honest and professional. I thought I needed my fuel pump replaced but it turned out I didn't. I'm glad he checked it first . I truly appreciate his honesty instead of doing it and charging me for something I didn't need. I found my new mechanic!
