Utley Auto Body provided me with a great service when I needed to fix my bed sides after an accident. They were professional, polite and fast. They communicated with me regularly about the status of the repair and finished the job on schedule. The work they did was high-quality and the cost was fair. I just got my car back after hitting a deer. The Utley's did an awesome job on it! They communicated with my insurance adjuster so that I didn't have to. They actually saved me money! They communicated with my husband and I if there was ever a question. They went above and beyond and had my car looking new again! Check them out if you're in need of a great auto body shop!

This is the first Google review I've ever done. I decided after going to this auto shop I had to do this! I took my car in for an estimate after another person had debris fall out of their truck bed and damaging my new car. The insurance adjuster cut a check to me for about $90 less then what the estimate was for. Utley's Auto Body took the time to call the adjuster and discovered the adjuster didn't account for some of the paint that was needed to fix my car. With in hours I had a call and an additional check in the mail to help cover the cost. When I arrived to pick up my car they had stayed after hours a few minutes to meet me and had my car washed and vacuumed. The work is fantastic and their attention to detail is amazing. Thank you!

When I first used their services for alignments and body work they treated me well and did quality work. But as I continued to go there they progressively got worse in quality and customer service, what pushed me over the edge was when I took a car there for an alignment and when they were finished I drove it home and took it back the next day because the steering was extremely touchy and you had to really concentrate on driving. All they did was toe the steering in more, but no change. So I get underneath and quickly see that the pitman arm, idler arm and two stabilizer bars are worn out. Needless to say that's all parts that should be checked and replaced when doing an alignment.

Always wants customers happy. They even painted a fender for me and I installed it. They have also done body work on my old Trans Am. Great people

We took our car in the 16th of September after they kept moving our date back to take our car in, then we took it in and they put all of these chargers on our car and we looked at it and nothing we asked for was done our clear coat was still messed up the paint had gotten worse and we just got our car back today on October 15th the bumper is falling off and they made us pay over 7,000 dollars to get our car back and they haven t done anything the car is in the same shape it was in when we put it in the shop. Also when we got our car back there was over 100 extra miles on it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We did business with this auto shop months ago for a wheel alignment. We thought they did a great job, except for the extremely lack of communication and not knowing the car was finished until nearly 4 hours AFTER it was done because WE called, until we went down the road a little and the car started wobbling. Turns out they didn't tighten one of the wheels at all and it almost came off.Then a week ago the starter went out and had to be towed from a parking lot, and this shop is where it was taken. A week later a vague statement was written by us on Facebook, which didn't state the company name or anything, stating it would be nice to have our car back and that it doesn't take a week to replace a starter. We had been checking in everyday due to the poor customer service experience the previous time. This time we were greeted by the owner with a extremely condescending "No your cars not done" while holding our keys as if bringing them out to return them. He then continued to act belittling, stating he didn't appreciate people "slandering his business", was extremely rude and profane, and to be blunt acted like a child instead of a professional businessman.In summary, don't do business with these people. Their work is half assed and lazy, their service is terrible, and their attitude is atrocious.

My wife and I have had excellent experiences with auto maintenance at Utley's. The mechanic is helpful, experienced, knowledgeable, and does everything he can to save you money. If we need maintenance done to any of our vehicles we won't go any place else in Iola. Utley's is has a great bunch of friend people that truly want to do the right thing!
