This store is great! O Reilly Auto Parts in Iola has a very knowledgeable staff, will find what you need, return/exchange parts quickly, and they mix paint extremely well Definitely recommend!

Mike was very helpful as our vehicle was having a major issue. I needed told to attempt to fix it and he certainly went above and beyond!! Thank you for all you do!! Is give a 7 stars if I could!!

I took a look around the store because I just moved to the area.. they treated me like I was going to steal something. So wrong. If they looked at my account I would spend money.. so I left without buying anything. Thanks for your prejudgment

Had to replace a lemon battery after a year (purchased at a different O'Reilly's) battery had a 3 year warranty and getting a replacement was a very quick and easy process. The guys were great - very polite and helpful. When I asked, they were happy to explain what to look for in a battery that might've gone bad and they offered to check the alternator just in case that might be the issue. That diagnostic test just took a couple minutes for peace of mind. Thank you

They are well organized, the prices are fair, and they had what I needed. You can walk in, find what you're looking for immediately, and walk out. It's a great store.
