I am always excited to visit Iola Auto Parts The owners treat their employees very well, so many of them have worked there for years and are quick, honest and knowledgeable. My 2-year old daughter likes to help and got to visit with Herb last time

Herb & his staff are very knowledgeable. Herb usually will know what you need before you do, parts ordered are quick turnaround.

Best place to get bearings.When I need a hose made, they usually get it done in less than 10 minutes.

We use Iola Auto Parts almost weekly, they have a great stock of auto parts, and supplies. Friendly staff they always go out of their way to get you what you need.

They were very helpful. They had my riding lawnmower part ... Friendly & efficient. Drove 20 miles, but got it today, didn't have to order & wait, they saved the day !!!

Good selection of parts for everything from cars, diesel trucks and other hardware. In store customer service however is poor. I don't know how many times I've been in to get some parts and the clerk will start waiting on myself or other customers, then they will stop whatever they are doing to answer the phone, completely ignoring the customer in front of them. For best results, call your order in if you don't want to wait forever in line while they answer the phone.

Very knowledgeable people at the counterI hand carried in a small part for my tractor. One of them ask if it was on a 12 volt system. I answered yes & he knew the part number. Did not have to look up anything. The part fit the bracket and it works just fine. Got out for less than $17.00. I had called John Deere - they wanted $139.00 for the part. So you can see that Iol� Auto Parts is very reasonable on their prices. Will be going there for my needs from now on.

Probably in the top 50 parts stores this side of the Mississippi for agriculture and regular vehicles. I'd recommend em to anyone.
