This place is awesome. I have two young boys who are wild and because of their pull up and park to get serviced my boys can have their happy meals and a cold drink safely in their seats instead of running around acting like cavemen. It's quick, and the customer service is amazing and they give a detailed receipt afterwards so you're never questioning what kind oil you need and there is more than one option and by receiving coupons in the mail I was able to get $20 off an oil change. When I received it I had 3 months to use it before it expired. With a busy schedule and kids this place has a mom's approval. 10/10

Quick and easy process for an oil change! I found the service to be excellent and the price to be affordable for how quick the service is. They offer discounts for healthcare workers, educators, and veterans which is neat. Highly recommend.

Each and every time I get my oil changed, the staff is super helpful, pleasant ,and working as a team. They also provide a discount for healthcare workers, educators, and veterans. Today the technician advised me of a potential problem that needs to fixed and that my spouse or I could easily fix it on our own for little cost. I will keep returning for future oil changes.

This was my first time to come to Strickland Brothers and was in desperate, way over-due need for an oil change! The guys were so nice! James explained every step of the process to me, and I got an educator discount!!! I have, and will continue to, recommend this place to literally everyone!

Vastly over charged and don't even fill every fluid. Smethwick in Parsons KS does transmission fluid and synthetic blend and most I spent there was 70. I spent almost 90 bucks here even with a 20 dollar discount. I was happy with the service until I realized how much less they did for such a crazy price

Everyone we encountered was well versed and very polite. They offered to do all of the fluids in the car as well as tire pressure. Price was about right, and the two people worked together like a well-oiled machine doing the oil change.

Brought my daughters car in for an oil change, as I also brought my car here previously. It s still so cool to me that you stay in your car while the work is being done, AND it really does only take 10 minutes. Well worth the trip from Parsons, and I will be a returning customer. i chose the 45 dollar option and was basically bullied into the 60 dollar option. come time to get my receipt i see that i was charged the 80 dollar option. drove off after paying 112 dollars. i will not go back. i d rather watch a youtube video and do it myself next time. the people were pretty polite but it s not an experience i want to have again.Service: Oil change

Every single time I get my oil changed the staff is super helpful, nice, working smoothly together, efficient, and awesome. Today they told me I didn't quite need a new air filter yet -- this is the first place I've ever had my oil changed where they're not trying to just upsell my $100's of unnecessary stuff. I like the honesty, appreciate the efficiency, and keep coming back for the friendliness. Highly recommend.Service: Oil change

Traveling through and my oil light came on and stopped at Strickland and the nicest service technician checked for leaks and topped off the oil and we were on our way within minutes. Wish I had caught his name, Strickands are lucky to have an employee like that!

Went to Strickland Brothers with a second car. Experience as good as when taking the first car. The change was completed in a timely manner.Service men polite.
