Took my Stihl trimmer to them last March finally had it done in May. Went to pick it up still didn t work, took it back and it took them another month to tell me it was ready to pick up. Went and got it a second time and it was still not working correctly. Took it back a third time picked up about 3 weeks later and still not working properly. Very frustrating and lack of communication didn t help. So about 6 months in their shop and a couple hundred dollars later it still doesn t work.

Very helpful staff and sales reps I had been looking for a bad boy mower for several months when I bought mine they was sold out everywhere for 100 miles every direction from where i live and thats not an Exaggeration i was calling stores and dealers 3 to 4 hours away from me and could not find anything except commercial grade and size that costed over $10,000!! But the guys Here was able to find me one that hadn't been delivered to the dealership yet and snagged it up fast for me to insure I got the mower I wanted and for a good price !!

I have nothing but good to say about Roman's. Saleman Jeff Edward's is a cut above any tractor salesmen I've dealt with. Knowledgeable, polite, very adept at his job.I would urge anyone in the Independence area ,in need of a tractor, to get with Jeff!!!!

PURCHASED A TRACTOR ON 8/14 FROM NATE. PART OF THE DEAL WAS TO GET A SPARE KEY AND MANUAL FOR THE TRACTOR, I HAVE TEXT MESSAGE DIALOGUE FROM NATE SAYING HE'LL DO IT, BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING.
