We got a flat during Holiday travel out of state. AAA left us stranded in an unsafe place for 3 hours before they contacted Quality Wrecker. They came out ASAP and went above and beyond to make sure my car was secure and we were safe for the night. Then the following day they helped us get everything sorted out and my tire changed (on a Sunday when everywhere was closed and Walmart was out of my tire).I can t thank them enough. It was a very stressful situation and they really took care of us like family. I can t thank Ray and Casey enough. You guys helped us when AAA let us down.Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Thank you again for rescuing me! I was so grateful that I kissed this tow truck guy. He graciously allowed me to do so. It was late, my car broke down, I was exhausted.

Took three days to deliver my wrecked car to the body shop 30 miles away. The explanation for the delay was the roads are too dangerous..Really your in a 10 ton tow truck and we got 2 inches of snow.
