When other dealers would only try to sell me their on the lot inventory Quality Toyota went above and beyond to find me my exact Tundra Build. Very easy process with straightforward communication. If your shopping for a Toyota this is the place to go.

I have done business with Ed and his team for four years , have purchased four vehicles in four years and drive two hours to service my vehicles at quality Toyota . Levi worked with us for at least 2 weeks trying to find the right 4runner for us. He really went above and beyond! A vehicle we thought we found turned out to be unavailable. THEN, they just happened to receive what we looking for right there at the Indy dealership. We love it! Everyone there was great to work with...Ed, Ryan and Peyton were also very professional, friendly and good to work with. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I must say, I'm going to be returning here to have my Toyota repaired or maintained going forward. Always skeptical when going to new shops because of many horrible experiences in the past but this was quite the opposite. I'm so happy with the work that was preformed on my car and not only the items needing addressed were taken care of, the car was cleaned inside and out! Thank you Quality Toyota!

Levi, my salesman was terrific! Hands down, one of THE BEST experiences I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle at a dealership. It was fast and efficient. I 100% recommend Quality Toyota. Very honest people that want to make sure you, the customer, gets taken care of.

Wonderful dealership! I live 200 miles away. I sent an email about a 2023 Nautical Blue Metallic (rare color) 4Runner and they responded with up front honest pricing. That is sticker price without markup. I had delivery to my front door in a week. Zach and Zoe were great! My credit union messed up my paperwork for my tag regarding the Certificate of Origin, but Zoe responded and sent me a check that covered tag penalties. You couldn't ask for more. An honest and reputable dealership.

I ve been seeking a 2023 4runner this year and expanded my search in hopes I could find one sooner. I found one and inquired about it online. Twice.. I gave up. A few days later I get a random text from that dealership informing me that one was sold but they had other options and asked what I was looking for. I told them and they sent me a build sheet of one coming in soon which was basically the same but with different color interior and I said yes that s what I want so since I ve purchased 25 vehicles in my life I am well experienced to know a series of important questions to ask so I asked market adjustments? Nope. Add ons ? nope. Doc fee? $199.00 everything was going amazing and at this point I m thinking 5 stars for these guys! .. Theeeeeeen we get to the trade and they lowballed me by 5K under what two other dealers had offered me. (There s that hidden market adjustment) so I told them that and they told me (via text messages) to go sell it to the other dealership and come buy their vehicle .. Seriously, this is how they take care of customers and attempt to earn business? It s like if they can t rip you off then they don t want to work with you? Buyers beware, if you don t have cash out the door -you re going to get taken advantage of. Keep shopping I know of some fantastic dealerships but they are hard to find. If money doesn t matter to you then disregard this review.

Took my car to get an alignment, very nice tech that took me out and took the time to explain everything to me. Very nice man. But the people up front threw away my coffee while I was talking to him. I'm not even upset about the coffee because it wasn't that good, it's just the principle of it man

Wanted to give a huge shout out to Quality Toyota in Independence, Kansas. These guys have to be one of the best Toyota dealers I have ever seen. Not only did they work with me through emails while I was deployed but they patiently waited for my deposit without selling out from under me, kept me posted on the build date, gave me OUTSTANDING price for my trade in and on top of that delivered to my door in Virginia with only 5 miles on the vehicle! Highly recommended this dealer if you are in market for any toyota. My salesman Zach was awesome and the GM Peyton is super down to earth. Can't thank these guys enough. Happy to get my hands on this new Tundra.

A+ Sales & Service experience with Quality Toyota in Independence. My wife and I had visited a handful of larger dealerships, but really appreciated the friendly, small town service that Ed and his sales team provided. We drove 2.5 hours to buy our new Highlander. A wide variety of new cars were available closer to home, but Quality Toyota had the right vehicle at the right price, and their service and no-hassle deal is what earned our business.

Crooked thieves. Stay as far away as you can get. My car is nicer and has a lot lower miles than about anything on their used lot. They offered me less than half what they would sell it for. Their stuff is 10 years old, has 200k miles and they want $30,000 or more for vehicles that are worn out and ready for a salvage yard. My vehicle would easily sell for 35k. They offered me 16. I've been pricing similar vehicles that are older, stripped down versions with three times the miles, for 25k and up. Mine is like new and top of the line. I've already turned down a 26k offer. They're crazy if they think I'll ever go back. I will never do business with Quality Toyota. RUN FORREST, RUN!!!

Visit Quality Toyota in Independence, KS.! The whole staff is great but Peyton and Zach are knowledgeable, friendly and kind! We now have purchased 2 Toyota Siennas from this dealership and couldn t be happier! Over the years, we purchased MANY Toyota s from MANY dealers and this dealership is knowledgeable, personable and makes you feel like family. 5-Stars!!

Just traded in my 2014 Toyota Tacoma that I had purchased from Quality Toyota in Independence, KS over 7 years ago for a brand new 2021 Toyota 4Runner Nightshade edition. Kevin, Peyton, and their entire team are fantastic. I got a great trade-in offer and love my new 4Runner.They made my wife and I feel like family. We will be back and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Very nice people. Was passing through town and got a screw in my tire and they squeezed me in and got it fixed and me on my way pretty quickly. Was traveling with my dog and Toyota is always very welcoming of your pooches waiting inside with you. Great service!

Decent place! Took a family embers car here for a oil change and general check. Quick service but I only give a 4 star because the mechanics made the inside of the car dirty with dust from their clothing and hands. We had just detailed the car so it was obvious the car was dirty. Love the people who work here, just wish the mechanics would be more considerate.

I bought my Prius here 3 years ago and still love it! These guys go above and beyond. Sold my dad a car 30 years ago and he liked them so much he brought me here when it was time to trade my old Camry.I came from work so it was close to closing time, but they didn't rush us at all. Financing was easy and I got a great trade in for my old car. Ask for Brian Kline, he was great.

Went to look at trading our truck in on something and ended up having to take my fiance to the hospital after just the first test drive. Brian was great and never hassled us one time. He even went to get the truck for me since she couldn't walk to it and called the next day just to see how she was doing.

Took my wife's car here for a $70 alignment. Ended up they said we needed parts to do the alignment. They wanted almost $130 for two bolts and two nuts. I bought them from the same place they get them (O'Reilly's) for less than $60. They also wanted an hour labor to install them. It took me less than 30 minutes without a shop or power tools to install them. They charged me just shy of $50 to tell me this. They wanted almost $400 to do the $70 alignment. Doing the math (all figures rounded) they must charge around $200 to install two bolts and two nuts that they have to loosen anyway. I could just imagine what the price would be if I didn't go with my wife. Very disappointed.

Not the best experience!!! Very miss leading, elusive, dishonest and just plain GREEDY!!! Thats why buying small town burns you every time!! Go big city or even Bartlesville, OK. Much regret, but glad I learned the first time and will definitely go elsewhere in the future. Levi, watch what you and your boss say about customers when you accidentally butt dial them. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership! They worked hard to get us in a vehicle that we love. They stayed within our price range and checked off everything we were looking for. Just a suggestion that the waiting room and the whole building be non smoking. Someone had smoked a cigar in the room and the smell was very strong. For those of us who have lung problems, it is not healthy. I would have gone outside, but it was very warm. Also, I didn't get a copy of what was done and I would like it for my records. Everyone was very nice and I thank you for helping me. Pat Voelzke

Check out your throughly don't trust Kevin Botts they scratched my car and ruined my headliner! I asked how he wanted to handle the matter after he personally try to clean the headliner and made it worse. This is a brand new car tell what you think? Before and after three time they tried. Remember this not a used car.

Dealership is only there to make money & not to help people. Tried selling me a 4 door Honda civic for $2,500 seats 5 people when I have 5 in my family 2 in car seats & one on the way. There was only enough room for 2 car seats in the back seat. The Honda was in worst shape then my truck & much older & they didn't seem to care. My truck value was only $300 to them for a car value that even Kelly bluebook said was only worth $800 compare to my truck that kelly bluebook value it at $2,886. Beware of this dealer.
