Took my 18 year old daughter here to purchase her very first vehicle.The vehicle she bought was purchased in April of 23 and came with a 100% 3 month or 3,000 mile warranty. Immediately after purchase she noticed a water sloshing noise and had to fill with coolant. A month goes by and she was telling me how much money she has had to spend on coolant.I told her that no vehicle should have to keep being filled with coolant and that she needed to have them service the vehicle to figure out where the leak was. When the vehicle was purchased, it had a shattered moon roof that was getting replaced soon and she was told they would check out the leak then. After taking the car in, she was told a seperate appointment needed to be made for the leak. Another couple of weeks go by and there was no word from Ford about getting vehicle in so I had my daughter call again. Finally get an appointment at the end of June and the vehicle was returned same day with results of possible air bubble that was removed. No leak found. July-Sept go by and she still having to fill with coolant. She asked me what to do since they said there was no leak and the warranty was up. I told her to take to good guys and get a second opinion. Turned out that the coolant was leaking into the cylinders and the vehicle would need a new $8,000 engine. My daughter ended up going back out to Ford, told the manager what happened and he said he would message his rep and see if there was any assistance available with cost because he didn't think it was fair that she has to buy an engine and that he didnt want to by an engine so we will see what they say. He never offered help and she's stuck with a non operable vehicle that just sitting in drive way. Between payment and insurance she pays $700/month and can't drive it. Its a shame for someone to do this to anyone let alone an 18 year old thats trying to build credit. At this time we are seeking legal counsel and my family will NEVER go to Quality Ford or Toyota again. I would rate a zero if I could.

Do NOT use the service department cost me $284 for them to diagnose why my 12volt power outlet will not work. Charged me two hours for diagnostics Without My consent. One hour is reasonable for a minimum charge. Two hours for very limited information is ridiculous.

Marsha Loveless is excellent to work with, answered all questions and has gone to great lengths to make sure we are comfortable with our new truck. We will be sure to work with her again.

While the wait from the factory seemed extra long, the time spent with the Quality folks made up for it. Marsha Loveless was always helpful with answering any questions and from the first meeting I felt the order was placed correctly and I would end with the pickup I really wanted. Marsha regularly sent me emails, usually "sorry, nothing new to report," but that meant she was keeping an eye on status.When the delivery date finally came, Marsha quickly got everything ready with a wash, basic checkup and full gas tank; met with my wife and me for some time to go over all the aspects of the new vehicle; and got us on the road to enjoy the new Maverick!

I definitely recommend buying a car from Quality Motors! Sales lady Jessie Renae was very pleasant to work with on this sale. She was very relaxed and gave no pressure to buy the car or any other add-on feature. She let my wife and I drive the car without her in it. That trust doesn't come from the BIG car dealers in Wichita, Ks where I'm from! Thanks for the privacy and trust! Even the sales manager and Finance guy were relaxed and quick with doing their job. There was No pressure. The staff even filled the gas tank and detailed the car before we left, even though there was still snow and water on the roads. That was so nice and unexpected for me!

Because of the great service I get here, I decided to purchase my new car from them in July. I got a wonderful interest rate from Ford. Immediately after my purchase, a recall was issued for the control panel in my new Ford Escape. Ford Motor Co. would not let the car be driven until the issue was fixed. As there was no fix available at the time, I was told it could take 3-6 months for Ford to issue a solution and the part(s) would be available. Quality (Josh) said my finance contract with Ford would not go into effect until the car was ready to be on the road. They loaned me a courtesy car, same make and model as my new 2023, to use for the duration of the recall. During that time I had no car payment due and no expense for the loaner except gas. In November a "fix" came through for my car and the part(s) were ordered immediately and available within a week. As soon as the car was ready Josh called and told me to come pick it up. The contract went into effect that day. My first payment wasn't due until the middle of December. I had originally ordered floor mats for my car. They provided them to me at no cost! The whole process, while taking a few months, was effortless on my part. Quality made sure I was happy with the loaner (I was!) and that I was fully satisfied when my Escape was finally released to me. You will never go wrong with Quality Motors, Sales or Service.

I've had problems with the maintenance department before. I had brought my car into them and they weren't listening to the symptoms of the issue. 2 weeks after I got a new vehicle a recall was put out for the issue. But other than that they do have really good customer service and do try to work with you the best that they can.

Quality Motors got me in for an oil change on Friday, February 24th & I had called Friday morning!! They take wonderful care of their Customers.One time when we got back from a long Road Trip, I asked if they could wash my vehicle, & they did a FABULOUS JOB

Great business to work with. Jessie Renae helped us order and purchase a new Maverick. She was on top of letting us know what was going on ALL the time. It took us 7 months to get it, but we ended up getting it 2 weeks before Ford said we would. Quality Motors had nothing to do with the delay, but were excellent with keeping us informed through the whole waiting ordeal.I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service I received from Jordan when deciding on a new vehicle. He answered all my questions, gave me great detail on everything, and was super nice and easy to talk to. Transaction took a few days, but no fault of Jordan s. He made everything seem so easy. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who is shopping for a new car.

Jake and Jennifer at the service desk made me feel warm and fuzzy inside like I was important and not just another number. Zach Berb gave me a high five and a donut when service work was complete. What a great team. I ll definitely be back. Love these guys.

Recently had a recall for our Jeep Cherokee which would require them to to have my vehicle for most of the day. They asked to have it the day before and provided me with a car to drive. So thoughtful and appreciated! We always have our car serviced at Quality Motors!

Called to get a tire fixed that was going flat on Thursday afternoon,, took the car to them, asked for a rode back to work, 2 blocks away, service dept worker had my info in Liberty, have not lived there since 06, have been in several times since then, corrected address & phone & he took me to work, next day called told me a nail was in my side wall & needed a new tire, had one in stock, was given ok to complete repair. At 4 pm called them to check on car & tire repair was informed they had called number twice, but was again calling old number i had corrected the day before. So I went to get car & no one even showed me the bad tire or the nail being in the side wall....I guess I am just suppose to take their word??? We bought brand new tires for our Chevy truck at Quality, a six or so months prior & same thing. Nail in the side wall, the last three repairs were the same cause, I think it would be wise to show customer the repair esp. if they have explained thing is happening alot....I do live on gravel road like a mile of gravel but its suppose to a rare occurrence even service tech said it was.....last time, they didn't put new tire on rim, bought four tires, had spare on truck, they put new tire on spare rim.....communication needs improved....not too impressed lately with the service.

Came in for a diagnostic, for power steering, and left with my steering wheel cranking itself to the right, even while parked. They cleared my code for the power steering, which is be great considering, but I wasn't given an explanation (I'm no mechanic by any means) on the issue that happened after the diagnostic (which I was NOT having prior to the visit). No explanation, only a quote for another issue (steering column). I'm giving two stars as opposed to one, because, even though the guy I talked to on the phone did not put my appointment date in the computer, they still made time to run the diagnostic I was supposed to be scheduled for.

Would NOT recommend using their service shop. Had them replace trans cooler lines on my son s truck. I had to locate some of the parts for the parts guy and drive to Tulsa to get them. When they went to remove the old lines one of the adapters on the radiator came out too. They wanted another $750 to replace the radiator that was 12 months old. After thinking about it I decided they had done enough so I told them pass on the radiator . I had to wait until the new year (so I had vacation time) to go pick the truck up. When we did get the truck, the 10 month old DLG-27 that I had put in the truck was missing and the battery hold down was broken. When I called and asked about the battery their reply was we will see if we can t find a something but what do you expect when we had it for two months . So we go to the parts store and get a new radiator to install installed, we buy a new $250 battery (since they couldn t even find me something to use as a core), replace the broken battery hold down, replace a few missing nuts and bolts, and my son is back on the road. The only question I have is if I had changed my mind about them putting the radiator in, would they have just made me buy a new battery or would they have just stuck some crappie battery in there, armed with the shouldn t have left it here so long excuse if I said anything about it?

I like the service that I was shown at quality. The sales team and finance team were awesome. Only thing I disliked was the tires on my new truck were nearly worn out and there wasn't much gas put in it but it was a used vehicle. So, other than that, no complaints, I love my new truck and the honesty and respect shown to me. Thank you quality motors for being so awesome!

I ordered my Bronco 18 months ago, listing Quality Motors as my dealer. I became wary when stories of other dealerships raising prices upon delivery. Quality kept me apprised of the status of my order, honoring the order price. I enjoyed speaking and dealing with all of the employees at Quality. And I never felt any pressure to purchase any addons as so many other dealers. Thanks Jessie.

I purchased a 45k dollar truck from them. I was assured over the phone that this thing was in great shape. It had gone through their shop.. needed nothing mechanical at all.so I placed a deposit over the phone. and took 2 flights to get there so i could purchase it.When I arrived I noticed that the front tires were chopped and worn from poor alignment. They needed replacement and the truck also needed an alignment as it pulled to the right(not disclosed over the phone). they agreed to pay for one tire and an alignment through a discount. assuring me it was good otherwise .When my mechanic went to align it he found an incomplete recall that involved welded steering components. making it unsafe to do the alignment. when asked about it the dealership offered me less than just the part alone costs. no labor and not a coplete cost of the part. (over a $900 repair)I would not recommend doing business with them as they certainly wont make it right when they miss a $900 repair thats needed.They told me one thing and delivered something entirely else

My husband and I just recently purchased a new vehicle from Quality Motors in Independence, Kansas. I have to say it was the best experience that we have ever encountered from a car lot. I am talking from the salesperson Jessie Renae. to the Sales Manager even to the Finance Guy. If I were to recommend a place to go to purchase a vehicle this would be the place. They made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped out of our vehicle. From the Monday that I called about the vehicle until the Friday we were able to make it down to actually buy Jessie Renae answered all the questions we had. If we are ever in need of another vehicle we will definitely buy from Jessie Renea and Quality Motors again.
