I go to Walmart Auto Center because I have to be frugal and they have great prices. The customer service is spotty, though. I've gone and had fantastic service. I've gone and been treated like dirt.Like, literally having my keys thrown at me, little verbal conversation and just showing me prices on the tablet and being told to "pick one." Also being called, "you..." to get my attention when it came time to cash out, despite that employee knowing my name.Eh, you get what you pay for. They're mechanics, not people persons. I get it, they're human and have bad days. However, using my name and showing a little respect goes a long way in regards to customer experience.My last visit when I bought 2 new tires was pleasant. The time before that when I got a tire repaired was really demeaning and terrible in regards to how I was treated, but hey, they fixed my tire. Of course, I'll be returning, but it's mainly because their services and tires are more affordable than anywhere else in town. The manager is a personable guy, easy to talk to, and polite. I hope on my next visit he can help me out again.

Great place for emergency repairs quick and easy.. but if you want to call in prior they don't answer the phone, so I drove in and got service after waiting for awhile to have the guy have a low attitude then he said it would be an hour wait for it to even get in so I said Ill be back in 45 and he said that's fine, I come back 45min later to have him tell me if I ever wanted service there again my car had to be there the whole time, said it as more of a threat then a notice. So over there customer service is absolutely miserable, ability to work with customers and communicate is terrible. But I got my tires on for a good deal. Work on the respect and customer service and don't try threatening a customer when you told them it was okay.

Took my suv in to get 2 back tires put on. Service was almost nonexistent it took forever.Went to get brakes changed ALL of the lug nuts on BOTH back tires are completely rounded out. They had to beat a socket on to get the lugs off.Spoke with Walmart and the manager said they were already like that.We had swapped our tires around a couple days before taking the suv in to get new ones. We are certain the lug nuts were not like that. The manager was informed of this.He said that it was noted by his best tech that the lug nuts were bad.We asked why the best tech did not notify us that the lug nuts were so bad that they couldn t be taken off without beating a socket on and quite possibly if it could have been that the best tech stripped out the lugs and then noted it as bad lugs upon arrival so he wouldn t be at fault?Manager said this was absolutely not possible and if the lugs were bad we should have been notified. Have a good day.This place is a safety hazard and are well aware of what they are doing or the lack of doing.We were in a pinch and didn t bother to pay mind to the reviews. We definitely should have.Go anywhere but here.Service: Tires

Took 2.4 hours to patch 1 tire, got someone elses car done that came in after me that had 3 bad tires. If you go here make sure you tell them you have a time limit.

We got an oil change about a month ago and recently noticed the oil puddles our vehicle was leaving behind and a warning from our vehicle saying along the lines "Oil pressure low please turn off engine." We contacted the mechanic and he told us since it has been about a month that it was mostly not their fault and could be a different car issue, then proceeded to inform us we could bring the car in for inspection. I had my husband take a look at it and noticed Walmart did not tighten the plug up. I am not going here again.Service: Oil change

Apparent it's too busy today to get any help. Some guy is running around inside trying to fine anyone that can ring me up for a tire... this is honestly impressive.

Yesterday I went in "first come first serve" at 1215pm (they open at 12 and i was told this is the ONLY way to have work done). I waited almost an hour, with only 3 people ahead of me to drop off my car. Then I waited a whopping 5+ hours to get my car back. I had 4 tires done that is all, and 2 of the people in front of me also had only tires done. One was an oil change, and was clear that was ALL he wanted done. I however gave 3 stars, because today they took a look at a tire i had issues with, got it in and finished quickly... Though when i went before 5pm to pick up, and I had to walk around to the food entrance to enter, because they have the pharmacy side closed, and they decided to close an hour plus early.

This Walmart must have the worst customer care out of all the Walmarts. Took 20 mins to get someone to check me in. Oil change went quickly but then took another 20 mins to get someone to check me out. Also, chose not to vacuum my floor board because I have rubber mats. If I'm spending $55 an oil change that's the least you could do. Won't be coming back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Went if for road hazard warranty on a tire. They didn t write up the ticket as a road hazard and tried to charge me for a new tire and M/B. After arguing with them, they did it as a road hazard, but wanted to charge me for M/B again, when I paid for lifetime M/B with the tires when I bought them originally. I finally quit arguing with them and paid for the M/B, so I could get back to work. Complete and utter incompetence. There is a reason they sell tires cheap. It s the only way to get people in, because it s not by their knowledge and competence.Service: Auto tire replacement

Called auto motive department about my battery bought there less than 2 yrs ago ,less than 3000 miles driven on it. When I asked her to look up last purchase info she was very short, rushed me off call. Will go somewhere

I was going to get my oil changed I stopped right outside the inside door and everyone was busy so I went inside to see if that's where I need to go instead and a lady open and said if you want service you need to come out here. No smile sounded kind of rude. She said it will be at least an hour before they could even get to me. So I just said I would come some other day. I felt like I wasn't welcomed. She is probably but she could say hi and at smile. I really don't want to come back. I think there is only 2 guys working in the garage. I saw no one else

Used to be a great place to have quick service done. Now, no so much. I waited 2 hours, checking on my car every 30 minutes, for my car to get the oil changed and come to find out it they didn't just forget about it. It was cleared out of their system. So I left and after the 2nd time this has happened. I don't recommend anyone to get service done here.

If zero has possible it would be a rating to high. I came in because of and online price that they refused to match. The guy at the counter said something to the effect that they had to be ordered and shipped to the store. The tires I was looking at were in the store and the earliest they would be in was sometime in the next week.

On the slower side. I've had them drain my battery dead because they couldn't figure out how to shut my car off. Of course they didn't bother to page us either. It's pretty much what you expect from a Walmart Auto care center.

The mechanic that ultimately took my info was friendly & helpful. The people that work inside the store at the auto-counter acted like they didn't want to be bothered with customers.

Took 3 hours and 40 minutes to get a rotation and balance done. Waited 2 hours before they pulled my truck in, then it sat there for around 30 minutes before they started on it. Took around 1 hr to do the work.

I went to hopefully get a used tire put on my rim I just had my tire blow out a few blocks from Walmart and I ended up purchasing a brand new tire that was on their clearance section for a very low price and wasn't charged any other fees except taxes and they put the tire on my rim in less than 15 minutes I highly recommend Walmart auto care center

If I could rate this horrible establishment as 0 stars I would. This is the worst experience I ve ever had had a auto care center. I made an appointment at 2 and they told me to be early or they would give up my appointment. They didn t touch my car until 3 and I saw them pull in cars and work on those cars before touching mine.

Automotive lady is to busy to look up a tire I needed to order. I said I found this on their website, she said must be different on hers. Very impatient, non helpful and just wanting to get you off the phone. NO SALE!!!!

They were very fast and friendly. They even aired up my tires for free one time before I headed out on a long road trip. Great customer service.

The tire that fits our car is very unique. It is so hard to find some tire places cannot even order it. Wal-Mart is one of those stores. Due to the scarceness of the tire I found 5 other sizes that would work. Wal-Mart had them in stock. HOWEVER...I was told their policy is to either replace what is currently on the vehicle OR what is in the door jam. Therefore they would not sell me tires (and couldn't order it). STUPID!! It's ok, I went to other tire shops who do want my money and bought from them. I won't even consider having Wal-Mart change my wiper blades now!

No one knew where anything was. I asked 3 different workers. They would either say they didn't know or point their finger & say over there some place.The cashier acted like I was interrupting her evening by going to her. She was in the home & garden area in the back. No one was back there.

Service is a joke. Called for an estimated wait time, arrived 10 minutes later, spent two and a half hours sitting. I should have spent the extra money on prompt service instead of an extra hour of babysitting.

Worst place to get service...bought tires there and getting them rotated turns into a major wait time...over 2 hrs and still waiting for a 15 minute procedure.Never will I buy tires there again...ridiculous ...needs a major overhaul in auto service management

The girl at the counter was very rude, they barely had any tires to choose from, they weren't very helpful at all and if I didn't have a flat tire at almost 8:00 I would've took my $400 elsewhere.
