Had a good experience here. They fixed what I needed with no issues and they gave me a 10% discount so that was helpful!My only complaint, with the company, not this specific location, is that they really encourage the mobile unit, having it done off location, but then they charge like $35 (I think) to come to you! If you want us to do it at home, don't charge us! That being said, I opted to take my car to location.

Can't give a price for a small chip sealant the size of maybe a grain of sand. They would rather quote a full wondow and ask for how i'm gonna pay before even attemping to help with the sealant price. This complaint is more towards the automated phone center that will not allow you to speak with someone without verifying how i'm paying. Would be nice to dial the number associated with the store and actually speak to someone at the store. Then the live text agent said they couldn't help.

Convenience of setting up an appointment online was fast and easy. Staff was fast, friendly and professional. They were quick to work with my insurance company to cover the cost of repair, with us having to pay nothing out of pocket. Highly recommend them for repair/service needs!

Talk about FAST service. They werw going 2 get me in same day as my crack occurred!!! They worked with my insurance I didn't have to do anything. My insurance covered it all. I appreciate the phone calls and text updates about arrival times, confirmations, etc. Folks i have used others in Hutch but I was astounded by the folks that operate the 1800 #, to the store in Hutch itself and to my technician. Super friendly and went above and beyond! Thank you Safelite!

When driving back from vacation, a truck kicked up a rock and left about a 14 inch crack in our windshield. After doing some research, we realized that we wouldn't be able to simply have the crack patched and would need a whole new windshield.The tech met me at my workplace and had the new windshield installed in less than 45 minutes. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and even cleaned the rest of the truck's windshield while waiting for me to meet him outside!Great experience!

My Pilot was vandalized last weekend, completely shattering the back window - so this was not a pleasant scenario... that being said, Safelite made it as easy to deal with as possible.Apt was easy online, follow up was perfect, tech showed up as expected, personal and professional at the same time. He went above and beyond to clean up the shattered glass inside my vehicle, even volunteered to open the compartments in the back to clean out the tiny fragments. The way the glass was shattered, there were even fragments in the drivers seat - so it took a lot of extra clean up. I will always use Safelite.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I got a crack in my windshield from driving on i70 a rock got thrown from a semi truck. Caused me to need a replacement. Other places wanted 900-1000 to replace but they did it for considerably less. Will definitely go back if needed.

Safelite Auto Glass is a lifesaver... Literally. We had a truck pass us on the hyway throwing a rock into our windshield. It left a large "bulls eye". We phoned Safelite and they brought us right in to have it repaired. Same day. The tech was friendly and went straight to work. 30 minutes later we were done and back on the road. You can't even tell where they repaired the "bulls eye". Best of all... It didn't cost us a penny (we went through our insurance company). In my opinion, Safelite is A+ 5 STAR rated.

Drop my truck off that morning to have my crack windshield replace they fixed my windshield they replace my window motor and have everything done by lunch time you did an excellent job at an excellent price we also get another person that I know that day and the same thing excellent job the next one price I will return there cast of The Fast and The Friendly service people are exceptional

OUTSTANDING!! I bought a car with a broken rear-view mirror and tried fixing it myself by buying those glue kits from AutoZone or O'Reilly's, but none of them worked. I came in here and asked if they fix rear-view mirrors and an employee assisted me immediately and fixed my mirror within 10 minutes. When I asked how much, he said it was free! I know people who come here to get their windshields fixed and they said they are the cheapest and have a service where they come to you at no extra charge. If I ever need a windshield, I'll know where to go.

I am sure this business provides a great service, but safelite is expensive compared to other local glass repair shops. Safelite will charge you $75 for a chip repair. Mobile service auto glass charges $35. That's a big difference.

They have put many windshields in for me, I ran in today for a problem with my rear view mirror, they got me in and out quick and have some of the best service in town.
