The entire crew at RNR was absolutely fabulous !! I saw that I had a screw in my front tire. These guy s took it back and in minutes they found it fixed it and had me on the road to Kansas City! Shout out to Jacob man you are speedy Gonzales with a great attitude and smile. The whole crew is top notch with a 10 STAR rating!

Recently stopped in at RNR Tires for new tires. Had the best experience with Alexis! She came to my car found my tire size. She was very professional and very respectful she didn t hesitate to answer any of my questions. She made this a smooth transition was able to get me the best deal on tires and was able to get the job done very time efficiently and very exceptional work! I walked out more than please! 10/10 definitely recommend!

My entire experience with RNR has been so wonderful. They took their time with me to find the best tires for my Jeep. Even put some on so I could see how they looked and changed to others. Picked out the perfect All Terrain tires that have been so reliable with all this snow and ice we have had recently. Thank you Lexi and team for being great! Highly recommend these guys!

I was scheduled for an alignment and tire rotation. My truck was messing up as I drive to their parking lot. Alex went out to see what the problem was , it was a seized caliber. I was literally stranded and live out of town. I called the towing that came with my purchase of tires. The lady said her computer wouldn't let her schedule a tow for that , so Lexi took my phone and questioned her , then hung up. She said let me talk to the manager. Marvin came out and talked to me and said he would talk to his higher up manager to fix my truck and put new brake pads on. The manager ok'd it and Aaron did the work with his manager and co-workers by his side. He did an excellent job! Tracy checked me out and was very helpful along this process also . It was such a lifesaver for me , we only have one vehicle and are seniors. I would definitely recommend this particular store to everyone! They went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful. God bless then all .

I was looking for new tires for my vehicle. At first I was unsure of this place but the GM Marvin help me out. Would recommend this place for college students who want new tires but needs to save money.

Had a great experience with RNR Tire today! They gave me the best quote AND best customer service in Hutchinson after calling several tire shops. Dealing with a flat tire is never fun. Thanks for making today so much easier!

While driving through Kansas on a road trip from Texas to Utah, we found ourselves in an unexpected situation where we needed new tires for our minivan. Our main goal was to get a good set of tires for our vehicle, get them balanced, and aligned, and then get back on the road as we had already experienced a delay in our trip.Our experience with the folks at RNR-Hutchison was positive in every way. They were able to get the tires we wanted on our vehicle, within the timeframe that we needed, and we were back on the road the next morning, saving us a lot of money.In my experience, the people there were friendly, knowledgeable, and they did everything that they said they would do.PS: While I was there, in their showroom, during the time that they were working on my vehicle, I was able to do some remote work on my laptop. As I did, I observed several people coming and going perhaps wanting to purchase new tires for their vehicle, or to make a payment on an installment agreement that they had previously set up with RNR, or, in one case, I saw a person who came in to resolve an issue that they were having with RNR. In every case, whether it was a new customer, an ongoing one, or one with a disagreement, I observed the staff interacting professionally with the customers. I've only had one experience with RNR-Hutchison, but I must assume that this kind of interaction is standard practice with their staff.In particular, I'd like to call out Lexi, who handled my purchase, she went above and beyond to make my experience with RNR-Hutchison great.Thank you.

The guy's up front were very knowledgeableand genuinely helpful in selecting my wheels and tires. By the time we get the paperwork done and signed I was just about ready to roll out. And my wheels look awesome.

The staff is incredible and well knowledgeable of what is in stock. The shop manager is very nice and also knowledgeable of vehicles ( he is my son ) it is to say the least my favorite R &R Tires.

Service sucked. Took 2 1/2 hours to get a set of new tires put on. Paperwork was not done right by the guy who took my information down the day before. Over tighted my lug nuts and messed them up. Manager made it right by having rnr make my first months payments and by replacing my lug nuts. Be a while before I go back. If my car hadn't been on the lift with no tires on it, I would have drove off.

Read other reviews wuth my same experience. Paid $700 for 2 tires and didnt even last me 2 months. They couldnt offer warranty as I paid cash and was not on a payment plan. The manager is a prick as well was very hostile the first 2 times I spoke to him in regards to my issue.

I went with a friend to get her tire fixed and they didn't do a thing to it . She wanted a used tire because that's all she could afford and they went and ordered a new tire that she couldn't afford and told them not to order at all.

Everyone that I met was very nice. Kyle was extremely helpful and very respectful. I appreciated the way Kyle talked to myself and the rest of the customers. He made me feel welcome and explained how the process works. The guys there were funny and making joke!!I HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!!THANK YOU RnR!!

To whom it may concern,I had the best customer service I had ever had when it comes to tire shops hands down. Front desk employee are very nice, going above and beyond to help me find the right set of tires that I need for my truck. I seen management and front desk employees were going out-of-there re way to help customers not just me. I can assure you I am a customer for life.Eric Biera

Went in to find out about getting new tires, the two working the desk were much more interested in helping their buddy get a discount on some wheels seemed to busy to worry about helping customers! Bought 4 tires asked them to save two of my tires for a spare, it was written on the sales receipt to save them. Went to pick up the car and was told oh sorry your tires were already picked up by some one! Nice! They were less then 6 months old! Just bought them! One of them ended up with a bubble and no manufacturer warranty with that place, then R&R didn't even listen about saving them even though it was written on the order! We were told oh sorry we were busy! No valve stem covers on any of the new tires, we had bought some really nice ones that were on the old tires, don't know what happened to those! Oh sorry is all we got! I guess I'm stuck now with these tires since they sold mine!

When I needed a fast, affordable option with an expectation of good, strong tires, RNR tires gave me just that. Their staff is lovely, the mechanic(s) kick butt, and the tires are fantastic. i couldn't ask for more and wouldn't want anyone else to handle my tires!

Not very professional. Was told one thing by phone from Kyle, then after driving over an hour to get there for tires, was told they wouldn t approve us when just the week before the GM said we were approved. Definitely not going back for any future tires.

When I first went through RNR I could honestly say they were great! we had an issue with the back tires and they honored the warranty, took it in often for the rotations etc. Then I did the early Pay Off option the tire its self still has a warranty on it. the tire got bad for whatever reason shortly after we paid it off. called the store and for some reason...even though i paid for everything....they can no longer help me because the "manager who just left was great at throwing paper work away and we have no way of telling how many rotations you have had' I was going to get another set of tires for our other vehicle but that just left a poor taste with me..i went out and bough new tires couldnt wait much longer. Peerless tires is just up the street.

My passenger rear tire had a flat. Luckily Harvey was able get me in and take look and got it patched with free of charge which is awesome ! However i still wanted get new tire instead so i bought a used like new tire which is good deal. Definitely will come back here again if you needed

By far the best service I ve ever had. Every single person greeted me with a smile and was more than willing to help. The service manager made me feel welcomed on the phone. Store manager even took the time to let me know that my tires had dry rot and was really polite. Thank you for looking out for my safety. The sales manager quoted me some new tires which I look forward to really soon. The tech that handed my keys thanked me for my business. I will refer everyone here. Thank you guys.

Wow! I am new to town. Brought my truck here with a bolt in the tire. The staff was all very professional and courteous. And, they completely shocked me when they were done and told me I didn't owe anything. They don't charge flat repair. Wow! Fast, exceptional customer service. Definitely earned my future business!

I STARTED OUT A CUSTOMER AND SEE HOW MUCH IT HELPS OTHERS SO I JOINED THE TEAM AND NOW ITS BEEN ALMOST 4 YEARS I ENJOY HELPING PEOPLE WHO NEED TIRES BUT CANT BUY THEM STAIGHT OUT....
