LOVE these guys! Ever since we found them, they are the only ones I trust with my vehicle. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable, and don't try to screw you over. Which I appreciate, lol. It's hard to find a great mechanic like that. They are full service, so if you break down, they can tow you to their place (also very reasonably price). We had to do that once. Pricing is VERY reasonable. I also love the PDF that comes with it. It that shows you 3 categories of what your car needs and that they found (w/ pictures!) so you know what is most important to get done first and what can wait. I tell everyone about them now. Can't say enough good things about them.

Best auto service, they didn't do much to my car since we didn't really know what was wrong but they let us take a loaner car for free as long as it comes back with a full tank of gas

First time using Red Rock Auto and it was a great experience. The prices were fair, Brian was very responsive and helpful. Mark gave great advice concerning the primary problem that I brought the vehicle in for. I absolutely loved the top notch customer service. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and left me smiling, even in the face of some pretty serious problems with my car. Brian, the shop manager, went above and beyond in ensuring that I am getting the best possible care for my vehicle.I'm new in town, and I think I've found my go to Service shop.

5 stars because I can't give 10 stars. Customer service is off the scale. Work is always great. It's a rare experience you don't encounter very often anymore. They text you the results of inspection with pictures, easy to approve estimates, and when vehicle is ready for pickup. No surprises. Highly recommend!

Professional, thorough, and super nice! They go above and beyond for their customers. They had to keep my vehicle over the weekend, so they gave me a loaner so I wouldn't be without transportation. But, the man who does the repairs my car required came in on his day off and fixed it that day, so I wouldn't have to wait. I've never experienced this level of care. These people are amazing. I highly recommend them!!

After calling a few repair and tire shops I settled on Red Rock Auto because the person I talked to over the phone was so polite, genuine, and more than helpful when I mentioned I would have my toddler with me. He immediately mentioned they can set me up with a loaner car free of charge. I had the front tires, tie rods and an alignment done. I got my car back later that day and am very pleased with the work! The guy at the counter took the time to explain the bill to me and the pricing was very fair. Had a 1pm appointment brought my own oil and filters. Stopped at Riley's prior to find out why my check engine light came on, said it was the fuel filter so I got one. They tell me that it would be 100 and something to diagnose my check engine light. Right then I knew I would not go back. Then they let me know that to put the fuel filter in would be 90 something $ to install. Ended up charging 60$ that took all of 10min. Then I had to ask them to clear the codes. And they never looked for the left blinker light bulb that was out. Joe was very nice and why I gave a two star.

They take care of their customers! The customer service is excellent and the communication is exceptional. Everything is explained in detail. The folks at Red Rock do great mechanic work! Their communication is superb--they'll tell you exactly when they can start working on the car and how long it normally takes them. The bills also delineate exactly what they did on the car as well as any recommendations they have based on their inspection. They are also quite willing to work with you if you need a ride to somewhere in Hutch while they are working on your car.I needed to have a brake job done recently and had it priced at another shop for some cheaper, but wanted to have the work done at Red Rock because they actually care about creating a great customer-based experience! I would recommend them to anybody!

Excellent repairs and replacements on my 1996 civic. Very friendly and accommodating. Red Rock Auto showed true care for my needs and proactive service for my car. By far the best service I've received. I most definitey recommend them and will be happy to return business to them in the future.

Staff at red rock auto centre is very helpful and diligent about the work they do. They're easy to get along with and offer friendly service! My only concern is the lack of face masks while dealing with the public during the heightened Covid outbreak in Reno county. When someone such as myself walks into a business with a mask on, I would hope for consideration for my health and safety.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Not only did they fix what I needed done they informed me of another issues that was causing my car to misfire. A little pricey but anything they touch is warrantied. I'll be taking my car to them here in a week for a fuel pump change. If u have the extra dollar for things other than oil changes and tires then it's worth it. Quick and respectable men.

This place is great!!! Quality work, in a very timely fashion, and they also picked me up at home to retrieve my vehicle so I wouldn't be stuck waiting on a cab!! Definitely will use them again for any repairs going forward!!

Great people. Worked on our van and had the work done fast and us back on the road. Very reasonably priced. Super friendly.. If there was a delay or something else they found wrong they called to talk to us about it first. Great great people. We are using them again for a completely separate issue

Fantastic mechanic! I get grumpy about big bills just like anybody else does, but Steve, Jerry, and the team always communicate clearly about what needs to be done and how much it will cost. If I get a big bill from Red Rock, I know I needed a lot of work, rather than them doing stuff that didn't need to be done. Highly recommend to everybody!!

These guys are the best around! Steve and Brian take care of my personal vehicles and my company vehicles as well. Their honesty and integrity are above and beyond!!! Not once have I ever been taken advantage of!!! A young man that goes by the name Bama found a case with vital info and credit cards in it, he picked everything up and brought it to our house with everything in it!!! RollTide Bama and next time you can loose the bills . You have an excellent staff at Red Rock Auto

What a great group of guys! Steve and his team are top shelf, and I have heartily recommended them to my friends. During repairs on one of my vehicles they broke an adjacent part, called me and explained they were taking responsibility for the part and the labor to replace it, all at their expense. This was a situation they could have easily covered over, had they told me the piece was defective when they got to it, and I would have never been the wiser. Instead, they took the high ground and for that, they have my trust! These guys will treat you right . . .

Used to use them until I took my truck there to get my ignition replaced and when I pick it up found the new ignition in a box on the passenger side floor. They didn't do anything to my truck but, said they did and charged me a pretty high price to do it.. they showed me that they are dishonest so never went back. I do not recommend this place.

Steve and the guys at Red Rock are the most ethical and cost effective mechanics I've ever dealt with. They never recommend something I don't need, and only fix what I request of them. They've only made one mistake on my vehicle and they were quick to fix it. My wife has even said, "I don't feel like an idiot or talked down to when we go there."
