Had a headlight out, called the store associate, they answered professionally and promptly. The light I needed was in stock, the associate even took the time to quickly install both lights for me. Took about 3 minutes where it would've taken me weeks putting my car back together from possibly destroying it because I don't know how to plug in a light. The associate even showed me how to install the light when he noticed my natural curiosity. Thanks for a wonderful and educational experience. Now I have knowledge to fix my own and even others headlights if needed. Practically feel like a mechanic now. :)

I bought a box of LED lights and didn't open the box. In the process of fixing my headlights I learned that the issue wasn't needing new lights, it was a wiring issue. In less than 24 hours I took the box of LED lights back to the store and I was told that these are halogens and I can't return them. I told them that's exactly what I got in the box. They said they inspected it before I bought it and I said no because the box has never been opened. Now I have the most expensive set of halogen lights and I'm stuck with them. Funny thing, they don't even fit my vehicle. Good try though.

Amazing! The young man (Rickey)helping my mother get her car battery changed and oil her belt was soo very helpful! She had had a horrible day and he made it much better. What wonderful staff!

Good auto parts store. If they don't have what you need they can get it quickly if you talk to the right employees. Like every workplace everywhere, some of them are more helpful than others.

Ok..Saturday ..mid morning.good to O'Reilly and have them look up a part for your ride..Then....go to Autozone, have them look up the same part..then when you REALLY need something, I'll Bet the one you go to, starts with an 'A"...

They changed an air filter and battery in my Chrysler Aspen and he did a great job. Most of them were friendly, save one.
