I stopped by to take advantage of their free diagnostic test. My 'Air Bag' light was on and a friendly gentleman promptly assisted me with the issue. Most helpful.

Fantastic service! Bought Bosch windshield wipers 355 days ago and they broke in the snow a few days ago. Stopped by to buy another and they looked up my old receipt using my phone number without me asking and let me know I was eligible for a free warranty replacement! They gave me a free replacement and took care of sending the old back to Bosch! Customer for life.

I was right at the doors at 9pm as there closing time is then but I was still helped and not even one time felt like a burden or a problem. This place is very helpful and knows exactly what it is that I needed for a part and extremely polite

Today I visited the store on 4th St. and a woman named Sam helped me out. She really went the extra mile for me and when all was said and done, I got exactly what I needed to fix my car. A 10 out of 10 job and a very happy guy walked out of the store. Thanks so much Sam. Keep up the good work!

Needed a wiring pigtail, gave them their part number. Employee went directly to it. No issue and part was exactly what I needed. Always friendly and professional.

I'm actually pretty irritated with this particular O'Reilly's store. Went in to purchase a mass airflow sensor and ended up with a MAP sensor... totally not a necessary part that I needed. I was clear with my pronunciation and description of what I needed and yet I still was given the wrong part. Will NOT be going here again.

They have great customer service, and are very helpful. Had exactly what I was looking for and it was easy to find in the store.The loan a tool program comes in handy with some of the specially tools I need for jobs.

Needed a new battery for my husband's car. Without waited on almost immediately. The South Station was very friendly professional and installed the battery that we were looking for inside his car. Would definitely recommend!

For the most part as a whole this is a great place! One night I asked for help from some one in their store Young careless guy dark hair and skinny! He simply laughed at me! Almost seems to be on drugs!! But other than him every one else in entire store is great

A loyal customer feels thrown under the bus in a time of need. Purchased a set of wipers recently. Turned them on today and the drivers side wiper fell off. Clearly a bad wiper. Stopped in to get it replaced. Rusty at the Hutchinson KS store could careless. Bring your receipt man! It s raining and it s kind of tough driving without a wiper. I made it to safely to Autozone. That $12 dollar wiper Rusty cost your store plenty in the loss of future sales.

I go here quite often just this is somewhere I passed by all the time, when I go in there always help for the store is always clean well-organized, I find what I want very easily or I'll ask the staff, the prices or some of the best around, bought a window motor and actuator yesterday which cost me a fraction of what it would have cost somewhere else, and they're free diagnostic and battery check amazing, these guys are really friendly there glad to help and they know most of the problems if you just ask, and I use them for most of them for my needs and will return

Had to get help finding a bulb to fix my taillight....then I went ahead removed my brake light assembly and took it inside so the real reason of my issues could've determined. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Most helpful crew ever!!!! I'm not mechanically inclined and they were able to get pop in my headlight and have me back on the road asap. Quick in and out. Great service. Will definitely be back.

The 2 young men helped me big time with my critch rocket when the battery died. Helped install it and took it apart my fairings. 100 on the customer service! Way better than auto zone

I would pick this one over 30th Street. The staff here is somewhat knowledgeable. Nobody that works here with the exception of Sammy and 2 of the guys tries to help without having to make it clear you need help.

I usually make it here both days weekly (Saturday & Wednesday) to pick up mostly fresh produce. This is the place to be. On Saturday they often have live music after about 10am. Besides the best home grown produce in our area, they have baked goods, eggs, & other items.
