2021 Hyundai Kona - 30k miles - Negotiating process was fine, they couldn t budge much on the price and made it all about the payments even though I was pre approved from my bank, lots of add ons offered bringing the price way above what I was expecting. Found damage from what looked to be someone ripping the cargo tray out of the trunk, busted plastic pieces, didn t see it before I signed the paperwork, they replaced the key fob battery and promised to fix a busted tire pressure sensor- over a week in now and 2 hours (apart from the 5 hours spent buying the car) wasted at the dealership for them to tell me I have to take it to a Hyundai dealer to get the tire sensor programmed. Called Hyundai and Peerless they both said anyone can program them, don t know if they didn t know how to do it or what but it s still not working, no update on a loaner and no call back after 2 voicemails left. All in all experience was fine, some loose ends and not much negotiation as far as price. I m sure I ll be happy when it s all said and done. Would recommend but only if you re looking to pay above what they re asking. Like way above. Which is probably typical. I ve attached pictures of the busted plastic pieces in the trunk- I d say if you re a dealership it s going to be hard to miss this, and there was no mention of it, I did not inspect the car well enough before signing- just test drove- hopefully you can learn from my mistake. This process is stressful enough as is, and as you can imagine it would suck to feel like you got left out to dry after investing $25k

This is a hard review because our experience was so up and down. We had a positive experience with the buying process for our used van. However, when we got it home we noticed it was leaking oil and missing a DVD remote (we didn't know to ask for one as we had never had a car DVD player). We called and they told us to bring it back. To their credit, they replaced the oil pan at no cost and it seems to be mechanically sound now. The repair department was easy to work with, but at the same time, should have caught the leak during the pre-inspection. Our sales person told us he would try to locate us a remote, but didn't follow through. Had that been the end of it, I still would have felt like it was a 4 star experience.However, after driving the van for about a week we noticed a smoking odor. The air freshener that had used to spruce up the van had clearly worn off and it was very apparent the van had been smoked in. Now to be fair, we didn't ask if it had been smoked in and they didn't advertise it as a smoke free vehicle. I just assumed based on the fresh smell that it had not been a smokers car or had been treated properly. We had to pay for a car detail with smoke removal from a professional to correct the issue. This lack of transparency is what led us to leave a 2 star review.

Fair, Honest, Courteous, and did a great job on my 2003 F-150 Lightning that was cutting out and also a cruise control that would not engage. Took the service manager for a quick spin to check out the results and was well pleased. Thank you to the Team at Midwest Superstore for a job well done!

I also contacted the Kansas state Attorney and Kansas Consumer Commision. Butler and his leadership will be held accountable. Your the biggest deceiving, most unethical and biggest liar I know. Your despicable lil girl.Place is a scam and the business manager Chris made it look like I was approved for loan and purchased vehicle 2 weeks ago with misleading unethical business practices called me today and said he couldn't get me approved and I need to bring vehicle back to Hutchinson over an hour away. They lied and scammed me. How can they treat people like that and wake up in the morning and look at theirselves in the mirror and feeling good about misleading and scamming people. Super car guys same. Do not go to this place or Midwest Kia and Rusty Eck Ford in wichita. They all let you leave thinking your approved and you are not. 2 weeks later they say they can't approve your loan. Should be held accountable by the law for their unethical business practices. Then Chris the supposedly professional business manager hung up on me like little girl. BEWARE OF THIS SCHEME MAKE SURE YOUR APPROVED TOTALLY BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP LOT. This has happen at several dealerships. I have several friends and family that this has happened to. TheState and Sedgwick county and Reno County district attorneys need to let consumers not to fall for this scam. I bought insurance. Had to cancel amd get refund. A total nightmare. Dropped my vehicle off at 9 for an oil change in the morning mind you I had an appointment. By 1230 they still were not done made my day chaotic because I was depending on vehicle to be done at 1 they still didn't even service the car. Called several times after that but went to voicemail finally at 245 my car was ready. So terrible time waiting but they have to service my car so it sucked.

We dropped off our Highlander for a review to make sure it was good for traveling to Louisiana. We came back 5 hours later and it wasn't done. They hadn't done it. We were told to just wait in the lounge area. Not acceptable.

I gat a Ford truck safety recall notice so called for an appointment. Appointment made 30 days in advance. 30 days latter I took the truck in on the planed day, they kept my truck for four hours just to tell me to come get the truck and that they did not have the parts and the part were not even on order. No planning and no management here.

Total rip off. Bought my jeep with powertrain warranty for $9000 about a year ago. Informed them that I travel to nj a couple of times a year and asked if this jeep would be suitable for me. Two different people there told me It would a great car for traveling. After 4 months the jeep overheats after 12 minutes and they wanted over $800 to fix it. Told them I couldn't afford it so they dropped it to $400. Told them I still couldn't afford. Now almost a year later from purchasing it and I still can only travel 12 mins one way and wait three hours to travel 12 mins back. Rip-off City! I posted this same post on their Facebook and they blocked me. I could of bought a way cheaper and reliable car somewhere else and would of been happier off

Went in for an alignment ended up needing a new set of tires. Took 5 hours to get 4 new tires put on! The staff does not have great communication skills on the phone called twice to have them say an alignment won t work and then stopped. End of sentence. Leaving me confused and having to pry for what do we do next cause something was obviously wrong. I felt like I was being treated as dumb and like they had no concern for my time when they took 5 hours.

The service department is dishonest and will break your car. They messed up the mileage on my husband s car, more than doubling what the correct miles were. They refused to fix it at first, but finally agreed to. It took them over two weeks to fix what was THEIR mistake. Then when we got home, found that they had broken three bolts to the hood. What a disaster!

I had a fantastic experience! I live 150+ miles away. We were able to communicate over text and email. They also allowed me to trade in 2 vehicles for one. The icing on the cake was that they delivered my new vehicle and picked up my trade ins!

Worst service center I've ever had to work with. Replaced a dash cluster in my car and programmed the miles on the new dash to 147k more miles when the car had 170k when I dropped it off. When I pointed it out they did their best to brush it off and not do anything about it. When I insisted that they fix their mistake, I didn't get an update on the car for 2 weeks even though I was promised that someone would call me with an update 6 different times. When they finally had the correct mileage programmed I picked it up and brought it home I opened the hood a few days later and the service tech had broken off 3 of the 4 bolts holding the hood on and didn't replace them or say anything about it. Thankfully the hood didn't fly off on the way home. Very unprofessional and shoddy workmanship, I will not be taking any more of my vehicles their for service

In and out with 2 more safety recalls, transmission is still messsed up and under warranty but they explain to me that being under warranty means only safety features nothing else whatsoever.I just love walking into a place being ignored until I see someone not doing anything and have them stare at me in the eyes until I m close enough that they pick up the phone to call someone like it s my job to wait on them now even tho you watched me walk over here to talk to someone.
