When I purchased a new vehicle, I had Spencer Golden as my sales person. He was courteous and was excellent informing me of the progress. He was not high pressure like I have seen with other sales persons with other companies.The other staff were also amazing with the various contacts. The whole staff made the purchase process enjoyable.If you are looking at a new or used vehicle, I would recommend going to Midway Motors. They care for the customer. I would also be willing to recommend Spencer as your sales person.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Brandon Fox! My wife and I were interested in purchasing a car, but weren t sure which car would have all the bells and whistles but also fit into our budget. Brandon Fox provided excellent customer service, superior product knowledge, and a welcoming environment that made the trip worth while. I encourage Midway Motors to give props to Brandon for the service he provided to us. Thank you Brandon Fox for making this the best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. You definitely set the standard high, and I will hold others up to that standard the next time around. Thank you.

First off, I'm very pleased with my purchase. My sales associate Derek did a great job of helping me look at various vehicles and provide information about them. He was very patient with my work schedule and since I lived out of town it was more of a challenge to get there to set up test drives. In the end he was just very helpful with the whole process of trading in my vehicle, getting me financing and making it simple for me to just sign the paperwork and be on my way. I would highly recommend working with Midway motors.

The purchase process was smooth and stress-free. Gary is an awesome sales associate, very helpful and knowledgeable. I live 3 hours away and he was able to come out so I could test drive the vehicle and came back out to deliver it. The staff is great and courteous, 10/10 overall!

Brandon was very personable and helpful in showing us vehicles we had seen on the website. When presented with a quote for trade it was not insulting for our trade in value. When we made a counter offer it was accepted. The quote also included the sales tax which in previous car deals it was added on after the trade in price was agreed on.

Had a great experience. Spencer Golden was our salesman, he was very nice! This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought at Midway over the past 15 years. First time we bought brand new from there! Only negative, didn t have the staff to properly detail the car so I have to take it back next week. Minor inconvenience for me but glad they will make it right!

Spencer Golden is a fantastic sales person. It started with a phone call where he answered several of my questions without pushing me to come in person, and then he allowed us to text him over the next day until we could drive the hour to the dealership. When we got there he had the car (an EV) ready to go and charged up so that we could drive it the 70 miles home without worry. We were in and out of the dealership with a new car in less than 90 minutes. Mony in finance was so easy to deal with and we never felt that anyone was pushy. Ryan answered our questions about taxes and EV rebates before we could even ask them. Overall the best car buying experience ever. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy, and will be encouraging my Wichita friends to not shy away from driving to Hutchinson for their next vehicle.

Shout-out to Mr. Golden! Dude is far from a sleazy car salesman. He rocks Carhartt so you know he s gonna work hard. Great experience from start to finish. Even the grey heads up there were cool! I can t say enough about the staff. They re non-judgy up there. Transparent from start to finish. The new whip is legit too. I usually make dealers take their logo off the car before I drive off, but I m proud that my car is from Midway Motors.

My husband and I have bought numerous vehicles through Midway Motors. The staff is exceptional from Sales Personnel to Receptionist to Finance Department on through the Maintenance department ! Great experience! Brandon Fox was an amazing salesman - he worked so hard to get the vehicle we wanted in from Newton, took us for a great test drive and was very knowledgeable! And we were in a hurry to purchase due to an accident and it was made very painless. We got the vehicle that we wanted it was exactly what we wanted and our salesman was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Anyone needing to purchase definitely needs to see Peyton what a wonderful young man and he knew his business. We purchased two vehicles in 2 months from Midway. We are extremely happy with both purchases and everyone at Midway.

The communication was excellent from Steve he provided what I needed sent me a video as I live 3 hours away they were going to deliver to me for a very reasonable price but the snow had other plans and ended up meeting them half way. The driver Mike was very kind let us look over the van. All around great service! I would definitely recommend them!

Spencer, Ryan, and Mony were incredible. In and out in 90 minutes, no hard pushes or shady deals. The most pleasant experience I have ever had. Drove over an hour to buy from them and it was still faster than buying from our local dealer!

I've bought my last 5 cars from Midway Motors & always go to Midway because their Service Department is top notch. Today, however they went 'above and beyond'. I called and spoke with Michael to report that my front right tire is flat & not able to hold air (spare was unusable). I have AAA so I was able to arrange for a tow to Midway .... but once I got to Midway I had to he delayed buto one to pick me up. Even though Michael was due to be off work in about a half hour, he arranged for a loaner car and will make sure that it will be ready for me - and this is all after their regular work hours. AAA's previous driver's tow job was delayed which then caused my driver to then be delayed and Michael ispatiently handling these delays. Michael has been just awesome.

They said they would do everything they can to get My family and I the vehicle we needed and they did exactly that. The entire process was smooth. The customer service was on the money. The entire staff was extremely helpful and very courteous. 10 stars . We won't deal with anyone else.

My husband and I are from KCMO. We have literally been to 8-12 dealerships looking for a Tahoe. Because of our carryover, no dealers seemed to want to work with us. We found one at Victory Chevy in Smithville, but they sold it from out from under us after we agreed on a price and did the financing. We were very sketchy of salesmen after that. I saw Midway had a Tahoe, but was nervous to call. I did tho and spoke to Spencer. Within 2 days we picked up our Tahoe. Spencer was great to work with and made communicating painless. Mony, in financing, made it fun to go into debt.. he has a great personality!! Thank you so much for making my husbands dream come true and also giving me back my weekends!

Went in on Sunday afternoon drove through the lot looking for a used car found 2015 Cadillac SRX called our bank on Monday heartland credit Union got pre-approved contacted Brian Goodheart and he made us a sweet deal we were in there and out in less than an hour.
