It was super easy to schedule services online; I frickin' love that! The shop was organized and clean, and the staff were professional, courteous, on time, and knew what I needed when I arrived. There was a clean, comfortable waiting area, with beverages available. You can watch your car inspection and servicing in real time on your cell phone. They asked for a go-ahead before replacing needed filters, since it was not agreed to ahead of time. In summary: Perfect! Go here for all of your car servicing needs. Highly recommend.

Buying with Midway was great! Spencer went above and beyond to find the car I wanted (and I am picky!) The service department has been amazing first getting my new car in to have the windows tinted then to get the some extra detailing done. They even gave me a loaner while they had my car, at other places it s find a ride or get a shuttle so I really appreciated that they gave me a loaner for the day. The finance manager was great and got us in and out quickly. I was so impressed with the whole processes. Thank you so much!!!

Quoted $750 which was already $250 more than other shops quote. I decided to have you do it since you could get to it quicker. After having it in the shop they called and said it would be $925. Since it wouldn t start and I towedit to the shop I was pretty much stuck. Had it done and total was $1004. Two other shops quoted $400-$550. I m happy with the work but way overpriced. Probably won t have any more work done here because of price.

Jim was very professional and clearly communicated what repairs and parts were needed and kept us updated on the timeline of the completion of the repairs. We will definitely be back to Midway Motors if we need any more service work completed. Thank you!

Since being here in Kansas for the past 5 years I had either went all the way back to Oklahoma where I am from so my dad a retired Chevrolet mechanic of 40+ years could change the oil on my car or wherever I was residing at the time I would have the local Chevrolet dealership change the oil on my vehicle. I have been here in Hutch a year and I needed my oil changed so I did some research and made a few calls asking questions about their service. I decided to go with Midway Motors and scheduled an appointment for this morning! I was very impressed with the layout of the dealership especially the shop!!!! Extremely nice staff and topnotch service I was especially impressed with the video vehicle inspection!!!! As long as I am here in Hutch I will be letting Midway Motors take care of my vehicle from here on out!

Everyone I came in contact with at Midway was super friendly. I had service work done on my 3500 dually. The service department was again friendly knowledgeable and accommodating, they answered all of my questions starting with parts department and over to service. They had me in and out quickly and were organized. Would highly recommend them!

Your service department and staff are excellent! I worked with Miguel and he was very helpful and friendly. The lady at the service reception window was quite nice and helpful as well. We decided to have our car s transmission replaced in your shop as a result of your excellent service. You were recommended by our son in law, Jarred Kneisel (customer).

Jim and the service department are the best! So accommodating on getting us in to fit our schedule. They do a good inspection and a full service. Our whole experience with Midway has been wonderful.

Took a bit longer ger than I thought for the repairs, but I brought it in without an appointment and they managed to fit it I so can't be upset about it. Overall great customer service and the work performed was excellent! Thanks to everyone at Midway

We had a wonderful experience when we brought in both of our vehicles to get the oil changed! People were very friendly and we received a loaner vehicle to use while our vehicles were being worked on! We couldn t be more happy! Thank you so much!

I reported a shudder in my transmission so I brought the Colorado to you to look at. I was simply told that the issue could not be replicated. I asked the service anywhere the service technician drove the pickup. The service manager said that he did not know but the he would find out and get back with me after lunch. It is still after lunch and I have not received a phone call for the service manager. The pickup still has the same issue. I am going to get a second opinion.

I really appreciated the service I got at Midway Motors. They got my truck in and repaired earlier than any other shop. All the shops were backed up including Midway but Midway got me in 3 days earlier than the other shops and out. That was HUGE. Thanks Midway Motors!!!

I took my SUV in for an oil change and new brakes/repairs. They did an excellent job with those repairs! I even received an inspection video from the techs and was able to text back and forth with them regarding my vehicle which was convenient! Later that day I received a text saying my vehicle was getting its complimentary car wash and was ready to be picked up! I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend 10/10!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked them to check out the front end because we had been hearing some noise. After inspecting everything they found a couple of parts worn out and helped get the extended warranty coverage we had purchased to pay for the expensive repairs. Dropped my car off, then they called and talked me through the process got it all figured out with warranties and then their company that deals with payments. The guy said great pick up tomorrow your all good. Then I go to pick up my car and they can't find my car or the paper work for my car. After they find my car they said I need to pay after I showed receipt for my pay arrangement and said no that I still have a balance. I had to call the company to verify that my balance was taken care of. Then they said ok here is your key. The whole experience was frustrating.

I was in a bind and they even provided me a loaner to use while my car was being evaluated and I was able to get a small discount because the expense was not in my budget and because I had the car cleaned out they vacuumed it all out
