I bring my company truck here for routine maintenance and Mitch and his guys always get things taken care of! I recently switched my personal vehicles to here also and they are fair, quick and do a fantastic job! S.Neal is an awesome technician and always gives great feedback! Thanks guys!

Being a single mom it is imperative I have a reliable vehicle. Mitch and his team always take care of me as if I were family. My kids safety is important to them and they are always able to apply some kind of coupon or discount for me. They let me know what is necessary for my vehicle and which things can wait. As long as management and workmanship remain the same I won t go anywhere else for my car care needs.

No complaints with changing my oil and informing me of potential problems with my car. They were quick and efficient. Only issue is that they were supposed to top all fluids and they did not fill the wiper fluid, I made a point to ask them about that yet it still wasn t done.

The guys where helpfull, informative and patient when I was asking About engine conditioning additives They were fast and the service was great Did the whole 31 point inspection, And had me out fast Even though it was like -10� outside and half the shop was frozen Don t forget to tip those guys. They re in there working hard on your car so you don t have to worry about it on your way to work.

I had a ten o clock appointment and so did another person. I was there on time the other person was not but their vehicle was worked on first. I was there for an hour and a half the other person with the appointment was done in under forty five minutes. I realize Saturday is different than during the week I just think I should not have had to wait since I was on time. Otherwise service was good if a bit expensive even with a coupon

I like the messaging service that gives you a rundown of what they see that needs to be fixed. However, I feel like they put the most expensive fixes on there and left off the ones that don't cost as much, like my serpentine belt that needs to be changed should have been on, along the with the new struts they said I needed.

There was an issue during an oil change and a housing piece was broken. They promptly fixed it and did not charge me. I appreciate how this was handled, even though it probably wasn t their fault. Thanks

New customer, told the guy my name (Sam) and he writes Samantha, clearly a 38 year old man there with his teenage children, wife not present. When I get their estimate I notice the name, ask the guy if this is a joke? Said it was a glitch, seems odd but whatever.Additionally, they broke my glove box when checking my cabin air filter, won t stay shut. I ll be contacting them her shortly on this.

I was quoted 63.00 for a diagnostic evaluation, to be eliminated if they did the work. They promised to get the job done "this morning". At 11:15 they called with the diagnosis.At 2:00 I called, they said they had not started the work. I told them not to start, that I would pick up the auto. At 2:45 I came to pick up the car, and was given a bill for 175.33. (No work done).I predict that this current management will not last long.

Oil change was priced $30 to $40 higher than I pay at other oil / lube express businesses. They did not tell me the price of oil change or I probably would have left & found a different lube business. Did not vacuum floor. Did not wash Windshield. Paid over $70 for an oil change, waited for almost 2 hours after I made an appointment. I get my car home and realize they didn t even too off all the fluids like they said they would. I ve always felt like I m getting an honest appraisal and honest service when I come here. Sure sometimes you re sold work for something you didn t plan on doing but I ve never found it to be a dishonest conversation for something that didn t really need attention and worth the investment. My cars are 15+ years old and I feel like the work recommended is a best compromise to keep me on the road and not dumping money into a bottomless pit. When the work or issue ends up being more than quoted they try to keep the total cost as close to the quote.Service: Engine repair

They honored a botched brake job from Wichita Meineke, and spent almost 3 hours replacing defective rear brake pads. They took the time to correctly diagnose the problem, order the correct brake pads, and install them correctly, without charging me a penny. I particularly appreciated Andrew being willing to work late to get this done.I highly recommend these guys.Mark

They didn't put the antifreeze cap on correctly after changing the oil and checking fluids. Car overheated and won't stay in gear. They had it two weeks and said it was fixed. I didn't get out of the parking lot before it went out of gear again. It has been there another two weeks and is not fixed yet. This is my mom's car. She is 70 years old. They should stand by their service and quit putting other customers ahead of her.Service: Oil change

Got an oil change in Hutchinson. Evidently it it is not important to have a clean Car Care Center. The chairs, floor, windows in and surfaces were filthy. I stood the entire time. There was geese/ oil from mechanics shoes on my floor carpet and smudges on my visor. They don't use paper floor mats. Not impressed. Probably won't go back as it does seem there is "Car Care". Makes you wonder.Service: Oil change

Don t do their credit card! Done even apply. I was getting some work done on a diesel truck. There was other mechanical issues discovered that needed to be addressed and fixed. They offered their card program as a solution and we applied, over the phone. While waiting on the approval we figured out a better method to pay with and we told them DO NOT proceed with getting the credit card. Some time later we received that card and it showed up on our credit reports. After fighting with the card company and this Meineke for going forward when we told them not to, we were told just to not use it, and it wouldn t have a negative affect on our credit. Not from the card company, but from the man we were dealing with at this location. It was used sparingly and paid on time. The limit was dropped 4 times and eventually closed. This account was in good standing when closed and had a massive impact on our credit. There is no recourse for our issue, that is why I chose to write this review. We have not been back to this location since. As always buyer/customer beware, it is a predatory system.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Long story short, we picked the vehicle up STILL not running properly. The mgr. was not available but 2 of the technician said that he's bad about "leaving in a hurry" when his shift is over and even though he supposedly had all of the info, he failed to give that info to us. If we had known that there were "additional" repairs we would NOT have agreed to do the initial work. NEVER AGAIN!

Thanks!And Let s see if someone responds.I was very disappointed this time as I went in to get my normal oil change....and was prepared to use my over 3,300 points towards it this time and the Manger was unable to apply my points. Say What???And I'm wondering why????And WHO I should call????And if I call will I get a robot to "talk' to????~Julie

Just washed truck before coming in to have oil changed. Got oil changed went home. Should have checked truck at your shop but looked over truck and on right front fender their were two arm marks sweat or oil off right an left arms. Not real happy.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
