Most unhelpful tire shop I've ever used. Bought a full set of tires a little over a year ago. Found one tire was low. Walked in only to be told they were too busy to even look at it. Went to another shop that looked at it immediately and found it was unrepairable. I should have stayed at the other shop but I wanted to get all the tires matching since they were not very old. That was my mistake. Went back to Kansasland to drop it off and have them order a matching tire. A few days later, it came in, and I went to go pick it up. I asked if they could mount it and once again the desk staff said they were too busy, but thought she could check and see if the guys in the back could do it quickly. Was told they would "drop what they were doing to mount the tire back on the truck. 45 minutes later, they finish. I find one completely broken lug. Along with not refilling it with nitrogen like it had in it along with the other tires. Fast forward a month and I find not just one lug broken but all 8 are so badly deformed I can't even get the socket on them. All were signicantly over tightened and 2 are completely stripped out I cannot even remove the wheel now. There are definitely better shops that treat you better than what I received here.

When you're new to town it's always hard to find the honest doctors or dentist are mechanic or whatever service you need. Well, I found it. They're busy so make an appointment, but they're an honest and seem to be knowledgeable. They are my go to now!

I have taken several vehicles to them including a semi. I have always received the best service and they are very helpful and kind. I have called numerous times for help with things and Ace is always up for all my questions! Love this place!Thanks Kansasland!

Great customer service!! Driving home from work and got a large screw in my tire. Went straight to Kansasland. They took care of everything and didn't charge me anything.

I went in the shop and Kara ordered a new tire for me for my car trailer. She contacted me on my voice mail as soon as it arrived. I had an appointment set up for friday at 5:00. That morning I got called into work so I pulled the rim off the car trailer and dropped it off to Kara that morning at 9:00 am. She worked it into their already busy schedule for that day, Saturday at 7:45am I picked it up. Kara did an outstanding job getting me taken care of. They are lucky to have such a knowledgable employee. I will use them again if I need there service and I highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends. I will tell them to ask for Kara. Great service and friendly staff! Fixed all my needs, new tires and new sensors! Best the price from several sources, which included rotations!! Almost no one dies that anymore. I'm going to be a repeat customer!

Can we put 0? Had a new heavy machinery tire blow out within 2 miles of it being installed. Wanted a warranty exchange so they installed a new tire to tell me a week later they wouldn't warranty it and made me pay for another one. Worst experience with a tire dealer in my life.

Made an appointment for 8:00 AM for an alignment. Was told it would take about 1:30. Went to coffee with a friend and gat a call about :45 that it was done. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Definitely Best shop and customer service we've ever experienced.Ace went above and beyond to ensure safety and replace our daughters tires same day. He was so extremely helpful that we were able to replace 2 additional tires with in stock tires at a more than reasonable price! I still take my vehicle here when I need work done, and the quality of the service has not changed. They went out of their way to schedule me, services were well-priced, and I was in and out before I knew it!Original 2020 Review: Really take care of you on a person to person basis. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. One of the only places I trust with my vehicle.

4:30 pm I called and asked to look at noise I thought I had. They were amazing and said bring it in.The guy who actually looked at van. Was fantastic! It was the girl. Who drove my respect down.Girl was talking shavings found she thought. While I was waiting for test driver. Guy who looked at and test drove. Said it was good. No problem. Then was sweet and didn't charge for looking at it.I drove it home, Colorado. Like he said, no problem.

I have been going to Kansasland since 2000. The service and honesty is unmatched. Prices are comparable and staff is friendly, helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond for me several times. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very courteous service/staff. Reasonable amount of time to get tires changed out. Ace and his crew do a great job in getting tires we need at a reasonable price, and let us know if we might need to check on other mechanical concerns, but with no pressure. Greatly appreciate Hutchinson's Kansasland.

Ace and his team in Hutchinson are amazing!!! They are always friendly, professional, and they had my oil change done much sooner than I expected. I have been going to Kansasland Tire in Hutchinson for the past 5 years for tires and engine service. Ace and Kara do a great job of communicating and are fair and honest in handling your vehicle. Had excellent service during my visit. Was able to do a walk in, they were between appointments and I was able to get two tires replaced and rotated in very reasonable amount of time and got back to my day. I can see why Ace is the man up front! He is super considerate and has been incredibly helpful in fixing our car problem and did it while being courteous and kind. That s hard to find nowadays when you re getting auto work done! Thank you for helping us out!

I was stranded 800 miles away and called this shop. Best choice I could have made. Ace and his crew are some of the best in the business, very friendly and professional. The service was quick and done completely right. The waiting room is perfect if you have a family including a kids play table that my daughter loved while waiting. This is a very clean and maintained establishment. I definitely recommend everyone and anyone to go here for any of your car need. There are several very good tire/repair shops in the Hutchinson area and I've been to most of them. In my opinion, Kansasland is at the top of the heap.The repairs are timely and well done, and the employees are truly motivated to ensure that their customers receive the best care.Highly recommended!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Kara knows her way around Kansas Land. She knows how to run the front desk and help everyone even the other employees. Shes a valuable employee. You cant find help like any more.
