Road debris ruined one of my mid-life tires south of Wichita, I tried unsuccessfully to get into a couple Walmarts in the afternoon there before giving up and moving on to Hutch. Hutch Walmart said they could do it right away in the morning I was first in line at 7am, it took 10-15 minutes of information gathering and such just to learn that it d be 3-4 hours before they could get to it. I hung out a few minutes and watched the shop 4 bays, 2 guys, no motion, no noise, it was like a morgue. Called Cooper at 7:30am as they opened and they said they could do it right away. Rolled into their lot surprised to see like 6-8 bays all fully busy, but still someone literally jogged out and grabbed the tire from me as I was pulling it out of my car. A quick 30 seconds of communication and he knew exactly what I needed and was off. Their shop was a noisy mess of commotion and people tripping over themselves getting things done. I was planning to remount the tire myself b/c I thought that might save me some time but someone grabbed my keys and got my car up on a lift and at one point several guys were inspecting the underside of my car just to make sure there wasn t other damage from the debris. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. They had me back on the road by 8am with a similar mid-life tire for like only $60. It was literally so quick that I was caught off guard and drove away without thinking straight. I stopped a couple blocks away just to make sure I hadn t forgotten my donut spare or something, but it was back in it s place inside the car behind a half dozen trim panels, and they would have had to move a bike and cooler and bags to get that done. Amazing.

We've bought all of our tires there for years. Occasional tire repair when needed. Always had great service. Not interested in going anywhere else!

Super nice guys, I was an idiot and brought in the wrong tires for a change and they had already dismounted the old ones before we realized, and they mounted them back up and sent me on my way free of charge, would definitely recommend them.

Arrived at 7:36 am. They were able to immediately get my car in and I was out by 8:08 with a patched tire and peace of mind as I traveled to Wichita for my daughter s neurologist appointment. Incredibly friendly folks!

When I walked in the door I was greeted right away. I needed a certain tool for the jeep and these people showed me different options and figured out what I needed. Then they went out of their way and loaned me the tool. Fast, friendly and the kindest people you will deal with in the automotive business. We then looked at tires and their prices were far better then the 5 other places I went to in Hutchinson. They could even get the tires I needed by tomorrow if I ordered them today. Everywhere else said it would be Monday of next week. Craig Cooper and the staff I delt with were simply amazing. You guys made my life so much easier and I can't thank you enough. I thought by having a jeep the local Allen Samuels Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership could help me but after waiting for them for 45 minutes I got no where. I will definitely be suggesting to all my family and friends with jeeps to deal with Cooper Tire Services. Please just go in or call this place and you will see exactly what I am talking about. My new favorite tire place and automotive center Cooper Tire Service. A+ 5 stars. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Gave me the lowest price on a TPMS sensor, got my vehicle in extremely quickly, and the staff were very friendly. And I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me anything more than what I came in for.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were town for the weekend, had trouble with a tire since we got there. Wanted it checked before left town, turned out the wheel was cracked. They were able to fix it, air up the tire and we were able to come home safely. Thank you!

Seems like everywhere you go these days there is a lack of help. It is the case at cooper tire.We showed up at a scheduled time. They said they were behind an hour to an hour and a half.Those guys have such a hard job to do in this heat.We have been customers of there's for many years without incident.However this time...We had a flat the next morning on one of the tires they ?fixed?.

Reliable service you can count on. Brought them my class A RV after finding a flat this morning. They removed the tire, tank tested and found nothing to fix. No charge!

Scheduled an appointment for 4. When i arrived they informed me that they did not get the tires ordered. No apology offered, just the excuse that they had missed the 11am ordering cutoff by 3 minutes, despite me setting this up at 8:30am.I drove over an hour to have my time wasted.

Got a brand new tire last week and it's already flat. Called and manager pretty much said they wouldnt stand behind their work and replace. Now having to pay another 200 just to replace somewhere else. Would not recommend.

I went with 3 stars because they do good work but will try to scare you into other repairs while your vehicle is there. At least if they've tricked you into these repairs, chances are the work they did was fine.

Very quick service service but the fix I needed couldn't be done in house and the item needed to be sent off to be welded, my home town tire shop fixed it with a epoxy cement kit and it's been fine ever since. The guys at my home town shop couldn't believe they told me to weld it.
