Chico was am awesome person to work with in the service department. We ended up spending way more than we were originally told. More was wrong than they thought. However everything works good now. I was disappointed over the bill, but thankfully that the warranty covered much of the bill. If you go to Conklin ask for Chico. He made our experience so much better.

I made an appointment for a recall notice, oil change and tire rotation. The person told me they would have to order a part for the recall and said it would take a week to come in so set my appointment for a week out. She asked when I wanted to bring it in and I told her Thursdays worked for me. I showed up today (4-4) and was told my appointment was yesterday. I told them I specifically asked for Thursday as Wednesdays don't work for me. I told them I was told the part needed for the recall would take a week to come in and the service writer laughed. He said it was merely a visual inspection. When I came back for my car and they told me what they had done I questioned them about the tire rotation they said they hadn't done it. They said the order must have gotten lost in the shuffle...sorry about that.I'm not the least bit impressed with the service I received.

Sales team was excellent! Lady s greeting us and getting us water were so friendly. Finance department was fast, efficient, and personable. Great experience as always. Fifth car we have bought from them. We will be sure to go to Conklins for future car purchases.

Most of my experience was great. The people were very friendly. Was not happy that never received a call the work had been completed on car and called about 4:50 to check on if it could be picked up but never received call back and showed up about 5:25 to see about pickup up car but doors were already locked. They say they are open until 5:30. Received call next morning that said it was a reminder call I could pick car up, but should only be reminder if I had received an initial call. Like using their service department as close to home but was a little disappointed this time.

1st time using them for an oil change and tire rotation on the recommendation of my good friend PW. Comfortable waiting area, fast, and included a car wash and a quick hit with the vacuum. Stress free service.

Jared, Jose and Ed went above and beyond for me last Monday late afternoon by staying late to help me look at vehicles and helping decide on the best one for me. Alvin was great to work with on the purchase of my 2015 GMC. It first started over the phone with Alvin answering many questions. He was able to get the price I wanted before making the drive to look at it. Mechanics hadn't even looked at it, the Terrain hadn't even made it to the lot. I wanted it, I came home and waited a few days for the car was ready for me. In the mean time, Alvin continued to answer questions. My wife drove to pick it up a few days later. The purchase was painless, I highly recommend Alvin for your next auto purchase.

They did a great job with the maintenance of my car. I m a very busy mom & teacher, so it means a lot that they go above and beyond by coming to my school to pick up my car and deliver it when they re finished. No hassle for me!

Malcolm D. & his dealership at Conklin Buick GMC in Hutchinson, KS did an outstanding job helping me with my purchase. Honest, transparent & experienced is the best way to describe the team at Conklin. Living out of state, I contacted a dozen dealerships & no one compares. I just want to thank Kevin at Conklin for being so patient with me and so helpful. It s my first time owning a new model vehicle and I was very nervous bringing it in. He explained everything well and went exactly what they would do and why, what I needed next and when to come back. They even offered to help program a new key fob for me at no cost. I will definitely be returning to them for all of my service needs.

I took my car in for an oil change, expecting just that, and was given a ride to work, and picked up when the car was finished. The service department had done an extensive inspection, AND washed my car!!!! I was extremely pleased with the entire process. The friendliness of the staff, and the speed in which everything was done, is very much to my liking. I purchased my vehicle from Conklins and would highly recommend them to everyone I know. Conklin put on a part that will not allow the vehicle to be properly aligned. Confronted them the day of repair and was dismissed. Had two different alignment shop say that the wrong parts were installed. They still refuse to make it right. Avoid Conklin Honda repair in Hutchinson. They will take your money and not fix it properly. I have the receipts for my proof. And the proof from the other alignment shops.

We are always greeted like family. The waiting area is comfortable, restrooms are spotless, snacks and beverages are provided. Conklin's at Hutchinson does a great job keeping our car in tip top shape. When the car is ready the Service Department goes over the work order, explains everything they did to service the car. They also gave us a list services that will need to be done in the future. One example is Transmission Oil, and when that should be done. We are Senior Adults and have owned a number of vehicles over 60 + years of marriage. We are very happy that we purchased our Buick Encore from Conklin Cars Hutchinson. The Service Department employees are top notch, and we have a great deal of confidence in their work.
