I have placed 2 on-line orders through advance auto parts for local pick up here. Both times have been a complete joke, if I could give a lower rating I would. The 1st online order was for over $100 for a 3m flexible plastic patch kit. The kit is on their site showing 6 patches. Each patch has a activator wipe to help the bond. The store tried giving me 1 patch with no activator swipe. I told them that was not what was listed/ not what I bought. An employee went out to shelf and got box, it had two more patches but no activator and tried to give me the 3 patches and then the pair of employee's acted offended that I would not take it and demanded a refund...Well fast forward a couple of months... I tried again and bought Adam's detail spray online, when I showed up they told me no such order, they didnt have it...this place is a total joke....stay away..far away.

Went in th�re to get some things an was in there 5 or more minutes an not one person or help was seen in front to help. Finally said screw it an left. Terrible place.

Terrible. Store shows online being open till 7 pm, drove 40 miles to pick up part ordered and confirmed ready for pickup at 3:47 pm, only to find store closed at 3pm.

It's a nice clean store. But I think some of their parts are expensive.
