Gavin was a great help this morning when I came in to get my battery replaced. Helped me find the right one for my price range and got it put in in just a few minutes! He was honestly awesome, and yall have no idea how grateful I am for his help, especially after the holidays and in this cold weather. I've been in here a few times now, and every experience has been top-notch in service.

Very nice and knowledgeable**Edited 10/22- is usually a pleasant experience but today was treated like the "typical female" in a auto parts store. Do not appreciate being made to feel like I did not know anything when asking a question. Only one guy in there that has ever treated me this way. Kudos to the rest... Guy that helped me today - do better... Would you want your mother or daughter treated like this?

Great customer service. They can help find the part or correct fluid for your application.I appreciate that they read error codes (check engine light) for free and they'll explain the code and potential solutions.They offer a lot of rebates and deals too.

Very professional crew there at AutoZone save me so much money by using there check engine service was able to just purchase just what I needed to get my cars going instead of not knowing what was wrong with my car.If you're not a mechanic you take a chance it can cost you so much more but using AutoZone service is great and it gives an idea of what car issue is.

Our visit to the hutch store was average. We weren't acknowledged walking into the store. No associate asked if we needed help. They weren't busy. They were just talking amongst themselves 1 of 4 store employees was helping a customer and thankfully he told one of the 2 guys that were just standing around talking to get rung up. The mcpherson store has always been really good about acknowledgement and helping find things when we need it

Friendly knowledgeable staff have always helped me find what I was looking for in meeting. This last time I needed a mass air flow sensor. The counter attendant was very interested in my issue and even gave me some additional bulletins and paperwork that came up with the part. Far better service than their competitor I feel.

I prefer poormans auto supply but if I can't get my parts there I go to AutoZone next. Have had one issue with an incorrect part being given to me. Otherwise have had great experiences each time I visit the store. They have a great selection and their sales and rewards are great. I've also had great conversations with a few of the employees and the manager is pretty awesome.

They were very helpful. My battery had gone bad and I had to get a jump start to get there. They checked to see if they had the right one and installed it for me too. (Bear in mind, you need to check to see if they can install one for you because it depends on what they have to do to get to it, mine was right on top so very easy)

They have reasonable prices but if anybody tries to get a set of new cooling fans for their vehicle your best bet is to go to Rob's garage because you get the cooling fans and relay all in one deal for the same price that you get just the fans from AutoZone and AutoZone makes you pay for the fans by there selves and you have to buy the relay separate Rob's garage charge $7 difference for the relay and fans I paid $227 for the relay and fans from Rob's garage while AutoZone charges $220 just for the fans

Great service. Gavin replaced brake light bulbs for me. Saved me $ and time as I didn't have to buy ratchet set and figure out how to do it myself. Fast, friendly, and very helpful.

I go in for my husband (who's a mechanic) and it depends on who's working how I am treated. Some of the men and kids think I don't know anything when I ask for a specific part.I really like getting Sandy Boone or when Ginger was there.

The parts manager Jill was incredibly rude. We were there to get an entire break package so my husband and daughter could fix her 1977 Chevy nova. I guess she had better things to do or thought 2 women didn't know what they wanted. She kept asking us questions such as what color, engine size and how many doors it has, saying we must know every answer or she couldn't help us. How does the color effect which brakes to give me. I had a detailed list that she refused to look at. It was not a good experience.

This is a modern, professional parts store with an emphasis on customer service. Once when an associate accidentally gave us the wrong parts right before closing, they kindly stayed 30 minutes or so after hours to get us the right parts that night yet. They even threw in some extra shop supplies that we needed for the repair. However this mistake has not been characteristic of there service. I have found this AutoZone helpful and friendly.

Always easy to deal with, great bunch here in Hutch! Better all the way around than the competition, also your Batteries are registered in computer system for warranty if needed.

This place may or may not have what you need but you never know until you waste your time driving there. I have tried calling them several times on different days and NOBODY knows how to answer the phone. Horrible service. Do not recommend!Edit: when I go into the store it's usually fine, since I don't live in town it would be more convenient if the phone would actually be answered. Even if it's busy at least answer and say please hold or something...

How incredible are the employees of this AutoZone? Some of the nicest and helpful people on the planet. Brian went above and beyond to help me get my rewards points for a part I ordered online and picked up. Also bought some cleaning supplies and was rung up and bagged up before I got my signature on the pad. Only place I EVER buy auto supplies.

I needed a new battery for my car and was impressed by how fast I was served and out of there. I chose to change the battery while there and I was done and gone in 15 minutes. I could tell these guys know what they're doing and they're fast and accurate. Well done.

This is my go place for auto parts! Manager was extremely helpful when I went to get parts for an oil change and he was aware of a sale I was not aware of and got me a better oil filter for less money and all on his own accord! That's customer service that is extremely hard to find anywhere anymore in this day and age! Truly appreciated him! Would recommend this store HIGHLY!
