We ordered our new 2023 Bronco Sport last year and we had a great experience. They worked with us to fully customize the car to our liking and even submitted some changes after we ordered it. We were very pleased with the dealer's standard financing and in the end felt we got a really good deal. They were very flexible with delivery and our car was in that beautiful brand new condition when we finally got it. Highly recommend the team here for your next ford vehicle.

Drum roll please . Wow! Jordan was incredible! I was looking for a rare unit and they didn t miss a beat or disappoint! I had a great experience! They do business with integrity and their ethics are beyond repute! I have worked with a lot of dealers and I will go to Foster Ford any chance I get! Stay out of the city and do business with them. You will not regret it! Highly Recommend!!!

Foster Ford in Holton, KS is so great to work with! Customer service is excellent. They always get me right in and take care of my vehicle s needs. They have even come to me when I have had issues with my vehicle. I highly recommend doing business with them, as they take care of their customers!

First, we purchased a F 150 and then an Explorer. Both vehicles have had absolutely no maintenance problems. The only time the vehicles have been taken in is for oil changes and Navigation updates. The vehicles and the mechanics have been extremely reliable!As for the dealership, the last vehicle we bought, I said to my husband. "I don't know what kind of car we will be driving, but we are purchasing our new vehicle at Foster Ford." This dealership is a ten out of five.We won't shop anywhere else but Foster Ford in Holton, KS.

They don t know what they are doing brought my car in for a coolant leak and codes that didn t come up they refused to do service because my car was under warranty.. if I could rate it zero stars I would. Charged me 120$ when I showed them the codes on my scanner along with evidence of my leak and they agreed . Bunch of non master techs worst place to bring your cars

Jordan Foster support me greatly through the whole process to by my dream car. He is a great guy giving me all the attention I needed to feel safe in this process. Car was delivered to my safely. An purchase was done remotely since I live 1000 miles away from the dealer. He is really a guy that you can trust. I highly recommend anyone to work with him.

I was disappointed. I was a previous customer and have bought a couple cars in years past. I went to look at an SUV. O^a cash buyer and ready to go. I was met with a take it or leave it attitude. I was given two stories about cost. It's difficult to have trust when it appears one party is not being truthful. With the current environment in the car industry, greed had surely got it's for firmly in the door. Things are tough everywhere. Apparently not in the car business. Foster has lost me as a customer. Over the years, I've referred many to their dealership. That ends today. I'll keep looking elsewhere. There are many more cars than buyers.

My dealing with Foster Ford was great. The service manager was very good at explaining what they were going to do with my truck. The mechanic explained to me what he was doing to my truck. They really put me at ease with the work to be done and my truck was finished in a timely manner and they did a great job. I will recommend Foster Ford service department to all. Buying a car in a different state can be risky and a little scary. I bought from them because their prices were better than anything near me. Jordan at Foster Ford helped me make a selection and helped me feel comfortable buying out of state. Their transparency was much appreciated and my trust in them was well spent. The car was $3,000 cheaper than the one selling at my local dealer and actually in better condition! I am so happy with my purchase. Shipping took only 2 days from payment!

Was looking for a larger vehicle to haul kids and such,couldn't do it in my smart car! Found a great van, used but in Great shape. Scott foster was awsome to work with. Love my van!!!

My husband and I were scheduled to come look at a pre-owned car. They raised the price of the car (12k to 14k) the day we had scheduled to come look at the car. I found this very unethical, wrong and trying to take advantage of people. Very poor business and ethical practices.

I found the best car at Foster Ford, it is exactly the car I was looking for! I contacted the dealership via phone and internet during this COVID situation and found this car purchase to be so easy and safe. I was able to get all of my questions answered and make all of my purchase arrangements before my 1-1/2 drive to the dealership. The vehicle was exactly as they described and it was exactly what I wanted. After a no-hassle test drive, I was able to drive back to Kansas City a happy camper. I ve been driving my car for over a month now and it s been great! Thanks Foster Ford!

My experience was purchasing a new Ford truck.I purchased a new F550 from Foster Ford in early 2019. Primarily I worked with Lonnie. We spent a good deal of time getting through specs just so .Foster Ford s price was competitive with other Ford dealership nation wide .When I buy a new Ford I will continue using Foster Ford.

Small Dealer North of Topeka that Competes With the Megaplex Dealers ! ! ! Plus no add on charges or last minute surprise games like the megaplex's have. They start out from a reasonable price and you can deal from there. Worked out pricing on the phone/email as I am 14hr round trip (Colorado). Got there, checked out vehicle from head to toe and transaction could not have been smoother. A vehicle is probably the second most important purchase you will make and live with for years. Whats a few hours drive when you have the right deal! Thank you Jordan & Scott Foster!

Service department not competent. Took my focus in for a light and shifting issues. Was charged an hour labor for them to tell me it has a light and transmission issues. Said they didn't have the capability to figure it out that I would be better off taking it to Topeka. Hauled the car to Laird Noller to find that the transmission controller had failed and was still covered under warranty due to a known issue.

I'll drive from Indiana to Foster Ford to buy my trucks. I purchased a Ford Excursion there, had it for years so decided to upgrade and thought i would see what they had. Purchased our 2nd truck from Fosters. Worth the drive!Second to none.

Came with money in pocket to look for a reliable vehicle to replace our main vehicle. Salesperson did not even ask for our names and was very unpleasant. When asking questions regarding a vehicle we were interested in, the salesperson responded to our questions in an manner that can only be described as condescending. The salesperson made multiple comments that the vehicles we were looking at were beyond our means.

Took both my Ford vehicles in for service and they were very courteous and it was very reasonable for an oil and filter change. They always check everything and fill any necessary fluids.

I was broke down on the side of I 20 I called them they bring there wrecker and get us and a truck and pulled our trailer there shop and tock us to a motel but next morning they said nothing wrong with our truck and charged us 374 this just my experience with them my point of view
