They had a good turn around time but I'm far from satisfied with their work because I took my vehicle to them because my check engine light came on and when I got my vehicle back it took less than a week before the light came back on

This is hands-down the BEST auto repair shop I have EVER been to. I am so glad I found them. They are honest and reliable and if you have to wait, it really feels like you're just hanging out with friends!I originally called them because I needed an oil change and couldn't get in anywhere else the same day. Complete Car Care was able to get me in and they were fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. Then I needed my brakes replaced so I called them again and again they gave timely and well-priced quality work. I also asked them to look at a minor defect that I wasn't too worried about and give me an estimate. It was fixed when I picked up my car.Last, had some noises start on my car that were worrisome and dangerous sounding. Called Complete Car Care up and they fit me in almost immediately and had me fixed and rolling quickly at a VERY nice price.This is the best auto repair shop and I highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality work, fair prices and excellent customer care. I will not go anywhere else if I can help it.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Changed oil in 2 of my vehicles on short notice. Price was very reasonable and service was friendly. Look forward to getting my next set of tires there soon. Another Holton gem. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

These people are Professional Con Artists. I sent my vehicle in there to be diagnosed, as I knew it needed work. After their assessment, ABBY called to tell me it was going to be $2500, which I planned for and would've paid cash. Abby was laughing at me (WITH John Stump whispering obscenities) saying my vehicle was a pile of junk! How unprofessional and embarassing that I would trust these people. Abby said that COMPLETE CAR CARE prefers to do ONE or TWO things at a time to a vehicle AND THAT THIS WAS TOO BIG OF A JOB FOR THEM. She, then, stated that I owed them $50 for differential fluid, which they didn't inform me it was needed.VERY NASTY PEOPLE, Abby informed me they'd be closing at 5:30p.m. When I showed up at 5:15 to settle up face to face, they were 'closed' and MY WORK VEHICLE WAS LOCKED IN THEIR SHOP!!! I eventually got ahold of BAUM, (who was on the phone with police) and he accepted my $50... and pocketed it. Which I thought was interesting, since the register was right there.Since I wrote down their diagnosis, I went to auto parts stores, myself, fixed the truck (super easy and considerably less money)... 300,000 miles and running strong! Jokes on them. Oh, and they started telling people I was a drug-user (PROJECTION?).USE EXTREME CAUTION: JOHN STUMP HAS SEVERAL YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A DRUG ADDICT AND CRIMINAL IN KC AND ABBY HAS LOST BOTH OF HER (very gifted) CHILDREN TO HORRIBLE DRUG ABUSE. DO NOT TRUST, NOR INVEST IN, COMPLETE CAR CARE, their business is a sham funded by ROBERT BAUM MOTORS (because who's gonna hire people like this?).

John and his workers and family have helped ours regarding many situations and complex repairs for a long time. Many of our family members have passed along since. Our remaining family members will never forget what they have done for us over the years!

Great mechanic and fair prices. Had a job run way longer than expected due to rusty exhaust manifold bolts breaking, pretty much all of them actually (saw it myself). Most places would rake you over the coals but there was a very minimal extra charge. I was very pleased with the total cost. I've had the same job done other places and was charged 50% more for literally half the time spent. I'll definitely be going back for other work.

The mechanics here are knowledgeable and friendly. The best place in Holton to get your car repairs. They do everything from oil change, tune up, transmission problem, tires replacement and much more. So come check them out...You're be satisfied with the service.

I've had numerous vehicle worked on at this shop. From a golf cart, to cars and trucks. The first few times was okay, reasonable as they were simple repairs. The last few - I've spent over $350 each time (3 times) and they did not fix the problem (same problem) - only tried to tell me that something else/different (more money) is now wrong. Avoid. I don't pay you to hunt/peck on my cars while you guess on what's wrong with it.

Brought my girlfriends grand-am there multiple times over the last 5 years for wheel bearing replacement, fixing a falling window, and multiple other small issues. They properly diagnosed and fixed each problem without issue and their prices were substantially less than other places in town. Will be bringing my truck there from now on!

Would recommend to anyone. Called before we got there. They said on the phone it would be an hour and when our car arrived we were in and out in 20 min. Excellent service and were very nice.

Gave them a call on google they have picture of car just as old of mine and I ve drove by a couple time knowing they also a a few cars as old as mine .... asked to get a estimate and told her the year and was shot down right away she didn t even ask what kind of work it is .... I was needing power steering pump installed .... that was it

Called for a possible estimate they said needed to see it first. I told them I could tomorrow they agreed I drove brakeless truck down there just to be told I needed an appt.for that.They were busy but don't dependepend on them
