I was stranded on a highway at 8:30 in the morning and had a flat tire and needed it replaced asap. They originally told me that they couldn't help me until 3:30 but I explained to the gentleman that it was urgent and that I'm from around the area. He was very understandable and said he would squeeze me in his tight schedule. I was able to make it home to my family safely.Thank you so much!!

They were great with the front end alignment. I had asked a worker about changing one shock on my son's car. I was told 100.00 we had the shock. After I got home we got it jacked up and it was a little bit if a pain because the muffler was in the way and we were on our backs on the concrete. It wouldn't have taken us 25 minutes if we could have gotten it on a lift. We got it put on. I know how mechanics do their labor but sometimes you have to make adjustments because the time in the books is way off.

Oil change and air filters replaced (cabin and engine)...great service, super timely and awesomely fair price. But....when I looked down at our carpeting it was CLEAN! They had vacuumed for us! Old school customer service! You know we will keep coming back! Thanks y'all!

I would highly recommend these guys. Oil changes are lightning quick, techs are very knowledgeable, prices are good! My oil change to less than 15 minutes. Needed tires, they came to my office, picked up my Jeep, put on the new ones and brought it back to me! These guys are great!

The boys there were great! It was the day after Thanksgiving and they were BUSY. My son and I were needing to travel 5 hours back home to Tulsa, and after we were taken care of, I had no doubt that our safety was assured.

Hiawatha tire and lube are the greatest! I was 100 miles from home and they went out of there way to help me get my motorhome back on the road. I have State Farm road side assistance and Hiawatha Tire and Lube came through for me when State Farm didn't. I was so stressed out until they came out and fixed my tire. It is nice to have people in this world like them. Thank you so very much for helping me! And yes I did make it home safely!Tracy
