I would give 10 stars if I could. I will be going back here for all my automotive needs. Integrity can be hard to find this day and age. And this place has it. I am so thankful for the person who told me about them.I hate dealing w/ car issues. It is expensive, stressful. And generally places make it so difficult. (Never wanting to give estimates on the phone, talk to me like I am an idiot)But this place was amazing from start to finish. They were so patient and helpful over the phone. They were able to give me an estimate and even got me in the very next day for my brakes. (Thankfully because they were truly horrible). There were no surprise upcharges either... Actually, they worked really hard to make sure of that. Other places would have just given up and had me replace the other part. They were able to save me several hundred dollars.They are so friendly and helpful.I wish I had known about them before. I got my oil change at a place that charged me more than double what they would have done it here. I will never go anywhere else for anything.Thank you Trudo's!

Guy was busy, and feel he did good work, but was questionable when I first checked on getting apt, and he said he can't get anything done, cuz he has to answer phone too much. I'm sorry, but needed to inquire on job. Maybe someone to answer phone? Or answering machine so can get back to us when able? On pick up, was more friendly, but maybe just cause had paid a HEALTHY amount of money.?!

Victor is a very honest man! If you need a trustworthy mechanic shop, please go to Trudo's Automotive in Haysville. He is the owner. His prices are very fair. He will treat you with respect. All around amazing guy.

Had a no start condition on my 1995 F150. Called me promptly and gave me options on repair, I like that the tech doing repair talks to you. Got the work done in one day. Decided to have them check my A/C, again they called promptly. Got it going in one day. Reasonably priced and up front about repairs needed. Have used other shops in the area but not satisfied.Trudo's will be my go-to from now on

Great service. My car had flooded, engine was totaled and I just got my car a couple months before. Trudos really helped get my frustrations resolved and gave me reasonable pricing for such a job. I had to get my engine replaced but they tried to fix the problem before to see if I could save it. Victor was always in contact and letting me know updates, their staff was very helpful and respectful and my overall experience was great!

If your needing a shop that listens to everything going on with your car and goes above and beyond Trudos is the place. I had a very difficult time with my car this year and they were able to fix it. Victor was super helpful and generous and I definitely can t thank them enough. Victor is definitely the person to talk too about your car.

Victor and his staff are always patient and helpful. They charge decent rates and call me before they do anything. They are a great team to work with! We've been using Trudo's Automotive for many years and have been very happy with their work.

They had my car 3 times 1st time they did what I asked then by morning a leak came and after 2 different times they had it for that still didn't resolve the issue in fact at the new shop they have the original hose and clamps to show what they said they did, they didn't. No hose was touched to the heater core at all, the old clamps I have receipts for from the Thanksgiving repair (so I know they are them) had just been tightened not replaced at all so now it's been a 300$ waste. I truly thought I was in good hands a God fearing fella to hear him tell it and yet GREED still came my way. Shame on this place and before Christmas 34 year old widow with 2 kids, another thing I didn't like is the 3rd time he was instructed to call before and yet he just "fixed" it instead and again by fixed he didn't.In the past I would encourage Haysville residents to support local businesses. However with all the decline and problems with zero ownership I can no longer support or recommend Trudos!
