I sure don't appreciate the attitudes they have, and they are never willing to go out of their way for you. I can not stand the arrogance and disregard for their customers. Not the SW I remember growing up with. I will definitely be avoiding this place to the best of my abilities.Update! Same miserable attitudes, nothing new from the parts counter. I mean really if you hate your job that much then find a different career.

Rarely don't have what you're looking for, and of they don't they'll get it. Any kind of parts, welding supply, chains, anything for your shop, tools, PPE, and grilling stuff too. Cheaper parts and staff that actually knows something or they'll find put for you.

Great place to work with. Ron and Brian at plainville are great and the after hours service at Hays just saved my butt. Have a truck broke down in a cattle pen. Called the after hours number and Pat sat out the part for us. Much appreciated! thank you s and w!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! My daughter and I were traveling across country when a bolt that held the alternator on fell out. We made it to Mike's auto repair to find out the bracket was also broken. Andy from S&W Supply was there making a delivery. No replacement bracket was available so Andy took the bracket back to S&W where Eric welded it together! It looked brand new! Mike found a replacement bolt and installed it and the repaired bracket and we were back on the road! Awesome Awesome People!!

Everybody says that S&W has the ability to supply hard to find parts. Well, they didn't have 90 durometer o rings for my hydraulic pressure reducing valve. But that's a specialized part that's extra hard to find . .
