I came to Hays for Thanksgiving. My Jeep broke down. These guys came in less than an hour to tow my Jeep. This was Monday. By Tuesday afternoon my Jeep was ready. Being that I was from out of town, I asked around for recommendations. Rein's was everyone's suggestion. Thank you Bill and the crew. You're the best!!!!

I stopped in here with my campervan when I heard creaking from my front wheel. The gentlemen delayed their lunch break to help me out, assuring me that it was just my new bushings wearing in. They got me back on the road to Denver AND at no charge! Great group of guys with a nice clean shop. Highly recommend!

We had a little car trouble on our way from Kansas City to Denver and they got us in and out in about an hour. Great guys, great service, and we are so appreciative they were able to help us out so quickly with no notice. Shoutout to Larry and the team thank you so much! Also enjoyed a delicious lunch at trio tap house while we waited!

Jim runs an incredible business! My son and I were traveling through Hays on our way home to Utah. We needed to get his brakes done ASAP. I called Jim before the shop opened at 7:30am to see if they could fit us in. Not only did he fit us in but he drove us back to our hotel and had the car done in just a few hours. He picked us up in the car when it was finished! I m 50 years old and have provided this kind of service to my clients for over 30 years but I have never been so OVER THE MOON about customer service and an incredible job well done in my life! His price was great too! Honest and excellent!!!! I highly recommend Rein s!

Broke down on I-70 traveling from KC to Denver. Rein's Auto Repair sent a tow truck to bring us in and then fixed our vehicle quickly and expertly. We were back on the road the same day! 5 stars for both service and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Took my vehicle to Jim to fix my Air Conditioner and an oil leak. $$$ later Air conditioner is still not working properly and my vehicle still has a bad oil leak. Also when I picked my vehicle up for the second time there were charges on my invoice for the estimate ($50) and powerwashing to look for the leak (another $50) that I didn't know about. I do not recommend spent over $1500 here and the issue is still not resolved. I messaged about the extra fees. He said he would look at the invoice and get back with me. He never did. When my car started overheating the same week they fixed the oil leak his response was he can't fix everything wrong with my vehicle.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rein s Auto Repair. We were on a road trip and hit a deer. We were in a real bind and needed our vehicle to be looked at quickly. They got us right in and were able to figure out what was wrong. They fixed the problem and we were able to get right back on the road. Very friendly and professional service and highly recommended.

I was totally satisfied with the work done to the transmission and rear differential on my 2004 Ford F-150. The quality of their work was excellent, and Mark, the service manager, took the time to explain in detail the nature of the problems and what would be required to affect repairs.Very knowledgable and most professional. Their rates are fair and they appeared extremely honest and upfront in their dealings with me. I totally endorse this shop. I give Reins' auto repair a five (5) star +rating

Was heading to Denver from OKLAHOMA, luckily I took the exit and my car was dancing. Came to know my rear end tire was missing 5 bolts and one bolt holding the tire, I called few places and nobody had an appointment or willing to help, luckily I googled Rein s Auto and Mark answered the call and the owner came to pick up the vehicle and took care of us in no time. These guys are highly recommended and very helpful:) Thank you Rein s Auto repair for helping us

On a road trip when our 84 Class C RV on a Dodge D350 truck chassis started causing us acceleration issues. These guys are close to the interstate, got us in right away, and then got us back on the road same day with some minor adjustments. They even showed us what they did, and what they suspected, so we could point our mechanic in that direction once we did get home. They could have charged us for a new transmission and we'd have never known the difference. Our only regret is we didn't decide to just wait a few days, let them order the parts and do the repair themselves so we didn't have to continue dealing with it (tendency to stall from idle). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Good guys!

They were very considerate and took their time to make sure I understood what the issue of my vehicle is. They even brought out a spare part and pointed to where the issue is. Definitely recommend this place!

Do not go here if you have a lithium battery!! I started out by saying I had a lithium battery in my RV and it was not charging, I told them it works when I have the RV plugged in or running but if I don't it does not work.. okay we'll check it out, I got. they don't even know how to handle a lithium battery they don't know how to charge it, they don't know how to test it.. they actually called me and told me my chassis battery was just fine!! My chassis battery is not a lithium battery, it is a starter battery what mechanic does not know that!! I paid $100 and got my RV back exactly as it was not even a test done on my battery because they don't have the proper equipment for it.. which should have been said from the get-go!! not happy I will never go there again I will never trust their word because they did not tell me they did not know something they did not know.. if you tell me you know what I'm talking about I expect that!

I ve been going here for all my car needs since I moved to hays in 2016 and I will never go anywhere else. They re very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! They also are so patient when I ask a million questions about my car. Love these guys!

Traveling Michigan to Denver via Kansas city. Friendly, fast service. Wheel bearing. On the road in 1 and1/2 hours. Reasonable price. Excellent. Highly recommended.

My vehicle had a issue on a trip through the area. They were able to get us in quickly to resolve our problem and get us back on the road. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to a friend!

Awesome they did an overhaul job on my truck that ending up having a bad turbo they took care of it almost over night and truck ran like new.
