Wheel bearing went bad on our trailer while traveling from Indiana. Went here to pick up a new one and the lady (Deb) refused to help without a part number. So we tore the wheel down and pulled out the part and took in. The lady (Deb) still refused to try and look up the part. Terrible business!! Went down the road and had the part in no time. Would not recommend this place.

Got in a bad way with our wiper blades along I-70. This location was right off the hwy, incredibly helpful and even installed the blades for us (after I sent my partner back in to ask)

Check engine light came on during a cross country road trip, Drako gave me great advice over the phone then provided excellent service once I was able to get there in person. Feeling grateful for a stranger going above and beyond to help when I was in a tough spot. Thanks Drako!

I had a load of cattle on my truck when I lost my serpentine belt. I walked into O Reilly s and asked if they had the belt I needed. I spoke with Sage and I believe the gentleman s name was Logan. They did not have the belt but Sage called another parts house who did have it and then Logan gave me a ride to pick up the belt and back to my rig. Way above and beyond customer service. I am grateful and my load of cattle all got delivered safely thanks to these two. Greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My cousin and I were just passing through when our car was having problems! I would like to thank the man with the greatest stash for all his help! He was so sweet! I never write these damn reviews but hot damn! We would have been in a world of hurt for it wasn't for his kindness!

These guys are awesome. I travel full time and have never met more helpful people. I'm a complete noob but they gave me advice and let me use every tool they had. I've never had such a great time working on my old busted van. 10/10

Didn't get the ladies' name, but she was very rude. Told me I didn't know what I was talking about and acted as if she knew it all. Thankfully, her co-worker was much more helpful. An unpleasant experience overall.

Give the place a -5 on service, friendly enough staff but don't expect them to get out from behind the counter to help you.

I had recently bought a new battery from another autoparts store, and my car completely died in the middle of the road after the battery had been drained. Before a police officer was able to assist us, two young men from O'Reilly's nearby ran out and helped us. They ran back to the store to get a jump pack, and we were able to move it to the store. They then offered to charge our battery and determined it was bad. They were so incredibly helpful, and they did this all in less than 10�F weather, with wind!! They didn't have to do this but they are greatly appreciated! Thank you O'Reilly's crew! I'd highly recommend visiting them next time you have a car issue!

Give Ray a raise! Above and beyond service with a great attitude. Came in on a tow truck on a Sunday with every auto shop closed. Ray had us back on the road quick and smooth sailing. Hes the Ray of sunshine on oreillys pot o gold.

Thank goodness for the friendly and professional staff at O Reilly Auto Parts in Hays, KS!!! My family and I were traveling from the mountains in Colorado when our car died at a gas station an hour and a half east of Denver. Our battery had suddenly completely died and bc it was a Saturday, no dealership or even roadside assistance would help us. A kind stranger gave us a jump and we made it to O Reilly s in Hays. Despite the battery being under warranty and some factory liabilities, the friendly staff replaced the bad battery and we were back on the road in less than 30 mins. These guys really saved the day, and we made it home safely, despite the complete lack of help or competence from OnStar, our dealership, and roadside assistance. O Reilly even wrapped up our old battery to take to our dealer. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and incredibly quick and considerate of our time and situation. Thank you - you all really stepped up when we were at a complete loss.

Traveling across country, check engine light comes on and car not running good. Ms Deb scanned and then not only recommended but called a few mechanics to help us out. We were on the rd early afternoon.

Stopped in to get a battery tested and was refusedBought a new battery instead and while I was changing it, salesmen were at the back door snickering.When I went back in with the old battery to have it tested, I was ignored.It s a damn shame such behavior still exists in 2020. I thought by now men would have learned women have value.

Sent my wife to your store to have her battery checked in her car. Attendant said machine was broke. Sent my young daughter in half hour later for same thing. Attendant took machine outside and checked her battery. Wow what a miricale.

They won't help disabled people to pour stuff into their car like a 2 gallon jug that you add to the tank and they say they can't touch the car but they still can do windshield wipers and batteries how can they do that without touching the car and they don't have to touch the car to add the attitude to the tank because I will have this ain't open for them all they have to do before it
