Beyond happy with this service and people. While driving through the night, we had a tire blow out. Kansasland was one of the first shops open in the morning in the area. Their prices were very realistic and their quality of work was excellent. Each staff member was professional, helpful, and above all FAST! Back on the road after only around 20 minutes.Life savers. Grateful for their work. I highly suggest.

We were in a tight spot with our fifth wheel when one tire developed a dangerous bubble, so we replaced it urgently. However, we decided to purchase another tire as a precaution in case the remaining ones failed. Thankfully, D Whisman alerted us to the fact that all our current tires were nearing the point of failure, potentially saving us from a serious problem during our remaining 20+ hours of travel. Thank you! Our family appreciate this !The staff was friendly and the service was fast !

I ve used Kansas Tireland a few times now locally but today I was 3 hours from home and came out to a flat tire. Not only did they repair it quickly and for a great price, but they sent someone out to air me up so so could avoid a tow and drive straight to their door. I cannot say enough about their customer service. Wonderful wonderful wonderful! Thanks again!

Great service, very knowledgeable and kind staff. Upon only a verbal description of my problem I was advised on what to have done and within an hour of my appointment I was on my way, vehicle running smooth. They even gave me a good estimate on a new set of tires

We blew a trailer tire on I-70. We received kind and responsive service. concerned about our safety and sent roadside help. We got to their shop and even though they didn't have this particular tire, they went and found us 2 new tires and installed them right away and at a super fair price! They really saved the day and our road trip!! We are so thankful! Would highly recommend!!!

Traveling on I-70, the front end developed a shimmy and pulling to the right. Found Kansasland Tire online. They took us in right away, fixed the problem, and got us back on the road. Nice guy at the service desk. Would recommend.

Made a mistake on my own car and they were able to help fix it and let me tall to the mechanic in the back about another issue for an opinion. Pretty nice place

The folks here are always so helpful and friendly and most importantly professional. I will take my car nowhere else for work on tires, suspension, brakes etc. I highly recommend.

Excellent experience! Traveling through, I called about a high speed vibration and asked them to rebalance 2 wheels. They had me in and out in 30 minutes and back on the road.

Just purchased a Second set of tires that weren t properly balanced. First set needed to replace entire set because they wouldn t balance. There was no charge to replace the tires. Bought another set of tires for my pickup and they weren t properly balanced either. Have to take it back a second time to try and rebalance. They ve been good about addressing the problems but it is just a hassle returning to the store and fixing problems that shouldn t have happened to begin with.

They were able to get me in since most other places were booked out for weeks, however they did a tire repair with out calling me to ask so there was a $30 charge that I was not expecting. In my opinion that s something that should be asked about before just doing. Otherwise they were very friendly and glad they could fit me in.

We found ourselves with a dead tire as we were leaving our hotel. The young man who answered the phone was very personable and said that they weren't busy and would be able to help us (4th of July weekend). We drove over on our donut tire, and they diagnosed it as ruined... unfortunately, they didn't have a new one in stock (it's not a common tire). They fitted us up with a used tire, mounted it, and put it on the car to get us back on the road to see family! The whole team was helpful and friendly. I would give it four and a half stars if it allowed me to. The customer lounge is a bit... run down. However, everything was clean.

Unfriendly up front staff. Walked in and stood in front of them for over a minute before anyone said anything. One on his personal phone texting. The other two staring at computers. No thank you at the end. Basically an overall terrible customer service experience. Guy who actually fixed my tire was very nice.

Any time I call the Kansasland Tire in Hays Kansas I always get the best service in every way! All staff is great and Dan is always so wonderful to work with- always cheerful, kind and helpful! I always refer to Kansasland Tire & Service! So nice and so comforting to trust that whatever they do on your vehicle will be done with precision and care.

A shout out to Kansasland in Hayes Kansas, specifically Danny. I had very low tire pressure and had 330 miles until home. He checked all my tires and aired them up. Very friendly and nice. So if roadtripping and need help near Hayes Kansas, stop in for help. Thank you Danny.

We we're passing through and had tire trouble. They hooked us up with a new set of four tires. Even though we came in late they teamed up and got it done so we can be on our way. Thankyou! Got a good price too.

Excellent service at reasonable price. They get things done right the first time. And they have pretty good coffee and condiments in their lobby! Arrived for our appointment and it was nice to have a place to sit down, pick up a magazine or watch whatever on the TV and just relax for half hour! They got us back on the road quickly and the pickup is driving perfectly again! Perfect alignment and their diagram showing what was wrong and now it's right is really cool.

Super friendly and helpful, got what I wanted done without any upselling, exactly how I wanted. Prices were fair. Highly recommend for all your car troubles and needs, easily the best in Hays

Was traveling from Denver to Wichita and thought I had a wheel bearing going out. I called the nearest tire center which happened to be Kansasland in Hays. They were willing to look at my car right away. Turns out it was nothing and they didn't charge me a dime after spending almost an hour inspecting it. They took me out to my car to show me exactly what had happened. They were so helpful and kind. I left very relieved and I will continue to use them for all my tire needs. Thank you Kansasland!

Very kind and polite young man helping me with a flat tire at our farm. Checked all my tires and showed me the condition they were in. He then followed me into town to make sure I got in safely to get new tires. Thank you Justin.

Danny was extremely helpful and confident that he could help me find a tire to get me safely back on the road to Montana ( home). Had a bit of a conundrum after I did a fancy slide on an on-ramp in Hays, Kansas , popped left rear tire right off the rim !Anyway , life s an adventure good and not so good Danny made it not so bad! Thank you kindly Danny , you and a few other folks that helped me made this tiny town of Kansas memorable!

Service was fine, however I do think that $36 is a little much to patch a nail in a tire considering I purchased the tire from them.

Kansasland Tire in Hays, KS. is the place to go for your vehicle needs. The staff is always pleasant and happy and ready to help you in whatever the need is. The staff goes that extra mile. My vehicles will not go anywhere for work. I am glad they are in the community.
