I always have a possitive experiece when I bring my car in here to get it seviced. All the guys in there are very helpful and knowledgeable and they get me in and out in good time. They all deserve a big raise in pay as far as I'm concerned.

The team members at Ford Service Center- Lewis Ford are some of the best. Everyone worked hard to make sure our vehicle issues where resolved. I ve been taking my car to Tyler for many years. Sometimes I work with other guys in the service department but I will say that I have always received excellent care for my car for whatever problem it had. Whitey and all the guys are excellent to work with and do a fantastic job. My kids (26 and 18) were on vacation driving across Kansas headed for Colorado when they started to hear a funny noise coming from the chassis. They texted me not knowing what to do. I told them to pull in to Lewis Ford and ask them to take a peek and hopefully get them back on the road without losing much time hoping that it was something simple. The service manager listened to the noise, diagnosed the problem (a rock stuck behind the wheel) and had them back on the road in about a half hour. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Tyler managed to help me out when I direly needed it and he was already swamped with work. I was on a road trip across the country and had a fault pop up and he made time to give me a quick run down and make sure I was safe to drive and gave some helpful advice. I can't thank you enough. Tyler is first rate and I highly recommend you bringing your business here

Had an issue with front windows and mirrors. Turned out to be a wiring harness. Lewis Ford drove me home while they got the parts in. Parts were received quickly and truck was ready before I expected. Always great service there.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I appreciate the Ford Service Center area of this business. Kirby is always professional and very helpful. I especially appreciated the mechanic, Johnny Blaze, was able to update me after he had completed the repair on my Ford. Great job, guys!

We had a couple of rough patches trying to get my front seat fixed per a Lincoln "recall". It did get fixed after a few mix ups and the staff was professional when dealing with me on the issue. It was frustrating, but it did get resolved. Thanks!

While traveling, had an unexpected service need. The service department got us right in, set the expectations for best and worst case scenarios.
