Would give him more stars if possible. Kyle did excellent work on my motorcycle. Replacement of the fork seals, new front Legends suspension and a 20k service. Drove out from Denver, Colorado and dropped my bike off on a Saturday, my appoint was for a week later, but Kyle was able to get it in early. You cannot go wrong taking your bike to him. His prices are fair and his work is outstanding.

Look I spent a few weeks looking for the Bike for me. I went to Wichita and had an extremely not so pleasant experience. All the while I had been visiting with Kyle over the phone on a couple different Bikes. This man knows his stuff is honest, and will work with you. His customer service is beyond great. He has been in this industry for many years and is spot on. I have witnessed his customer relations while in the shop and he treats every one of his customers as a friend. When I walked in the shop the first time it was like we had known each other for years. There are not many businesses or owners like Kyle's. Will recommend Doerflers to all my friends.

While passing thru Kansas I noticed my harley tire was ready to blow so I used my harley navigation to nearest harley shop which ended up being closed down. Then found this place and they were the only shop around with my tire size and immediately got my bike on the lift and installed new tire for me. Great customer service!

I have only had one interaction with Kyle Dorfler. My father recently passed and had bought two bikes and a trike from him. He was extremely nice and offered to buy the bike back at fair price. I recommend Doerfler's for all of your bike needs.

We were on our way back east and found a bent rim on one of our bikes. Kyle had a rim and took us in out of the heat for a very much needed repair. He's very knowledgeable and kind. He knows his stuff for sure! Thanks Kyle

Kyle did excellent repairs on motorcycle. Replacement of the fork seals. Drove out from Denver, Colorado. Other dealers were booked 3 to 6 weeks out. Made a appointment, went his shop. It and out in 2.5 hrs. Great service, will take more business to him. Thanks John

Amazing place! Went in looking for a helmet for the MFC course and found exactly what I needed. Super friendly people and amazing service. Definitely go here for anything motorcycle related

The shifting linkage on my Harley failed completely in Burlington, Colorado on a Saturday afternoon (July 10, 2021). I called HOG's Roadside Assistance and they gave me my three options of where to go for help, by location: Colorado Springs, Aurora, and Hays. (I was heading east, back to home in Raleigh, NC.) It was a no-brainer when I heard the name Doerfler. The Doerfler Harley-Davidson dealership had done an emergency repair on the same bike several years ago and they treated me and my wife like royalty. The Harley dealership is long closed, but Kyle carries on the tradition of great service in his own shop. He gave me his mobile number and invited me to call him when I got close to Hays. By the time I managed to get my bike to Hays on the back of a flatbed, it was 7:30 p.m. Central Daylight Time and the shop had been closed for three and a half hours. Kyle came in from home and repaired my bike and had me out the door by 8:30 p.m. The man, whom my wife quickly nicknamed Captain America, saved our trip from disaster. Thank you Captain America!P.S. It's obvious Kyle loves his work and loves helping people. Hays, Kansas is very fortunate to have such a person!Service: Engine repair

I was traveling cross country and showed up on a cold November morning with an electrical issue that was either a corroded ignition switch or a bad battery. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Problem solved.
