Gotta say the 30 minute online order to pickup is wonderful. Ended up heading in earlier and my order was still ready. Customer service was spot on, got everything I needed in an out in less than 10 minutes.

I would like to personally thank Mark B at the Hays, Kansas store. Since my wife and I know nothing about windshield wipers, he took his time going over each brand and quality. After we decided on a wiper, he immediately went to our SUV and quickly changed them out. We were back on the road to Belleville, Illinois in record time. Thank you Mark B for your outstanding service!

Would give 5 stars for how helpful they normally are, but this visit there were three customers and 5 employees, yet only one employee was helping customers (one of which needed a whole list of parts that needed retrieved from shelves in back) while the others sat around and chatted with each other.

I don't go here as often as I could but when I do, I never leave disappointed. Whether it's the gear I need or help locating the right parts, they are always willing to help.

I had the pleasure of being helped by a woman named Athena, she did such a wonderful job helping me with my wiper blades and her customer service was exceptional! She went above and beyond.Thank you! Wonderful service!

Battery light came on as we were passing through back to NY. The staff was friendly and tested the battery, alternator, etc. for us. Unfortunately, I only made it to Sweet Springs before the alternator (which read normal) did die! Thank you for your help when I was in need! We appreciated it!

We had to spend a few days coming here on and off because we were broken down in Kansas and Seth was and absolute AMAZING help!!!!Even when we were frustrated and beat down, he was so kind and went out of his way to go above and beyond for us!!I could cry lolGive this man a raise!! He saved us many times!!!!

Went to buy a headlight for a Kia Optima and ask them to change it for me since I'm a girl and have long nails, not to mention it's snowing outside & he told me no. Luckily a customer walking out ask if I needed help and fixed it for me. It took less than 5 mins. Meanwhile, the guy at the counter was laughing the whole time. I will only go to AutoZone from now on. SMH!

Had our alternator go out on a road trip barely made it to this store. They had our parts when no one else did, loaned us the tools we needed, and gave us friendly advice several times when the next cramped task seemed impossible. They saved our holiday weekend! Can't thank the team enough!

Not a great place, they took forever to do anything tried selling us the wrong parts repeatedly, kept not having anything we needed even a simple nut or even a lock washer and no one seem to have a clue what they were doing. Will definitely not ever be going back there.

Although they re not supposed to, these guys let me try out parts on my vehicle to see if they fit before I bought them. I m glad they did, because I would have been right back. Super happy I came in!

I'm from Denver and I've always gone to Advance Auto for all of my van and truck needs, big and small. So when my fuel pump went out in my Chevy Astro I called around and chose Advance Auto again for my parts. I got to my fuel pump finally and when I checked the parts I had been sold I thought I had the wrong fuel pump. They looked the same but they hooked up differently, so I took the parts back and they let me know I had the right parts and they showed me exactly what I needed to do to hook up the new one. I took the parts back to my van and within minutes I had it hooked up and ready to be put back together. Once again Advance Auto came to my rescue. My van is back on the road and I thank the people who work at Advance Auto for all the help they gave me. I can't vouch for every Advance Auto store across the country but I travel state to state for my job and have used Advance Auto again and again in different cities and states and so far I have been very happy with each store! Thank You! Advance Auto and it's employees!

Came in to buy windshield wipers the man at the desk kelby said he used some and they were on sale saved me money. Then they installed them for free can't beat that

Has a more laid-back feel than O'Reilly's or AutoZone. Staff has always been helpful and seem really knowledgeable.
