Jason and the whole team of Strickland were absolutely amazing. My sister and I were traveling alone from Oklahoma to Nebraska when we noticed we ran over a pretty large screw with our Alfa Romeo. When we realized how bad the tire was and we were literally in the middle of nowhere, Jason and his team offered a helping hand. Tears were shed due to the stress of the situation after an already emotionally draining trip and they made the whole process so easy. Tim towed us to Witchita which was such a fun drive! The team made us feel so safe and comfortable. This was a trip we will never forget. Thank you to the Strickland team for taking such good care of us!!

Mechanic was very friendly and did a great job.Billing lied to me said minimum was half an hour I called them at 9:30 and boss paid at 10:03 but they charged for an hour and when I asked her about it she tried to say the time includes billing but I told her what time I called. So she backtracked and said "well I said maybe"So I guess the minimum is an hour at $105. Next time just don't lie, it's not that hard

I stopped in due to a tire being flat off the bead. I was able to patch the tire I asked them to air it back up. I was told they do not do that it s against policy with out inspecting due to liability. I went over to have them inspect it. I was informed before the service was started then by their tech it is policy they do not patch tires that have been off the bead I would need to purchase a tire. I agreed. During the process the tech inspected my tire and said by his account it s repairable he will ask the office. They informed him no it s against policy. I can respect a companies policy although I do disagree with it. The hole was a bolt in the tread. In all my time trucking I have never heard of a policy against repairing tires that have come off the bead if no damage is visible beyond the repair needed. They were speedy in their repair and the used tire I received was of fair value for amount charged. If needed I believe they re fair however I am giving 1 star due to a policy I have never encountered all across this county I personally feel it s a scam to push tires. I expect to be taken advantage of by loves and TA I ve never encountered a small business with policies to up charge.I will add they are up front and honest repair was made in a timely fashion.

My experience was good, Brad and his team were on time and put me back on the road fast, labor price was reasonable, I can t say anything about how much they will charge for getting the parts because I had it. (In my case was the oil stick pipe that broke off and oil leak was out of control)

I'm gonna be honest, I have no idea what the service is like. We stopped by for air to put in the tire (which they did not have, as the machine was in the shop). however! they had cats!there was a momma cat and 4 kittens, and they were all really friendly and yelly

I had a major brake fluid leak malfunction finding out as I was pulled in for inspection at the Oklahoma SB scales. DOT put me OOS , We contacted Strickland, the mechanic pull up there and escort me to the shop. There s a hotel and a gas station right next to the shop which is very convenient. The next morning those mechanics went to work and got me rolling in fair amount of time and they even road tested their work. Those ladies in the office was outstanding answer any questions you have. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business I would recommend any truckers in the area that needs work call Strickland's, they re unfailingly reliable, prompt and fair.

I could not be more happy, they helped me out of a bad situation. All of the staff were helpful, friendly, fast and efficient. The ride home in the tow truck was blast. We laughed, we jammed and had snacks. They went above and beyond. If you are ever in the unfortunate circumstance and need a tow truck, I highly recommend you call or request them!

Poor communication leads to this 1 star rating. Consideration is respectful. When I asked for a tow, I was told it would be two hours. I was led on and lied to about when I'd see the wrecker for 5 more hours. My time was wasted for no reason except to save people from being accountable for their lack of respect and consideration.Do not make excuses and blame faceless names when my disappointment makes you uncomfortable.AAA is culpable, but the buck stops with dispatch.

I bought a used tire from them due to my semi truck tire having a screw in it. After being yelled at by office staff over a disagreement I continued home when it was repaired. After being off a couple of days, I was doing my pre-trip when I noticed the same tire was flat again. After taking my truck to Speedco, they showed me where the tire had 2 holes in it. I tried to call Strickland to get a refund on the tire( not the repair cost, just the tire). I was told I can only do a tire exchange which I stated what since would that make when I stay 100 miles away and I had to buy another tire to go to work. They told me they don't know if I did something to the tire. They basically accused me of messing up the tire. Don't understand why it had to be so difficult but I will continue to spread the word on their poor customer service and work.

I had a major brake malfunction finding out as I was pulled in for inspection at the South Haven KS Northbound scales. The officer suggested Strickland's mobile repair and I'm happy he did. Strickland's is right next to a small truck stop gas station called Jumpstart, which has a large dirt lot behind them for truck parking. So I pulled about 1:00 a.m., at 7:00 a.m. the mechanic (Brad) with Strickland's called me up, had me bring truck to shop and he and couple others got to work. I needed brake assembly, S Cam Slack adjuster, needed a trailer tire and had a seal leak. The boys went to work got me done in fair amount of time and they even road tested their work! As should all shops. Price was more than fair and I would recommend any truckers in the area that needs work call Strickland's and only Strickland's! They have large wreckers if you need to be towed in? They do tires and work hard to make sure repairs are done right and TEST their work which says a lot to me so, THERE YA GO!!!

Highly recommend - they had my trailer tire repaired on the side of I-35 within an hour fifteen of my initial call. Corey, the tech sent out, was professional and polite. Great sense of humor.

Allen Kessler was great... he handled the towing with respect for others property. Got to my location at the OK scale quick and got me out of there asap. I recommend this wrecker service. He deserves a raise. Not once rude. Always spoke with respect.

Nobody likes to breakdown. I was loosing voltage on my truck and figured it was the alternator. I called ahead and the lady who answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful. I arrived and was greeted as if family. Zach immediately began working on my truck. He was very polite and verbally communicated EVERYTHING to me. The parts runner made an extra effort to rush the parts my buggy needed. KUDOS ZACH and everyone involved to get me on down the line!

Probably the rudest group of people I've met in a wile . Office dispatch lady and owner definitely do not know how to speak to people. Didn't want to warranty a bad tire I had bought 3 weeks earlier that had wire showing on outside but they did wave tire disposal fee , service guys are cool and speedy but that's about all I can say good about them . Price about the same as everyone else but tire quality definitely not. Truck drivers I'd suggest going 20 miles south and stopping at loves as bad as I hate to say it . They don't haft to worry about my business any more but on the flip side they probably don't need it

Would give them zero stars. Pathetic got a used tire put on and got 4 hours down the road then the tire debeaded. Called them to come fix it or cover the service call for another company to pop the bead on and they refused said it's not their problem and they aren't helping out with anything. Receptionist was rude too same as the owner of the company talked to him as well wouldn't recommend anyone using their services thought I'd try them out instead of the Love's but never again save your time and money and go to the Love's.

The receptionist is very rude. 2nd shift lady was nice. The guy took the longest to replace a tire. Highly not recommended.

Jason and his team handled the accident involving one of our owner operators for our company. I am absolutely amazed at how well they have handled this process. Jason did everything in his power to ensure the product was salvageable, and potentially saved the insurance company and owner operator thousands of dollars. (if not tens of thousands). If there was a way to give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. This team definitely knows their stuff, and I am so happy they were the road side called to the scene.

Excellent service! Tire service light came on as we crossed into Kansas. Quick search brought us to Strickland's. They were very kind and able to get us a new tire for one that could not be repaired. We were back on road in an hour! Great team, thank you!

Always quick to help. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. Their drivers will do all possible to help you even when others say they can not or will not. Not only did they unlock my car for me in the cold when police ignored me and I had a newborn with me but went beyond the service call to unlock my car and they helped me get my locked gas cap that was frozen off so we could get gas to get home free of charge in the middle of the night again when no one would help me all for one charge...the unlock free as a lone person away from home in an unknown town with a baby I felt very blessed!!!

DO NOT use this company. I wouldn't even give one star but couldn't post without choosing something. They sent a service truck out for an air problem on our semi. The guy they sent had no idea what he was doing. Our driver had to show him where different parts of the air brakes were located. The problem was not fixed and they overcharged for nothing. When we called the company and said we felt it was overcharged and offered to only pay the $75.00 service fee, the man on the phone was belligerent and abusive. We will definitely pass the word on these crooks. We did call another company in Ponca City, OK and they had the problem figured out in 15 minutes plus charged a fair price.

Just popped a tire and changed to my spare.. 1230 am nobody open, I drive on... Sign by road says 24 hour service and is all lit up, window sign flashing neon open, shop door open and light coming out, great! 2 women in the office proceed to tell me all the guys are out on calls and they can't have my tire patched until morning. I ask if I can use their air to inflate the spare that was a little low to which I was told the air compressors were off limits to office personnel. What a pathetic experience.

I ve never been treated this way by any business in my life! I can not say enough good things about these people! We broke down 10 hours from home midway toward our destination while pulling a camper. These people literally treated us like family!! After towing our vehicle and camper, they gave us a ride back to Witchita to the rental car company at ZERO cost. Charlie let us set up our camper and stay on their lot and put a spare tire, mounted and balanced, on our replacement vehicle. We were also allowed to leave our camper at his place for over a week until we could come back for it!! On top of all that he gave us a personal tour of his property and he and my husband spent hours chatting! He treated us as well as my own father would. All of his employees were exactly the same, 100% awesome. Very reasonably priced!!

Our van died on the north bound I35 exit ramp to South Haven. Alternator out. It was 4F with wind chill of -12F. I started running toward the gas station and some kind man pick me up and drove me 1/8th of a mile to Strickland and said I should be able to get help. "What a blessing!", I thought. I went up to the window and explained to the lady working about our predicament. She told me she was sorry but there was nothing they could do for us. Confused but not having time to waste with people apathetic to the urgent situation of two babies and a mother stranded in a van on the edge of the interstate in -12F wind and snow at 11:30pm, I said, "Ok, I will figure something out" and left. I was able to get a hotel room and the lady at the hotel on shift volunteered to go rescue my wife and kids. Driving the wrong way down the exit ramp with No one else around, we loaded my family into her 2-door car. We had to abandon the van on the shoulder and were able to stay safe and warm at the hotel. At 3:30am we got a call to our hotel room saying that a state trooper needed us to call him. My wife did so and was informed that he needed to move the van off the highway due to snow removal crews (understandably) and that he had Strickland tow it. "Great!" We thought, now we don't have to worry about the van on the side of the highway. In the morning we were eager to get on the road again so we called Strickland. The lady my wife spoke with said they could not help us diagnose if the battery was dead or give us a jump start and could do nothing to help us get our van fixed but tow it to a repair shop in Wichita. My wife could hear the manager feeding the lady what to say so my wife asked to speak directly to the manager. He was very defensive and rude and refused to offer any sort of help and made her cry by how rude he was.Later that day I went to try and get the things out of our van. They sent a technician to take me out in the field almost 1/2 mile behind their shop where they had parked it and I was able to get our things and the kind technician drove me back to the hotel.Back at the hotel we started doing research and read reviews about Strickland that seemed to match our experience. We also learned that there was a great repair shop just 3 miles into South Haven with 5 star ratings. We were able to find someone willing to help us look at our van battery so we went to Strickland and I tried to ask if we could go to look at our van on their lot. The ladies in the office were so busy answering phones and writing out paperwork in the tiny office and it was -4F and I wasn't going to stand around all day waiting for permission to access my vehicle that they towed there (instead of the hotel parking lot) so we went back and looked at the van. We were able to get it started and drove to the front. I went to the front desk and said I was taking my van and they told me it had not been released yet and that I needed to pay for the towing. The manager stepped out of the office and told me I needed to pay. I said how much and he said about $180. They towed it less than 1/2 mile and left it in a frozen field! They explained that they had to travel all the way to the next exit in the next town so they could turn around and be on the right side of the road ($4/mi, $110/hookup). I asked if I could see the invoice. The lady at the counter handed it to me and said, "That will be $210." I immediately said, "he just said "$180"." Defensively he said, "That was an estimate." The first rule of business should be to never quote a price you are not ready to stand by. He looked over the bill and said, "we are not going to charge them the storage fee." What a relief! $30/day in an abandoned field is a steep price. A kind lady took my bill and edited and brought it down to $150. I paid and drove my van to an awesome repair shop.
