I do all my car business with Shep, Oil changes, maintenance, repairs, and purchases. The staff are all friendly, like big family. Get treated to small town helpful, ditch the must 'talk to the sales manager'. The price you see is what you get. NO PRESSURE SALES.

I've purchased my last 3 vehicles from Shep Chevrolet and will continue to do so. The professionalism of the employees and their customer service are second to none. There service department does exceptional work and I have all my service done by them. I would suggest that next time you're in the market for a new vehicle you make the drive to Haven, KS you won't be disappointed!

My experience with Shep Collision was entirely positive ! Jared gave me a prompt estimate , worked directly with the insurance company , scheduled and performed necessary work in a timely manner, and kept me informed every step of the way ! He voiced that his goal was to return the vehicle to me, like it was never damaged and that is just what I received !Everyone I spoke to and encountered were friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend Shep Collision and Shep Chevrolet!

If you ever need a place to go, come here!!!! They fixed every vehicle I've ever taken into them that I've purchased from an individual, and needed stuff done, and they take care of everything I need, and they work well with me!!! I'm so thankful to have them!! If you want a vehicle here come here, any work done on any vehicles especially if your involved in any wrecks, come here!!!! Thank you Shep's!!!

Wonderful group of people! They absolutely go above and beyond for their customers! Ultimately they want the customer to be happy and safe and will do whatever it takes to make it happen! I'm from Wichita so I had many dealership to choose from and I am very happy I chose Shep!!

Friendliest Chevy dealer around and about the only one that still has an in-house body shop. Plus they have the nicest parts guy you'll meet. I'll definitely be going back.

For the money I spent, it was nice to get a good quality vehicle. I spend a lot of time in my vehicle so it has to be dependable and it has performed like a new vehicle so far. If I had any concerns the dealership was there to check it out or explain how to use all the options. They are truly a breath of fresh air.

Shep has always treated us very well. If/when we eventually buy a GM product it will be exclusively through them. Their work and customer service on both GM and non GM vehicles is above all. We take both our dodge vehicles to them for the regular services.

Don t take your car here to be fixed. They will charge you for something that is on warranty or recall. After paying them $2000 to fix something that didn t get fixed and having to take it back and then get charged again for their mistake. If you don t know anything about cars, don t go here. They will fix everything except what needs to be fixed. Shep Chevrolet definitely takes you for a ride.

Just looking, salesman was available, BUT waited for us to make contact. He had been on phone when we pulled in, no pressure tactics wanted to know what we needed for a vehicle, really attentive to what WE wanted. When we're ready that's where we are going to go to first.

Our experience started on the internet. My request for showing from Rich Murano was returned in a timely manner. We wanted to go through a small town dealership because there were no personable sales "professionals" in the big city. They had just what my fianc� and I were looking for, Rich made sure we paid a fair price. If you are looking for a no hassle/haggle dealership, take a little drive to Haven and see Rich.
