Pleasant small town dealership where service isn't just a word. You won't get jerked around by the sales staff, unlike what is experienced at most Wichita dealerships. Very happy with both of my purchasing experiences.

I am a cash buyer. Was treated like a fraud when I advised of this after locating my specific Jeep here. Every trick in the book was used...someone else wanting the vehicle, deposit that I put down would be lost, it was sold, not sold, etc. I give the owner props for helping me and the finance director was very nice. I worked hard and saved for years to purchase this vehicle and was proud to buy from a small town Kansas dealer vs a big city one. I also just tried to purchase an extended warranty through them w no reply to my request...I had hoped for just a little better treatment....my advise is to go elsewhere...

We have been doing business with them since they took over the dealership, not just purchasing but repair work as well. Buying: Experience was painless. Paperwork - staff was knowledgeable and quick. Trade - fair and accurate according to kelley blue book. Overall the staff was friendly and easy to work with. Work Shop: Work is always done quickly and prices are fair and comparable to other shops we have used previously. My daughters car was in their shop last week for tires and replacement parts - the work was done quickly and the bill almost exactly what they guessed it to be around once completed.

We bought our Jeep from Newberry FAMILY Auto in Harper Ks! WE LOVE IT SO MUCH!! I will NEVER buy from anyone else again!!! We had such a great experience with the salesman/financing and the GM Brett Traffas is a stand up guy! They went over and beyond for us and put Wichita dealerships to shame! The biggest plus is that you get exactly what you are told...facts...no hoopla. It is what it is and its so much easier knowing what your getting without having to go through all the hoops & higher ups trying to make a deal. If you like it, then you buy it. Simple as that. It truly is a FAMILY!!! THANK YOU!

I've purchased 2 vehicles from here and both times I had a great experience!First One Was a Brand NewTruck (my baby)The second one, I need a travel car for my business, I found the Vehicle I Wanted online, Called to get paper work rolling and had the car detailed and ready for me to pick up the next day!Brett and Rebecca are Great to Work With!

Worst service experience so far. We dropped our vehicle off December 7, 2019 for a timing chain and water pump that had previously been estimated by them about a month prior and parts were supposedly ordered. After dropping off on the 7th the car sat outside for approximately 1 month before ever getting into the shop. Not once were we contacted with an update or any news. Now the cars been inside the shop for over a month with still no word on when it will be done. We call once a week only to get no definitive answers and some sort of excuse about being shorthanded etc. After working for 15+ years in several auto shops I can understand what it's like being shorthanded, but that can only go so far. The repair job is roughly 4-6 hours and the cars been there for about 3 months. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be recommending to anyone.

Found a vehicle we were interested in. They didn't have pictures on line but we called and asked about the car. We got to Kingman, and the car wasn't there and neither was the sales associate. There was a number on the door, we called and he said the bosses wife was driving it and the boss would come in and talk to us. ....without the vehicle. We left. No sale!

Two pleasant experiences with their service department on cars they do not normally specialize in. They are a Chevy dealer and our cars are Ford and Toyota.
