I shop here when needed but depending on the person you get for help is a Big Difference in the Service you will receive, I really like two of their employees the others I will usually just say Thanks and Leave! Some of the employees make you feel like you're annoying them just for asking them for a part they have to look up, that is terrible! If Kasey is in there your in Good Hands with Great Service, he is Appreciated!

Helpful and friendly staff, even though their scan tool wouldn't communicate with my car, they directed me to another chain that used a different tool.

TERRIBLE service. I pulled in late one night with a dead battery and the technician was lazy, rude, and dismissive. He refused to change my battery (while standing in front of a huge sign that said battery changes, mind you) and had to be asked several times to come outside and help me. He was completely unprofessional and acted like every task was the hardest job in the world. I left and went to AutoZone, where they happily changed out my battery without any issue. DO NOT patronize O Reilly Auto Parts in Great Bend.

Service greeted you and helped you from the timeyou walk in. Employees were knowledgeable enough to find what you needed and advice that helped and if not they found out for you. But not a wide verity or selection of things for anything but the most popular stuff and names

Excellent inventory. As a woman the employees are not interested in service. They do not want to wait on you. When I visited them on Friday three employees were visiting, they stopped looked at me and went back to visiting. One employee was waiting on another. When the sale was complete he did wait on me

The employee that helped us did not really seem very interested in helping us but he did do the job, unfortunately he was not able to find the part we needed.

Their rent a tool service is awesome. Couldn t find a 35mm axel socket anywhere. Rented one from them and got the full amount back when I returned it.

We were on our way back to Colorado on a Sunday, when our alternator quit. We had just past Great Bend KS. I called to see if the were open, they were!! The best part is they not only had our alternator, but also had the voltage regulator and belt in stock for our 1985 Ford f250!! Even though the alternator had to be change out on the side of the highway because we were able to get our parts we could get back on the road!!!! So glad they were open and had our parts!

Import direct breaks and rotors i installed several months ago werent cheap and theyre still pretty noisy expected a lot better for the price.

Horrible experience dealing with Bill ethics were questioned. Tried to replace a part use in-store credit in order to purchase more product was still met with same attitude not a very good experience would recommend going somewhere else besides O'Reilly's

Definitely not my favorite place to get my auto parts; there's a reason that AutoZone in Great Bend is almost constantly busy and this location isn't. The majority of staff aren't knowledgeable or even really polite most of the time. I do still come to this location if I must, but only after trying AutoZone and/or CarQuest (recently bought out by Advance Auto) first.

Apparently being open at 7:30 is not correct. Accidentally drove past Autozone so went ahead and pulled into o'Reilly's to get a new battery. Asked to test it and when the employee found out it was a hard one to replace the excuses started rolling out of his mouth about it's only 730 (the time they apparently falsely advertised as their opening time) and with just two employees they can't help outside. Glad Autzone (who had the same exact situation) put effort into their service.
