Service department personnel at the desk has no knowledge of what is wrong with my vehicle but tells me timing issues will not keep a vehicle from running. That may fly with regular people who don't know, but as a mechanic for over 35yrs I know that was a lie. And so having to wait on parts and an appointment when the breakdown was in July my appointment wasn't until December and I had it there a day ahead of time then they send me an email that I missed the appointment. Even when I said to email me with any issues, not to call! Service department check in personnel needs to check themselves before they lie to customers. Also told my engine needed replaced and it would cost me 15k where every other dealer said 9k-11k. Will not do any more with service.

They did not take care of my vehicle before repair and it was vandalized. Only one call saying it had been vandalized. I had to pursue them 1 week later for help. They had it for 28 days before completed. 2 days later back for more repairs. Completed. One issue still not fixed! Will NEVER go back to them again!!!

Excellent service with an outstanding service crew. They immediately contacted me to inform me about my car battery and sent me a message containing the charges and overall service report. Tim Nollette does a remarkable job in the service department, ensuring that every customer is taken care of to the fullest extent. Highly recommend for any automobile needs!

It took 2 weeks to get in for repair. Charged outrageous (500+) amount for a part for restocking fee that I didn't use. BBB needs to make them be honest! Told me the part was 4K. I told them it was 2300, I priced it. Just be honest and reasonable.

Marmie ford has an excellent service department. My car was picked up serviced and returned to me. All the while I was receiving updates on when they would pick the car up and then on service progress.

Complaint about Marmies ServiceService Date: Monday July 18, 2022I want to express how disappointed I was at my service I received from a company my family has been using for over 2 decades. I do not live in the area and had come to visit family in Great Bend and Hoisington for a month before heading back to school. I took my Jeep in for a Full Service which should have included all of the following:Tire rotation & pressure checkBrake inspectionVehicle checkupFluid Top offBattery TestFilter checkBelts and hoses checkWhen I got my Jeep back it was evident that the tires were not rotated as I have one tire that does not have a valve stem cap. That tire was still and is still in the same location (Front Driver Side) So I proceeded to check fluid levels. Not only was the washer fluid not topped off, but the oil level was low, transmission fluid was low.This then leads me to wonder if they did any service to my Jeep. Not only that but I waited in the lobby for over 4 hours before they finally came and told me my vehicle was ready.To say I am upset and angry is an understatement. Having known this was the place recommended and used for over 2 decades by everyone in my family and to be treated this way simply because I live out of town is deplorable and unacceptable service.I will never recommend them nor return for service when I go and visit family.If I could give them a negative rating I would.Kristi Ehrlich-Brautman

So, I was scheduled to have my truck worked on, Tuesday May 11th. Nicki in the service department stated she would keep me informed on how the work was going. I asked if it would be done by the weekend because I needed it to haul livestock to the sale on Saturday. She assured me that it should be done by then. It s Friday morning and no one has contacted me. I call to talk with Nicki to see if my truck was done. They said she was busy and would call me right back. I waited 2 hours and called again. They apologized and said they would have her call back in 15 minutes when she returned from lunch. I called back 2 hours later and was placed on hold for 4 minutes. When I finally get to talk to Nicki she said she would put me on hold and talk with the technician. 10 minutes later she came on the line and stated she was sorry but they had not started on my truck yet. I wonder how much they will reduce the $6000 repair charge since they basically lied to me. After reading the bad reviews I am now in fear of them even having the knowledge to repair my truck. This may be another court case that I have to file. I definitely will never buy a vehicle from them and I would urge everyone else to not do business with them. This is the worst experience with a dealership I ve ever had. No customer service at all!Gary WillsonWilson Kansas

They will pick your vehicle up an return it for oil changes and you never have to leave work. They are great and explain everything!

NO. THANK. YOU. I called for service and was rudely reprimanded over the phone for not buying my vehicle from Marmies and then he transferred me to someone who cared to help me, ba ha haha ha!! Buy another car lot and have nothing to offer except Corporate Monopolizers su h as yourself!! You grandfather would be disgraced.

Being a first time new vehicle owner, I was VERY pleased with the sales and finance team here! Not only were they very courteous, they were able to locate the vehicle with the options I wanted, arranged to have it delivered, and did so in an extremely quick manner. I couldn't have asked for an easier new vehicle experience. Everything from the first interaction, to finding the right vehicle, to getting the keys and driving away, was beyond what I had expected when beginning my shopping experience. A+!!!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I bought a Lincoln for the first time 7 months ago and have been completely blown away by the professionalism and high quality of customer service I have experienced each and every time I have a question or need my car serviced. There is a genuineness about their approach to serving customers that is amazing and inspiring. From the salesman (Steve Wittig) to the service desk (Derek and Nicki), they do not disappoint. I HIGHLY recommend Marmie Lincoln.

Great service every time! Knowledgeable parts department with years of experience, can't hardly change oil yourself for the price to have it done, fluids all topped off if needed and have a thorough inspection as well and if you do have to have work done you can trust the staff as they are highly trained and skilled! A++++

About as good as I can imagine a car dealership being. Generally dealerships are a little out of my price range, but I still have quite a bit of work done here when needed. Good price on tires, and standard maintenance isn't bad given the confidence I have it's being done right.

Took my vehicle to Marmies for a few months for basic maintenance. I have since stopped going to them and refuse to support them because of all the horror stories I have heard and the hell my friend went through at both the GM and Ford lots. Marmies is a monopoly in Great Bend. I would greatly appreciate a different dealership in town. In the meantime, I will take my business either to Salina, Hutch, or Larned for my ford service. My friend has also taken all business elsewhere.

A part broke on my car as I was traveling through Great Bend. The Service Dept at Marmie Ford fixed the problem within an hour and I was back on the road! Very welcoming staff - super duper nice folks!

Stopped in with a engine light on. I travel extensively and my vehicle is my office / toolbox. I can not be down. They took my F250 in immediately diagnosed it replaced sensors and had me back on the road within 1.5 hrs. This was not the dealer I purchased the truck from, that dealer did not have the time to even check diagnosis codes and let me know it it was ok to continue driving. Even though they had assured me given my line of work they would give me priority service.I greatly appreciate the customer service at Marmies. With out the support I would be unable to service my customers as quickly.

We were driving from Lincoln, NE to Dodge City, KS and suffered a breakdown. We called Marmies who ordered a truck to pick us up. They arrived quickly and took us into the service area. They diagnosed the problem the same day and ordered the needed parts. The mechanic made the repair the following morning and we're back on the road. We couldn't be more satisfied!!
