I bought a 21 Ford escape last year (used) with6,000 miles and 3yr warranty. I discussed a brake issue w salesman before I left the lot w a promise it would be taken care...one year later I am still waiting. Drivers door is broken, ordered a new door 3 mos.go, still waiting. A lemon!

They always get me taken care of there! The staff is friendly and they communicate great! Dan is always very kind and helpful! He sure knows how to make you smile and feel appreciated! The lady who assisted me that day as well was very kind and knowledgeable and communicated wonderfully about my vehicle.

Incredible!!! My wife and I were traveling back to Iowa when our car made bad noises due to air conditioning compressor clutch going out. The small town over hour away said drive it as far as we can to get it fixed as they weren't able to. All other places I contacted couldn't help us or was a 2-3 day if not longer wait. Marmie was able to get the part for us the next morning and was able work on our vehicle even when it arrived later than scheduled due to it breaking down and needing a tow truck. Super friendly staff that told us about downtown and all it has to offer for eating and shopping and we were well taken care of. So glad they were able to step up and help us get home from vacation. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it!!!

I had THE BEST customer service experience yesterday at this business. Was visiting Great Bend for work, and although I wasn t looking to buy a car, Mary went above and beyond to help me out with a car problem I was having. What a great experience. Out of 5 stars I give them a 6 ! Thank you Mary !

They have great services, and great staff members! I found the perfect car with the perfect price, a really awesome a nice car that will be perfect for college! It was a great experience. I was looking all over big cities nearby for a great car with a great price, but I did not realize our local dealership had competitive and great deals! I really enjoyed the experience because it saved us a ton of time just by traveling to a nearby city, and a huge thanks to Tom for everything, he helped us a lot and was able to give us an amazing deal!

In our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon we began our travel home from Great Bend. We made it 14 miles in the 60 MPH wind gusts and one of our hood latches broke. We literally tied a show string around it (all we had) and tried to go on to the next town. Half a mile later the second one snapped. So, back to Great Bend we crept with two shoestrings holding down our hood. Thankfully Marmie's had some latches in stock and was able to get us in right away to their service department to get them installed. I can't say enough about them. Very friendly and so very helpful to us stranded visitors. I also got to relive a childhood memory as I waited in the old salesroom like I did with my dad 50 years ago when he bought and traded at Marmies!!!

We traveled to many Jeep dealerships in the area. Marmies was by far the best experience we encountered. Pleasant sales staff and owner. They provided all the figures and detailes before running our credit. We knew ahead what we were looking as bottom dollar. Up front about a couple flaws, which were adjusted and repaired (cracked window by wind storm). Tom Klug was our salesman and apologized when the grey Grand Cherokee L was sold. He did not know I changed my mind and wanted the silver one, but genuinely felt bad.Purchased December 27. Returned yesterday to have window installed and they were so accommodating. Give them an A+ rating and will continue to shop there.

I locked my keys in my van today and the guys at the Marmie Dodge Parts department were absolutely amazing. They were able to make a new key so I could get in the door and, when I was unable to find a ride to the actual shop, they were able to send someone in their van to come give me a ride there and back. I got a new key made and now I'll have a spare just in case I lock myself out again!10/10 would recommend! The service was spectacular, and the employees were so helpful and kind!

We ordered a Jeep from this dealership and couldn't be happier. Tom Klug was great! He followed through on everything he said he would do. We live in Franktown, Co and feel it's worth the drive to deal with a company that provides such great service.

Can t thank their wonderful Service Dept enough! We are on a road trip, moving from Nebraska to Arizona when one of our cars broke down just outside Great Bend. The guys in the Service Dept went out of their way to squeeze our car in to get fixed so we could get back on the road. Appreciate how nice everyone at the dealership was.

The dodge service center wanted to replace things that weren't broke and wasn't asked to be replaced. Labor cost are too high, wasn't offered a loaner vehicle til the day before we received our vehicle back.

Had a problem with a check engine light. Service got me in without an appointment as we were on a road trip. They took us in and got us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Everyone there was very friendly and on the ball, great dealer.

I had taken my car in on a friday to get new wheel bearings. They inspected it and agreed that it was needing new ones. I gave them my warranty information so they could get a claim started. Throughout the next week, I called to check on the status and was told they were going back and forth with my warranty company. Finally, after my 3rd call to marmies, I finally called my warranty company myself to ask what the issue was. They stated they have no record of a call from any company inquiring about my car and no claims started. Marmies wasted a week and a half of my time when I could have taken my car to another mechanic and gotten this process started instead of letting the bearing get worse and worse.

We have nothing good to say about Marmies. They have treated us poorly with everything to do with the vehicle we purchased. We are now having a second engine being installed and the vehicle is a 2017. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and an attorney.

I went here to get an OEM part for my 2010 wrangler. I was never notified when it arrived, no one knew the products or understood the issue I was having even when I provided a part number and drew a diagram for them. It was by far the worst experience I have had with a dealership.

Teffanie was Absolutely Phenomenal! I live 1000 miles away and reached out to Marmies for a transmission replacement for my sons Chrysler. Today 1030am service appt for oil change & tire rotation on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Prompt service on arrival. Presented a bill for $47 by Larry Unruh - I questioned it, as my oil change is complimentary w my 2 yr Mohar Jeep contract. He went away & came back w bill for $32.48. I questioned it - was my oil change $15? No, he says he forgot to add in the rotation, it would have been $79.48. WHAT?!? Tire roatation is normally a $10-15 charge from my 40+ yr experience. He adds, yup, it's $15 across the street at Ford, but the brothers/owners here set the fees. $25 rotation + $5 shop fee + tax.SCAM!- FRAUD! - RIP OFF! -ALTERED my BILL b/c my oil change was discovered, when I brought it to their attention, to be under warranty!SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE @ Marmie !!***F/U - 5pm today, received a phone call from service manager Marty, apologizing for the 'misunderstanding' & stating that Marmie Motors would void my $32.48 credit card payment. THANK YOU !!

Spent ALL day to find out they didn't even check what I came in for, and wanted me to buy a $1500 part that I don't need. Just trying to get on over on a woman but I had enough knowledge on cars to say no. Will never be back.

Lied to my friend. Sold him a "clean" car with no damages.. only to find out that the car has hail damage that wasn't disclosed by the dealer. Buyers beware. He still can't get them to properly replace the back window that leaks.
