The young lady who greeted me and got the ball rolling to repair my tire is absolutely an incredible asset to your company. It s so nice to be treated with the attention and respect which she shows. I wish I had gotten her name, but she s the only young lady there. 1st and last time I will take a vehicle to the Great Bend location. Make sure to check over your bill and ask questions. Make sure to make it clear what you want.Was way overcharged compared to what was quoted. Manager was very rude the whole time and refused to refund the difference. Had to contact corporate to have it taken care of. Very poor customer service at the Great Bend location.

I have always been satisfied with there service but my last two visits have not been great. My vehicle is better but not where it should be for having been there twice in a week and spending $1000. I understand the staffing issues that all companies are having to deal with but when you are charged for an alignment and there machine is down how does that work? Anyway I will give them another chance down the road people make mistakes. But having to pay twice for that mistake is not good. They have reached out to me and are willing to refund the first alignment so that helps the situation, thank you Kansas land for help fix part of this issue.Service: Wheel alignment

Terry and Alex know their stuff and they're good and honest. And Paula is one of the sweetest lady's you'll ever meet. So far pretty terrible. Got the tires rotated, so far that's fine. However with my oil change, got a call 5 mins after I left, said they noticed a new oil leak. Came back, said it was nothing. Got a flat tire on the highway. Tried to use air compressor to air it up to get back to town and discovered a piece 1/4 inch copper tubing in the tire. Contacted Kansasland Tire and they were able to come out and replace the tire right there!And the tire and service call cost less than $100!I will definitely use them again and I have already told people about the great service.Service: Tires

Kansasland has always taken great care of our vehicles! Had a light come on right before close and they took care of it even though it kept them past close. I had a flat tire and with them being booked out over a week in advance they worked me in same day and managed to find and fix two holes. Terry was very nice and pleasant to talk to!

They got my car in and out within 30 minutes. I really enjoyed the fact they left my car running for me with the AC on so I wouldn't have to get back in a hot car!! Thank you so much!!!

Super unfortunate to see this business has such good reviews. Bf got brand new set of tires and has had to have repairs 7vtimes now. 2 times bc of the valve stems, once due to small leak right after pucrchase and 4 times just patched (which I know is beyond their control) but while at another tire dealer in a different state getting one repaired, he mentioned the abnormal shaking he has experienced since buying the tires so they checked the weights. 2 tires were 1oz off and the other 2, 3oz off. Fixing the weight helped, however now needs an alignment as wellm. Thanks guys. I am fed up with having to pay for repairs for such shotty work. Told him he is never allowed to go here again. Meanwhile I got my tires elsewhere and have had ZERO issues
