Jordan responded quickly to messages. We scheduled a last minute appointment on a Saturday and he worked with our time frame. We purchased the 2023 Ozark 82"x20' Elite. Ozark trailers are affordable and very well made by veterans. We are always happy to support business that have products made by veterans or are veteran owned. Eight-Ten Trailers had a nice selection to choose from and Jordan fixed us up with the Elite trailer, spare tire and spare tire mount. We are very pleased with this purchase.

These folks are great to deal with. my decision a late evening deal. I called Jordan to talk about the trailers, he explained them to me. He came over I decided on the one I wanted. We made the deal, I reached for checkbook and remembered I left it home. He offered to take it home with him, I ran home picked my checkbook and met at his home gave him a check and went home with my trailer. You don t get service like this very often. The trailer is well made, pulls great and they are made by veterans. You can t ask for anything better.

As a business owner my time valuable, so I appreciate that they returned a phone call in timely manner, and even accommodated me to pick up the trailer on a Sunday afternoon. Overall great service and good prices. I also like that they have prices on their website so you know what to expect instead of having to call for a quote which saves a lot of time.

I would definitely do business with Eight-Ten Trailers again. Very professional and Jordan made sure I didn't feel pressured into the buy. He made sure to explain everything and didn't try to hind anything. You won't be disappointed!
