Such a peaceful stop to recharge on the road through Kansas. We stayed there for a few days. Nicely located, cabins are cleaned and well maintained with heater/ AC. We enjoyed a grill and meal outside our cabin on the tables. Bathrooms are very cleaned, new, with good water pressure and temperature. Also, Dog friendly! But MOSTLY what made this stay the most enjoyable is the welcoming and friendliness of CINDY - she makes the energy of the place!Food & drinks: Walmart is just 5 min drive away and there are a couple restaurants in town - everything is just about a 5 min drive.

This was just an overnight stop for us with after hours check in. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so nice and helpful in letting me what to do for after hours. The campground was exceptionally clean, with several patio sites with fun furniture. I did not use the laundry but I did check it out. The machine were super clean and honestly looked practically brand new. The map I was given was very easy to follow with thorough campground rules on the back. I wish I had longer to stay but if I'm ever in the area again this campground will be on the top of my list!

This place is quite, and has decent wifi for your needs, as they said they just upgraded. The hostess and host were charming and very thoughtful. We came near the end of the season, so things were on sale and it was cold..very cold below freezing at night so we got a comfy cabin. Many koa we have been to are loud with a freeway nearby and/or trains as well. This place quite as can be slept great. I would recommend stopping in to say hello to the host and hostess for a fun chat.Rooms: Warm and comfy

Beautiful little campground with a nice playground, cute little pool, very clean bathrooms, affordable laundry and nice pull through sites. Cindy was so sweet and willing to help in anyway!!!! We stayed here during the week so there was not too many campers that stayed more than 1 night, but it filled up each night. The flies were a bit unbearable at times.

An oasis along I-70. We have stayed here one or two times a year for several years as a stopover on our travels to and from Colorado. The park is pretty and well kept up. The owners are great! The bathroom and shower houses have been renovated and are very nice!

We stayed at the RV park for one night. They are expanding so every space in the back for big rigs was dirt and weeds. No place to walk the dog. No garbage dumpster near you. No facilities in the back at all. They wanted to charge us full price. We are very grateful that they gave us $20 off. It s definitely worth asking. The spot wasn t worth the $74 they were going to charge us. Good things about this particular KOA is the customer service was nice. It was very quiet and dark.

Lovely quiet place far enough off the interstate that noise is not an issue. Walking distance to the world's largest easel and dog park. Would recommend.

We stayed here for one night in our 36-foot class A motorhome. Check-in was easy, and the staff was very friendly. We were in a large, pull-through site that had new furniture and a dog pen. However, the weather was rainy and cold. Because they are redoing some vegetation, including grass, it was very muddy. I think this will be beautiful later this year when the grass comes in, but for us, it was really dirty, and our dogs' paws collected that mud like it was glue! We were at the very front of the campground, also, which had both positives and negatives. One positive: the dog park was right there! One negative: highway noise.

Made our reservation the day before. 34 ft MH towing a car. They claimed we made a reservation without towing, so the site was too short and we had to unhook. We stay at KOA's frequently and use their auto fill for reservations as usual. I later reviewed my email and it said 34 ft towing! Absolutely rude uncaring office staff. Talked to 2 other campers that had the same story - of being told they didn't say towing. CG is nice with lots of trees, but narrow roads and sites. A year later they replied "sorry we didn't meet your expectations." We go that route twice a year, won't stay there ever again.

We stopped here without a reservation, and honestly, not having looked at the reviews. Without a doubt, it is the best commercial campground we have ever stayed at. Not only was everything in proper working order and very clean, but there was an attention to detail making everything even better. For instance, the nice new picnic tables sit on professionally made oval concrete bases. There are lattice work panels strategically placed for better aesthetics, as well as tasteful garden art. There was a laundry cart for use in the laundry room, along with books and magazines. The owner was very helpful in helping us choose a spot. There was even a vase full of poppies in the ladies room that matched a painting on the wall. All well above and beyond what we have grown to expect!

Stopped in 2 summers ago while traveling and found it to be nice and quiet. Lots of frogs .Rooms: Only complaint was the mouse bait was lying on floors in corners very visible and rather bothering.

Great stop on the way to Colorado. Good pool, two dog runs, good facilities and the staff was awesome. They did a scavenger hunt for the kids and the staff was out after hours helping. Would definitely stop here again.

What a surprise - a gem in the middle of Kansas the town is quite small - we were able to get fuel the campground itself is very nice - Cindy -in the office - couldn t have been any nicer- made sure our rig would fit - put us near the pool(we requested) and explained the cable remote she gave me the pool was so nice - while we didn t use the restrooms- I peaked at them and so clean and nice definitely a great place to stop!!

Wide space, nice doggie fenced in area, dubs as a a holding spot for a toddler (supervised of course). Easy in and out sites. Concrete Patio spot really neat and kept up. Gravel lot for the deluxe site. Just stayed 1 night while on our travels. Super super friendly check in lady! Have free cable but we opted out, again only here 1 night. Big dog run/play area. Big Big playground area! Tractor for kids to play on- older ones. Lil house for my 15 month old to play around, no toddler swing but they have swings. Tires around to crawl under and over. Great place!Playground: Wide open area right by fenced in dog area! Lots of fun stuff for a kid to do!Restrooms: Very clean heated restroom while theirs are being renovated.Picnic area: Deluxe site was clean and nice chairs and table, paved area.

We had a delightfully overnight stay her at Goodland KOA. The swimming pool was a pleasant surprise and felt great to go for a nice chilling dip! Bathrooms are clean. Showers have good volume and the temperature is good. The staff (Sean) is good to deal with

Very nice iconic, small town KOA! Staff person was excellent: very helpful and friendly. Grounds were immaculate, and we loved the large amounts of green space to walk our dogs.Only cons I would mention: very inconsistent WiFi, and my one, highly-anticipated shower in the bathhouse was cut short by a lack of hot water !

Overall we had a very good experience with family and friends we stayed in slot number 185 and it had a mudhole I asked to get it fixed they said they can't put any gravel in until the club because it will make more that made absolutely no since. So we got some shovels of our own and scrape the gravel off of the driveway and put it in the mud hole and a things were better

We stayed here on our way out and on the way back. It was quite nice. We had time to do laundry, take a dip in the pool, and relax. They have some sites that have a private fenced in dog kennel. Plenty of trees for shade here as well. The off leash dog area is nice as well. We will most likely stay again when we head that way.
