This company is doing business the RIGHT WAY!!! I was referred to Auto Pros by a friend who lives in Goddard, even though I live in Andover. I needed my rear windows fixed and I wasn t sure if it was the motor or just the switch. I had received a quote from another company that was going to charge me $2000 to replace all for window motors without even getting a proper diagnosis. Anyhow, I called Auto Pros and they got me in immediately, and got my windows working properly and didn t charge me my next months rent. Even better, they called me every time to give me updates on the vehicle. I dealt with Sean and the owner AND the wife of the owner, and now they will be my go-to for all my vehicles, even though it s a 30 minute drive. It s worth every bit of the drive! Shawn was extremely helpful and communicative with me through the whole process. Without asking them to do so they went ahead and checked the fluids for me and turns out I was extremely low on oil. Had they not caught that I may have been out another $8,000 for a new engine. Extremely happy with the service from the guys at Auto Pros!

Horrible!!! Do not take your vehicle here. My son took his vehicle in, 1200.00 later . The oil leak was not fixed and they left a wire that was hanging from the front spring which was rubbing up against the wheel. Could have been extremely dangerous.

Sean and the gang have done it again. Have just returned from a 2 day repair that caused the guys to go the 2nd and 3rd mile in repairing my vehicle's AC. Not a textbook repair by any means. But we have 'Cool Air' again. Replacing the rear brakes was also on the list of repairs that I had requested. Sean was honest enough to call me and inform me that the only thing needed on the rear brakes was an adjustment and cleaning. Brakes were not needed....a savings of approximately $250 - $300. They could have gone on and replaced the brakes along with the whole nine yards of repairs, but had the integrity and honesty to do the right thing. This is why I keep bringing my vehicles back anytime they need attention. The staff's level of Honest, Courtesy and Patience keeps this customer coming back time and time again. Thanks so much you guys, and keep up the great work.

Had a slow leak on tire. They could not fix it do put spare tire on so I could continue on. They were all very friendly and polite.

So, took my vehicle in for simple maintenance and came out needing over $1800 in repairs.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & messed up my car BAD. Took it in for a regularly scheduled maintenance and was returned to me with my air conditioning system broken. Refused to take ANY responsibility for the broken air conditioner. Then a lady who never introduced herself to me, cornered me with their cameras, claiming I had a FAKE DOCTORED Repair Estimates for the problem, was threatening to sue me, and tried to keep my paper of the Estimate for repairs needed to fix my air conditioning system. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and in no way were willing to try to help fix the problem. TOLD me to leave. The repair Estimate to fix it is $1800. The owner Will, mocked me when I was trying to speak, saying things like "Fantastic" and was later on the telephone calling me "Honey" I was pretty appalled. I do not recommend using this business. Any kind gesture to work towards getting it fixed would have went a long way, rather than attacking me verbally and threatening me. I had a rough morning and was out of town. My battery failed luckily there was an autozone right down the block. I bought a battery and when I tried to remove the block holding the old battery in the bolt was so rusty it snapped in half. I rigged up my battery and drove down to auto pros. They looked at it and the two guys that were working got me in fast and helped me get my problem fixed which was not an easy extraction. They saved me a lot of hassle especially being away from home and not having many other options. I appreciate these great guys and would very much have my vehicle serviced again with them. Nice guys helping out even when they were already hammered after memorial day weekend. Thank you again so much Fellas. I appreciate you guys.

Good and honest mechanics. They fit me in on a Friday afternoon to check for a leak. Prices are reasonable and I never felt taken advantage of. Definitely the nicest shop I've been to.

Had what I thought was a blow-out way back in the woods. Odd size tire and design, who's gonna have this locally? No worries, didn't need one. Techs said it was just low on pressure and popped off the rim. They reset it, aired it up and problem solved! And served us delicious coffee and cake and cookies (we didn't have lunch) The cost? No charge! Just asked us to leave an honest review on Google+ So here it is, An honest thank you for being there when I needed you. I'm telling all my friends!

I needed a brake light replaced. It was late in the day but their service man made time to replace the light, plus look my car over for other maintenance. They filled the wiper fluid and cleaned the windshield and windows.Excellent, courteous service, very reasonable price.

We were travelers still far from home after the wife had some medical procedures done. Needless to say she was in so much discomfort. Then, our car developed some major problems. But by the grace of Our Savior and Lord the car problems developed near Auto Pro. So we went in and these guys were fantastic, in fact no words can describe them. They diagnosed our car problems. Repaired them. Also, giving encouragement and comfort to a couple of distressed travelers. We are forever grateful to them. Then, after finally making it home.Auto Pro, calls us to see that we made it home and that the weary wife is feeling better. God bless Sean and Auto Pro. Auto Pros is amazing! The fact that they were able to fix my car with me just walking in with all the things that was wrong with it, is absolutely incredible. (Spark plugs, belt, alternator, and air filter). They were very communicative about what was wrong and very knowledgable. I've been using Auto Pros Service Center for over 5 years. Mostly oil changes and regular servicing but on occasion have had some more extensive work done on vehicles. My wife, daughter, and son have all had their vehicles serviced by Auto Pros at some point in time.From that extensive experience I can say that these guys are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. They have experience in many makes/models. It s hard to find a good, honest mechanic and this is one of them! 600 miles from home, wife and 3 kids on our way out west. The next day heading over the Rockies without trailer brakes working on our camper. Will and his wife (which I feel awful for forgetting right now) were absolutely amazing! Took the trailer the next morning with basically no scheduled appointment and had it fixed in a few hours, rewiring the brakes, checking the battery connections, cleaning the terminals, checking the pad, etc. They went beyond the call to make sure we were safe on our journey. Very grateful the first two calls we made were not available and we landed on such caring people!

They sold my husband tires for his truck that were not even rated for the weight of his vehicle. They wore quickly and were not covered under warranty. Additionally they did not put a tool that they used back in the correct spot in his truck. They denied having misplaced it and split the cost on a new one. They are only out to make money and do not have the customer's best interest in mind.*Edit to add: Thank you for the reply. He actually did not take his truck to any other shop for service, as he purchased through you and wanted to keep the work through you for warranty purposes. He made that abundantly clear while we were there for several hours, while they tried to get the tired off without the lug. He did call your business to confirm warranty and was simply told it was expired and he could attempt to get resolution through Firestone. No resolution was provided through your business. It was after when he brought the truck to a different tire shop to get a quote on new tires, because they've worn so quickly that he was informed they are not rated for his vehicle.

Auto Pros did shoddy work with cheap parts. that left me stranded on the road. Over $2,000.00, 15 months later I had to have the same work done again elsewhere. Fortunately the other auto repair charged $1,100.00. Who wants to pay for the same repairs 15 months later and get stranded?Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

A few years ago I used Auto Pros for oil changes on two vehicles. It was good, for a while. The last couple years have been rough. I don't know if they changed owners, or managers, or what. I quit going to them and the following is a list of reasons why.It started with an oil change. They over-tightened the drain plug, which caused a thread to shear off from the oil pan. Now, the drain plug leaks unless I seal it with a little RTV every time I change the oil. It's easier to put some RTV on it, as opposed to replacing the whole oil pan.On a different servicing, my wife's car started leaking oil on the garage floor. I got to looking around, expecting to have to tear something apart to replace a gasket. Instead, I found that the technician didn't tighten the oil filter down after the oil change, so it was leaking. It's such a basic mistake that I felt they were trying to scam me, in order to get it back in, so they could falsely diagnose an oil leak (it could have been a simple mistake, but I still wonder).We quit going to them and the manager/owner at the time called us and asked why. We told him about the shoddy workmanship and the problems we had. He didn't offer to fix my oil pan. He didn't offer anything. He only said "huh" and hung up the phone. I don't really care about getting any freebies, but at least say something other than "huh". I guess he was ok with losing a customer. I can only hope he went to the technicians and gave them a heads-up, so they could do better in the future.Fast forward to this year. I changed out some parts on the front end of my vehicle, which left me needing an alignment. I figured I would give Auto Pros another shot, since I hadn't been to them in a while, maybe something had changed. I dropped my vehicle off right when they opened, so I could hopefully get it back before lunch. 6 hours elapsed and I didn't hear anything, so I called up there. They said they hadn't even pulled it into the shop. I told them I didn't expect for it to take an entire day to do an alignment, but hey, I guess that was my fault for assuming they could get it done in a reasonable amount of time. I went up, got my vehicle, and took it to the dealership to get the alignment done. All Auto Pros managed to do was waste the time I had my vehicle sitting with them. The guy at the desk said "sorry, I didn't know you needed it back at a certain time". I am convinced they would have kept my vehicle overnight and into the next day before it would have gotten done. Extremely unacceptable for an alignment.Most recently, my wife popped a tire on her vehicle on her way to work. I changed her tire and brought the damaged one home. The tire was damaged to the point that I needed to get another one. I called up to Auto Pros and they said they had a new tire. I took the wheel up to them and asked if it would be done that day. They said it should be. That was at 10am. Come a little before 5pm I hadn't heard anything, so I called up there. They said they were working on it right then and it would be done "in about 10 minutes". 20 minutes elapsed and I hadn't heard anything. I guess I should have assumed it was done and just went up there, so I will take partial blame on this one. I decided to head up there and got to the door right at 530pm. Little did I know, they closed at 530. Had I assumed they had it done, or maybe they called me when it was done, I could have gotten it an entire day earlier, but they didn't.Every time I go through them for something it is a complete **** show. Had I not been in such a bind with the blown tire, I would not have gone to them. Now, I will **** sure not go to them anymore. It is nothing but wasted time and a lot of frustration with this business. If you can live without your vehicle for a couple of days, to get routine maintenance done, then these guys are for you. If you rely on your vehicle, daily, then I would find somewhere else to take it.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Would not recommend. Horrible experience had my car for over a week. My car is under warranty so any repairs are covered. I picked my car up ran fine for a couple of days, then the check engine light came on and my car is still dieing randomly while driving.Called was told to bring car in. I did they scanned and told me it was the air condtioner. Sean the service manager was so unprofessional and rude. I told him the car isn t fixed can we fix it. He looked at me and said if you want to pay for it. Never did I say I wanted anything for free just want my car fixed. Told me he wasn t just gonna go guessing when there isn t a code for him. I m confused aren t you a mechanic can t you figure out what is going on. He said I ll bring your car around. I called owner that evening Thursday did not receive a call until Tuesday. Owner seemed to want to argue, told him I m not blaming anyone just need to fix my car. He told me to bring car in. At this point I have no faith in their ability to fix my car. I call my brother who is not a mechanic but works on cars all the time. We take it to auto zone pull codes says O2 sensor and is running rich. He while standing in auto zone researches on his phone and see where with my model of car with these symptoms happening start with the purge valve. We replaced right there at auto zone with the help of the guys who were awesome!! In less than 5 minutes. Have not had a problem since. So around 600 dollars later between me and my warranty company they were no help.

I would NOT recommend going to these people!! They told us they checked our alternator and we would need a new one at the tune of $766 plus the $100 diagnostic fee. We took it to our hometown, estimate to get it replaced for $200. Come to find out, they totally misdiagnosed or lied!?! NOTHING wrong with my alternator!!! They also said it would be a 3 hour job, nope!! More like 2. And we needed some pulley replaced??Again, an inaccurate diagnosis. We would like an apology and a refund!! Nothing but terrible business to treat customers this way. Small town, I will tell everyone!
