Dan and Terry are very nice guys. Dan is gone now so customer service has changed a bit. I reached out to get some help with a vehicle my son purchased. The good custer service door seems to be closed. I am very unhappy and won't be purchasing any more vehicles from Wise Auto or any of their Affiliates.

Dan and Shawn are by far the best out there. Great guys to work with. They take care of everything when purchasing a vehicle. No pressure into anything. They really want to serve you and do everything with your best interest in mind. This business is great for Garnett and just what the town needed. I would highly recommend Wise Auto for anyone looking for a quality used car.

My car spent a week in the shop after buying it, then I had it for less than 12 hours and it was back in the shop again for 3 weeks! Then had it a little over a month with the motor shaking, not knowing it was the motor mount. When I took it back was told I would have it by Friday, I took it in on a Tuesday, and I didn't get it back until Tuesday of the next week.They don't communicate, one told me I wouldn't have to pay anything and the next told me I would have to pay $100.And there is still something wrong with my car.They also did not do the inspection as a dealership is supposed to with it being an out of state car.The interior of my car was never detailed, it has cigarette ashes and burn holes all over it. There is a huge rip in the floor board that was covered up by those temporary paper mats and I wasn't informed about it.I was very blindsided by them, which was shocking seeing how my parents went through them.I will never recommend this place to anyone!
