I m in love with my new (to me) MachE! I am really impressed with Ford s dedication to a quality product and customer satisfaction. It was my first time to buy sight-unseen and have a car shipped, but Moriah was so patient and transparent with the whole process. She was quick in her responses to all my questions. There were no shady sales tactics. The car was exactly as described. In fact, when it arrived, the Mobile charger had accidentally been removed and wasn t with the car. Moriah and Rose figured out what happened, hunted it down, and shipped it to me within a couple of days. Financing was a breeze! in fact, I think this is the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Five stars and two thumbs up!

They make the buying experience really easy. I only spent a half an hour total at the dealership for the test drive and vehicle pickup. The rest we were able to do over the phone, online, or through the mail. They gave me a great price for my trade in as well. If you're in the market for a new vehicle I would highly recommend giving Victory Ford a look. I'm a very satisfied customer and love my new truck. Thank you Victory Ford!

What a great experience. It started with questions about our trade in and financing online through email. Half of the questions were answered by our salesman Ricardo after the business had closed! They had the vehicle we wanted and were able to finance it close to what we wanted to pay monthly. Rose in financing did an excellent job with the paperwork and had everything ready for us when we arrived. We live an hour and a half away. Everyone was super friendly and not "fake" like car dealership people usually are. I highly recommend going here. I know I will be back when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle.

Excellent experience buying a new truck here! They all stayed late to get the transaction done; Moriah took excellent care of us, was very attentive and looked into any little thing for us. We received a fantastic trade in amount for our trades, and they even took the truck through the car wash and filled it up for us before we headed home! 5 stars and we would absolutely recommend people going to them for their car buying needs

We were stressed for a different vehicle. Ours were not so good. They made us a fantastic deal we couldn't refuse. Just be crazy not to. Love, love driving it. And thank thank for such a caring friendly staff. Everyone who needs a vehicle, come get one today at their location. They will really work with you. !!! Love you guys

Going into it, I was skeptical of what the service would be at a dealership (with the bad rap car salesman get). But, I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and welcoming everyone was! "Big Beard" Levi was a tremendous help and made the hour+ paperwork process enjoyable and fun, instead of being a drudgery. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to work there, which I think is rare in this day and age. Overall, I had just a great experience, so thanks to everyone from Victory in Garnett.

I recommend Big Beard if you would like a polite and non-pushy salesman. Best experience with a salesman of any type in my 53 years. Thanks for the great service. Rest of staff were polite.as well. Good experience and a great car.

My husband and I just got a new vehicle on Tuesday and it was the nicest and easy going sale we've been a part of. Rose was our sale person and she was amazing!! She was fun and nice! She helped us find what we could afford and best suit us for the jobs we need it for. We were there quite a while trying to pick the best one and she never complained or had an attitude. Great experience!! Will go back again for our next purchase!

Moriah and Ricardo took good care of us, and made sure my wife understood her new car by explaining and showing her the new options she wasn t familiar with! Little personal touch makes a difference to us. Thank you to Rose as well, great sense of humor and definitely made us feel at home!

I purchased a Lincoln SUV for my wife and this was the easiest sales experience I have ever had. It was so quick and smooth. They were able to listen to my needs and we agreed on a price where we both were comfortable. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would be hesitant to buy else where without checking out what Victory Ford can do for you. My family and I will definitely be back.

They made a decent deal. When I declined it they were polite about it. After I checked out some other vehicles, I decided to take their offer. They honored the previous offer & even offered to have the vehicle delivered to my home an hour away & pick up my trade in. Very friendly.

Kati Yeager was a good to work with in the vehicle buying process. I have no complaints with her at all. They were a tick slower than I hoped getting my pickup delivered but was overall a good experience.

Darius was very through and extremely caring. I would definitely recommend him as your sales person. #Darius JohnsonThe finance person did a great job making the paperwork portion quick and easy.The sales manager however, needs to slow down when explaining terms of the sale. I felt a little rushed, not able to name a price I wanted to negotiate.

Darius, Ricardo and Lisa at the Victory Ford of Garnett are great people, along with the associated staff we met when we bought our 2021 Ford F150 Supercrew Limited vehicle. You won't have to face the gauntlet of car salesman tactics at this business, they are real people with real interest in helping you secure the vehicle you want. Frankly, I made an unrealistic & adamant low offer on the vehicle we were looking for. Darius was my friendly contact man, he handed my offer off to Ricardo, who counter offered and so on. He persisted to our point of agreement. He followed up quickly with the proposal in writing. It was the price with no attempted sell-ups. Refreshing. I said we would drive down Sunday from South Dakota & I offered down payment, Ricardo said "No need, you said you will be here Monday & we will hold it for you". His word is good. Even better, he arranged a discounted nice motel room for us, at our cost. It was nice to pull into the motel @7:30 pm and have the host know us by name & quickly get us to our room.Ok, this is getting too long. Next morning friendly greetings, introductions, vehicle review, drive, paperwork all organized & good. Darius was great.Next came Lisa, financial and various optional packages. Ok, I'm thinking, here comes the pressure for add-ons.... But we found Lisa friendly, engaging & happy to explain, illustrated with real life service stories, etc. I did what I never do & have not done for 40 years, I bought the FordProtect Premuim Extended package. Not because of pressure, rather just rational review & thought about today's highly technical vehicles. She assisted us to seriously consider our intended long term ownership with a view to having a good plan for dealing with (likely?) service issues.Does this sound like a good sales customer & agency experience to you? If it does then consider this: We look forward to seeing these faraway friendly people again in our lives.

Ricco and Darius are awesome to work with. Bought a brand new F150 and they did a great job by going above and beyond. Highly recommend that you buy here. Great job guys, and thank you. I drove 2 hours just to get there and would do it again.

Victory ford is an amazing place to get a vehicle at!! I recently bought a bronco sport from Olathe Ford which ended up being way too expensive to afford due to the up charge on their vehicles. I went to Victory where Shandra helped me find the best deals and a perfect car for me even though she works on the Chevy side! She should switch to the ford side lol! She was so sweet and so honest during the whole process. I was nervous going without my husband because Olathe Ford never took me seriously since I am a woman and I didn t want to get screwed over again but that was not the case here! Huge thanks to Rico for working out a great deal and helping me find something so much more affordable and being so easy going with all of my picky criteria. The only thing I wish I would have seen happen was my new car being detailed a little better on the outside and inside and making sure all fluids and things were ready for me before I left the lot. My light was on indicating I was low on washer fluid which isn t a huge deal because I have some at home anyways but usually all fluids are supposed to be topped off. My husband also recently bought an F250 a week prior and was promised a full tank of diesel and DEF fluid but they weren t completely full when he got the truck. The outside and inside of his truck could have been detailed better as well because there was dust and water residue on the inside on the windows and on the outside. Other than those smaller issues that they treated us so kindly and like we were family! I would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future if I ever decide to get rid of mine! Highly highly recommend!!!! I also love how they try to get you in and out in a reasonable time frame unlike other dealerships where they keep you ALL day long just sitting around waiting going back and forth when talking deals.

Almost everything went very well and the staff was very friendly. The finance manager was very quick to assume we would choose the warranty instead of asking if we wanted it, but other than that it went well.

Lied on the giveaway Grand opening prize. I was supposed to win $1000.00 Visa card. When I showed up hour drive later it was a scam. If they'd like on a giveaway I wouldn't trust buying any vehicle they are trying to sell. Going to be calling Victory Ford & Chevrolet headquarters to make a complaint as well.
