I am from NC and believe the perfect car for you sometimes is not always in your back yard. This dealership made the process easy and did everything to make me feel great about the purchase. The staff did not make me think I was an inconvenience no matter what I requested as far as pictures an video. Picking me up from the airport was not an issue. Tyler was my sales guy and the team is great at what they do. I do recommend this place.

I bought a used EV and the crew set up transport to another city so I could pick up fully charged and closer to my home city. Everything went really well and I was shown around town by one of the salespeople while my car was charging. I had an excellent experience top to bottom!

Best dealership EVER!!! I will be a lifelong customer after this. Brian was my salesman, Rico was the finance manager, and Miss Trudy was another saleswoman who I got to meet. Everyone here is so personable and so nice. I live 2 hours away and work a lot of 12 hour shifts. So getting away to look/purchase a vehicle was difficult for me. Especially when all I wanted was a Bronco. I had went to a couple other places that didn't seem helpful or interested in selling a vehicle. This place was amazing. I found my bronco here, we got the financing worked out before I made the 4 hour drive. So coming in to purchase my bronco went so smoothly. Appreciate you guys (Especially you Brian and Rico), you all have been so good to me! Thank you! P.S I have to prettiest ride in Doniphan County . Thank you for loving what you do and caring about what you do!

The cost of new brake rotors and pads was going to be $1,700. When I went to pick up my car it was completely dead. When I got it home I discovered a crack in my rear bumper. They don't think it happened there but there wasn't a crack when i dropped it off. Up side they did charge my battery for awhile to make sure it was fully charged before I drove home.

Purchased my brand new 2024 Chevy Trax a couple of weeks ago from Shandra. The buying experience was great, when what I wanted was already sold they went and picked up the same one from there other site to get me what I wanted. They kept the whole process moving to get me exactly what I wanted. When getting ready to leave we noticed a dent! But no worries Tyler was on top of it to have it fixed right away. They really went out of their way to make up for my trouble. The whole staff has been wonderful and I am glad I took my business to Victoy Chevy in Garnett.

I had a WONDERFUL experience woth Raymond Beckman! I always do! With the dealership, not so much. I am used to not being bothered every time I turn around. When I decide I want/need a new car, I just call Raymond/Ray and tell him what I am looking for and he finds it. Now....I don't get a bunch of calls, texts or emails from him like I did with Victory, like I did this time. I won't b going back to Victory, but I would DEFINITELY go back to Raymond!

I went in to Victory to start my journey, looking for a new truck, and everyone there was extremely nice and acted like they knew me forever. Then I got paired with Shandra And she was absolutely amazing. She was able to sift through my pickiness and find me good quality Trucks that I actually liked. I recently purchased a 2021 RAM 3500 from Victory.Shopping for this truck I did a lot of online shopping and ended up dealing with dealerships in Oregon, Utah, and Florida, in addition to Victory.Victory was by far the best dealership to deal with. Several other dealerships used AI Bots to answer emails, and text messages, with Victory, I got to talk to a real person.They were responsive and polite. Although the price was already reasonable they were also very easy to negotiate with.When I arrived to pick up the truck the numbers that they quoted me over the phone and what was on the contract were off by .22 cents. When I pointed this out the sales manager, Tyler, said no problem and ended up knocking off an additional $5/month. This may sound silly but I have purchased many vehicles in my life and trust me no one does this without a lot of ridiculous back and forth with 'their manager' and Tyler just "made it right."Long story short the overall experience was very good and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Our experience buying a vehicle from Victory was a great experience. Our sales woman, Cheyenne, was exceptional at her job. She went above and beyond the call of duty. The manager, Ricardo was also extremely great at his job. The whole experience has made me feel so proud to have this type of car dealership and service in Garnett.

I was looking to replace a vehicle i had and was looking at different vehicle, i was on victory chevy in garnett website, i seen couple of vehicle i was interested in, Jackson Allen asked my texts about the vehicle i was interested and we set a appointment to look at them, we get the dealership and met Jackson he was not pushing salesman type, which makes the experience more enjoyable, we test drove couple vehicle, Jackson was able answer every question, i told him, i needed couple days to figure out if i was trading in my car or selling it, i texted him couple days later told he want i to bring my car in to get appraisal on it, he said sure, he came back with appraisal i ok with, so next was the paperwork, he walked me through it and was the easiest purchase i have ever done through a dealership, he wasn't pushing me in to buying something i didn't need, he has called to make sure i was happy with my new purchase days later, has gone of his way too make sure everything was to my satisfaction, so if you need a vehicle go see Jackson at victory chevy,

tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment to get my airbags fixed. I knew I had a day off work coming up, so a couple of weeks before then I tried to get an appointment made. they have a nice little section of the website to fill out a form and "SCHEDULE SERVICE". which I did and then....nothing. so I waited a week and went back to the site but this time I was texted a message from a front office person(who was very very nice and helpful) who said they would contact the service department again and someone would contact me "shortly". and again...nothing. I've bought vehicles from this place in that past and have had service work done as well with zero issues. so I guess now that Victory has bought out all the local dealers and wont even reply to get work completed I'll have to find someone else instead of my dealer who is only 8 miles away from my house. just what I wanted to do. drive to the city to get simple work done.such a waste.EDIT: no, I won't be emailing anyone. you have my information from the "SCHEDULE SERVICE" form I filled out. if you actually cared about my review and actually cared about fixing your service issues you would put a teeny tiny bit of effort into contacting me. but you won't because you don't care. this is why I'm hearing tons of bad experiences with your garnett and paola locations from people I know.
