We had to call AAA to pick up our truck and take it to another town for repairs. We were told a truck would be here in forty five minutes. A driver for Jeff s Towing arrived in a quicker than expected time and was very efficient. He was pleasant, had our vehicle loaded and on its way to the shop quickly. Jeff is Hands down a true Hero and professional, that has a true heart of gold and makes sure everything is done the right way. We were hit by a car that ran a stop sign and uninsured just north of Lone Elm and he contacted to the Sheriffs and cakes and picked us up even offered to stop and get a soda from the gas station after realizing how long we we re waiting on insurance company to get to getting a tow a truck to us and he without hesitation towed us back to Lawrence 64miles to our home and held great conversations. Jeff s Towing is the BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider using him for any issues that may arise. We are eternally grateful and so glad he was able to help us out. Thanks Jeff! Hey told insurance company they would be 1.5 hrs. After that time had passed they said it would be 45 min. Then they said another, 45 min, because they were busy and it wasn t their problem. They kept telling insurance 45 minutes every 45 minutes ad nauseum.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I've only used this company a few times while working accident scenes. I can say, they have been extremely prompt, and professional. I'd recommend this company for any "heavy wrecker" needs.

Called at 3:42am but didn't get someone dispatched until 6 am to have a spare put on. Not a 24 hour service in my book

Great service went beyond expectations saved me about an extra hour drive plus waiting an hour for aaa after driving 3 hours down there because of a sheriff mix up towing my car thanks a lot
